What do you guys think is the best BCAA's for the money. I have used them before especially since I workout before eating in the AM but I didn't really notice any difference..
I use Formutech Nutritions Endurance BCAA plus. It has Beta Alanine, COP, citrulline malate, and glutamine, plus a full serving of BCAA.

I think cost wise it is slightly more then the Xtend. Maybe a couple bucks. If you want some samples pm me your address and I will send you some.

No specific time frame for you. Not long though. Next few months. Business is booming and we want things to be perfect.
Could be a sub for Humapro definitely.

Alright cool, I'm gonna try Xtend when I have some extra dough. What I like about BCAA's is that they are refreshing like Kool Aid when water gets really boring. I liek the idea of adding EAA's, Beta Alanine and Glutamine

    Weight 227.0

Well yesterday weight was coming off a low carb day. I dropped a bit again, no big deal, just water from no carbs. I am keeping relatively tight. I loaded a ton of carbs post yesterday. But was a bit upset with dinner. People don't understand how food effects the body. They don't understand that there are people that plan their diets and have certain macro needs.

I will explain^ So my wife asked if I could help one of her friends husbands put a swing set/ play house together yesterday evening. In return they would grill out steaks and have baked potatoes. Great, fits perfect into my diet. Well I got there and busy my butt, I was soaked from head down with sweat. It is florida. Once we finished it, my wife was there and they decided to order pizza from Pizza Hut of all places. So my diet was lacking that steak and potato, which fit my diet much better. This was the second time something like this has happened with these same people. Last time I was pre comp so had no choice but leave to eat. Just makes me mad.

    Workout

    Bench
    2 warm ups sets
    2 set 10
    3 set 5
    2 sets negative

    Pull overs-
    3 sets 10

Incline db "champaign"- close grip press
    Super setted with incline flies

    3 sets 8/6

    Cable flys
    Incline, straight, decline

    2 sets each

Biceps- db curl weak point training
    25-15
    35-12
    45-9
    45-9
    25-15

    Abs-
    Crunches 3 sets 50
Oblique crunches 3 sets 25 each side

This work out was actually done with a client that is getting ready for a comp. He is 6 weeks out and getting beastly. We did an hour of posing post training. He was crying how bad he hurt from posing. I try to tell everyone posing is deathly. It is as bad as a good workout.

    Diet
    725- wake up
    1045- beef and almonds
    100- egg whites/ turkey/ fit multi- dpol
    130 condense- creatine mono

    800- Pizza Hut
935-2 bowls cereal and 1 pop tart
    950- casein/ whey
    11 bed

My carbs were roughly 450 today. I planed for 325-350.

Yeah, I am going by the book with these simple carbs. I choose fruity pebbles and cocoa crispies or pebbles bc they are rice cereals over oat or corn. Higher GI then my honey nut Cheerios.

I love pop tarts. It's funny last time I was logging a diet everyone thought it was funny that I would eat one in between gym and soccer practice. But its simple good and easy to eat. Loaded with carbs. I buy the reduced fat but I think it still have 4 g.

I got the idea of pop arts from a good friend out of Utah. He is a power lifter and its his everyday post. It cures the sweet tooth.

Poptarts just have that nostalgia feel/taste to them.

The normal are pretty fat heavy. Strong discipline opening a pack and eating one.

Yeah, I don't really get cravings for sweets. I think I eat so much cereal and high GI foods on this diet I never want sweet food. Eating 1 pop tart is easy. I had some peanut butter pop tarts, they were amazing.

My weight is hanging around the same since day 1. I was hoping to slowly climb about a lb or 2 a week. Strength is the same.

I am enjoying the flavor of both condense and d pol. Looking forward to two weeks from now. I am hoping strength and weight increase. My vascularity is looking really good intra workout. Post workout is insaine. I am not siting near contest shape and still have veins through my obliques. Crushing legs tonight. I have a client that wants to compete late 2014 that am training with. Gotta leave em hurting.

I crave my sons snacks on cuts for contest.

He eats peanut butter oreo's, pop tarts, and turtle cookies. My wife is the culprit of the turtle cookies. She bakes them on a weekly basis for her and my son. Both are rails too. You'd think by this post they'd be fat a$$3$. But my wife is 5-6 118lbs and my son is 43" and 40lbs. He is a rail at 5 yrs old, but he is active. Plays soccer karate and swims a bout 3-4 times a week.

On a side note. I destroyed my legs and I want to cry. I am already in pain severe pain. I love training with young eager clients. This guy is a go getter. I first started off with just making his routines and diet. Now I have been training him twice weekly and he pushes himself. I though he was going to puke post leg press. I know I was swallowing mine. As a trainer, I don't show weakness; I just keep pushing. Today was one I the most beastly leg workouts I ve had in a while. I will update later.

Whatya need. I am a Master Fitness Instructor and been so since 02. I also have group training but don't do any. I do more diets then anything, along with pre comp bc I work full time and the wife and I own a business. If you need anything pm me bro.

I hope to start my CSCS for a strength trainer this year. It's costly though, and pretty tough. But I got all the pre requ's done.

Wife wants to precook one weeks food for me and her. M-F. I'm going to support this. She needs to loose some I trying to go up. Your day one meals I told her about. I see you oz count... What does that come out to in cups?
Pm me your email addy and I will send you a few sample diets that may be better for you. I can send them over tomorrow from a few clients or help you design a better fit. I will also send you a book on Carb back loading, which is the diet I am doing now. It's not something I ve done before this year. I am normally very tradition in the terms of dieting. I love carb cycling for cutting fat an believe a lot in Shelby Starnes practices. It's the most effective dieting tactics I ve ever learned.

    Pm we live close bro.

    227.5 lbs

Weigh is holding strong in the 227 lbs range. No noticeable strength gains, which is in par with expectations at this point. I have been on D- Pol am condense for only a few days and this diet for about 3 weeks. However, I am maintaining a steady weight, steady energy, and feel really good. Normally, when I eat crap I feel like crap. I have strayed well out of my norm for this diet and do not feel even a least bit held back. I feel great.

Condense is quite a surprise, I am very happy with the good boost of energy, pumps, and focus I am bringing to the gym. Even being carb less till post workout, I feel mad pumps and have the urge to keep training. I am using 1.5 scoops which makes condense a 30 serving container at that dose.

D- Pol is being taken with food and vitamins, I and also tanning a couple days a week to keep vitamin d high.

    450- woke up
    550- coffee
    650- coffee
    730- BCAA
1030- vegie/ turkey lasagna - low carb, zucchini is used in place of noodles
    230- chicken breast/ spinach
455- beef/ green beans - d pol, multi, and caffeine

555- condense and creatine 1.5 scoops
    605 - trained legs - BCAA
745- change up- fruit protein shake- bloated as hell
    830- homemade chicken quesadilla
930- finished protein shake from earlier- I ll explain later. Gotta run.

Yup, there are other factors such as bone strength and more. But the test support is the focus for muscle building.
