Well here I go, I failed in my last couple logs with injuries, Here I am again trying to get back at it. I'll be using High Volume as my #1 supplement, will be stacking it with different pre-workout, I like to switch it up with Acute FX, Enhanced and Origin.

Thoughts
Had some amazing pumps tonight, ever since I've switched my diet over to be more directed towards cutting + added High Volume my strength has gone up very well over the last 2 weeks on arms. Hopefully I can keep this up, would love to get the 80's one day doing DB curls. Yesterday I had my first run back, did 2 miles. Havn't done any running in awhile since I hurt my knee, it has healed up very good, gonna focus on boxing again, just slowly going to get back into it tho because the clubs conditioning down here is nuts, jumping right into it may hurt my knee. My goal is to get back in there in maybe 2 weeks. Gonna be hitting up the MMA gym for some boxing sparring probably Tuesday.

Well my first workout got cut short yesterday, so I decided to go for a run a bit later, it's only my second run back but I got 8k's in, I didn't think I'd be able to run that far so soon, can't wait until my cardio goes up. I'm sure boxing is gonna feel like hell tho lol.

Was planning to go to boxing but the guy I was suposed to go with wants me to go Thursday so I'm just gonna go in than. I decided to try a run, was going to do 5k's but my shins are not used to the running yet, their so sore from my last run. Today just isn't my day, will attempt another run tomorrow and probably a back workout.

Thoughts
This workout as a fail, I will never use the full dose of enhanced and high volume together again, the pumps were just too much, I should have stuck with 1 scoop enhanced and 1.5 scoops high volume.

I don't think I've ever been so pumped so quick, after the set with 185 I felt so weak. So changed the workout into a circuit. Today I'm gonna hit some sprints, legs, lower back and abs.

Thoughts
Had a good workout, one of the better weight workouts I've had in a bit, happy with 7 reps with the 225 since I havn't benched much in the last few months. I'm gonna focus on bench for my push days over the next few months, hopefully try and get 225 around the 12 rep range again while being lower in bodyweight.

Today I'm gonna do another full body workout but gonna use about 30-50% less weight on most lifts, I'm looking to shock my muscles, goal today is a good pump without getting injuired, because I'm pretty sore from yesterday lol.

Not too high in caffeine, only 125mg I believe per scoop with Enhanced. Def felt a pretty decent pump for a light workout.

Wasn't able to hit the gym Monday, Tuesday I did a 2 mile run, added Creatine in again, put on about 8 pounds in just a few days, it's crazy how quick I can put on water weight. Needless to say the run didn't go very well, I could feel the extra weight.

Took today off, gonna do a big boxing workout tomorrow, also gonna start going strict with dieting again.

Had a great workout, got a nice sweat and pump. Was happy with my bicep strength, was able to hit the hammer rows hard than straight to curls with no rest, moving the 50's and 40's pretty easy now. Will up the weight the next time I try this workout in a few days.

I prefer using a pre-workout over caffeine+ephedrine, stacked it with High Volume so it was just like a pre-workout.

I'm gonna stop the Creatine, I find it's slowing me down with the weight gain, I think I'd rather be in really great cardio shape before trying to add in creatine again.

Creatine slowing down weight gain? or weight loss?
I naturally put on water very easy, it's crazy how fast I can gain weight if I try lol. I was around 207 mark getting leaner, added in the creatine and a week later I'm at 215 again with a lot of water retention, I think I'd be best off avoiding creatine until I'm where I want to be for my cardio.

Yeah idk the way my body responds weird with water weight, with cardio when Im 205 I can run 10k no problem, when in 215 I have a hard time doing a 5k lol.


Well everyone responds different to ephedrine, I like adding in ephedrine sometimes with my pre-workout, I do prefer a pre-workout over the caffeine/ephedrine stack because normally you get beta-alanine, cop, agmatine, plantago, citrulline and other goodies that boost the workout.

Had 1min break inbetween sets, can't believe how pumped I felt after 170x17 and 135x25, my muscles were completely done after that, the pump kept getting stronger, I kept getting weaker as the sets went on lol, muscle failure no doubt! But great workout, love this pre-workout combo.

My weight is back down a bit, been eating really healthy the last couple days, I'm sure my weight will be around 209-208 tomorrow. On my way to get super lean!
