What's up everyone?? So tomorrow will be my last day of DCP 2.0. I'm sitting at 166 right now so when I wake up in the morning I should be under my goal weight. It has been an interesting run, and I look forward to doing my final review. Trained shoulders tonight, my joints are still pretty jacked up so wasn't able to go as heavy on some things, but still had a good night.
