    I look so much more full right now going from 205.8, to 212. Just took 2 scoops of Enhanced, 12.5mg of ephedrine, 1 scoop of High Volume, 4 scoops of protocol, plus gonna have a scoop of High Volume intra.........this workout is gonna be fun!

    2 scoops of Enhanced(yohimbe free version)
    2 scoops of High Volume
    4 scoops of Protocol
    12.5mg of Ephedrine



    Bench Workout
    Set 1- 105x10 reps
    Set 2- 145x8 reps
    Set 3- 180x3 reps
    Set 4- 200x1 reps
    Set 5- 200x11 reps
    Set 6- 210x5 reps
    Set 7- 210x6 reps
    Set 8- 210x6 reps
    Set 9- 200x7 reps
    Set 10- 160x12 reps
    Set 11- 135x15 reps
    Set 12- 135x12 reps
    Set 13- 120x10(pause reps 3 sec per rep)
    Set 14- 120x8 (pause reps 2 sec per rep)

    Incline DB Press, Super set with close grip push ups
    Set 1- 40'sx15, + 10 push ups
    Set 2- 40'sx15, + 10 push ups
    Set 3- 40'sx12 + 5 push ups
    Set 4- 40'sx12 + 5 push ups
    Set 5- 40'sx10 + 3 push ups

    Thoughts
    I will never add protocol to Enhanced and High Volume ever again.....pretty much spent an hour on the toilet lol. Took my pre-workout at 730pm and didn't start working out until 915pm.... my stomach was turning through my workout so I didn't go to complete failure on any of my sets, the caffeine & ephedrine rush was pretty much gone during my workout. Wasn't able to hit the gym either so I can use heavier weight, but managed to bring a few plates over to my dads and was able to get 210 on the bar.... I'll get a better bench day in next week.

    Tomorrow night I got kickboxing....been awhile since I ate leg kicks, should be fun...lol

  5. What do you think caused that?

    I changed up my ECA stack today... (been back on it a week)... doing ECY... but only 2.5mg of yohimbine HCL with each 24mg Eph/200mg Caff dosing.

    8mg of ephedrine

    1 scoop of High Volume Intra-Workout



    Kickboxing

    Warm up
    Boxing drils with pads- 1 hour
    Heavy bag- 8x3min rounds


    Thoughts
    Had a good workout, feeling better every time I go to the mma gym.

    16mg of ephedrine

    1.5 scoops of High Volume Intra-Workout


    Kickboxing

    Heavy bag- 5x3min rounds


    Thoughts
    Good workout, feeling pretty sore today(Friday), will be working on clinch & grappling drills tonight, also some kickboxing.


    I'm loving High Volume Intra-workout for kickboxing.

    Sounds like it'd be right up my alley! My lengthy volume workouts could use a boost in the endurance department. I'll have to figure out a regiment to use with Condense.
