FRL Alpha Mass 3 caps a day 6 times a day.
5-Alpha Test 9 RDe tabs divided though out the day.
50mg 2 times a day DHEA
Support supplements
Purus labs Organ Shield 6 caps a day.
Vitamin Shoppe Celery Seed extract 9 caps a day.
Vitamin Shoppe Hawthorn Berries Extract 2 caps 3 times a day.
Fat burners
ECA stack 3 times a day.
TT-33 starting at 3 caps a day going up from there.
The Diet
I will go into a bit more details on diet in the next few days I am finishing up the details right now for the first phase.
The goal
I am planning
Starting weight 225 goal is 205 retaining as much muscle as possible.
Also to note this is an 8 week start of a 12 week cut.
