First off i want to thank the guys at Formutech Nutrition for choosing me for this little mini-log. This is def 1 i wanted to try.
The smell is a little odd. A little fruity and a little chemical like, but who cares im not gona snort it.

It mixed up well with cold water. I used 1 scoop with 8 oz of water.
The flavor was good. No burn or bitter taste. I could def drink this anytime
I was gona wait 30 min after i finished to lift,but by 20 min i was ready. The energy came on nice and smooth with no jitters. I noticed i started sweating sooner and i was very focused. By the second set of pull ups my back and arms aready had a good pump. Felt very full.

Well done!! I can't stand 2 scoops of volatile on shoulder day, the pump I get hurts too much

Well i'm glad its not just me. I had to stretch my shoulders out a few times. Had that deep burning ache. Kinda like a dbol pump. Hurts so good!

OFF DAY
Today is an off day from the gym. I couldnt resist taking 1scoop before going out to do an hr of yard work. 3hrs later im still outside doing things i didnt plan on getting done. I have to say i am very impressed with Volatile. The drive and focus i get is awsome!

Well i'm glad its not just me. I had to stretch my shoulders out a few times. Had that deep burning ache. Kinda like a dbol pump. Hurts so good!
Yup! I end up hanging from the pull up bars between sets lol
