  3. Took my first dose at about 4:30 am. I am having a better sense of well being and just feel "good". After figuring out when and what dose works for me i am starting to like this product.

  4. Today is an off day for me. I will dose 2 aav2 before bed. Today is 1 week i've been taking these. Since i have found my tolerance i will start taking 3 per dose 2moro. I also need to be a little more strict with my diet. I def like bulking better than cutting.

    I feel you on that last line! I can go all week being strict & come Sunday I cheat a little & feel like I just wasted the starvation! lol Gotta be strong willed.

    Thanx. Thats good motivation. I cant go heavy on the big 3 anymore, so i do alot of volume. The lifts i can go heavy on i damn sure try to push it.

    Bw walk lunges-100
    Frt sqt-185-10x5
    Leg ext-100-10x5
    Leg curl-75-10x5
    Walk lunges-bw+80x50
    Calf raises-160x100

    No back sqts 2day. Low back was bothering me so i worked around it. Started dosing 3 aav2 three times a day. I will keep this up as long as no probs arise.

    Weighed 175 this morn. Taking aav2,3pills x3
    So far i am starting to see a little more def between muscles. I got a little wound up after dosing 3 aav2. I like it. Cant wait till next week.
    This is the first time using rev grip since having shoulder pain. It def felt better and i got a good pump.

    Dosing today is 3x3 again. Feeling pretty good at 3 pills. It was nice out today so i went for a run. Ran 3 miles round trip. It was nice to get out and enjoy the sun.

    Seated row w/straps
    160x10x10

    DL 200x10x4

    Back and arms were done after this workout. Got a very good pump. Started out a little slow and not really wanting to, but i finished pretty decent. Taking the aav2 at 3x3 with no probs. I was still at 175 this morn.

    Definitely man. Better workouts as in focus/mental clarity, better pumps & veins. The best thing about body recomp has been waking up dry & lean when dosing before bed, the ability to slowly up cals (still below maintenance) & still look just as cut. I'll post up some more n00dz this week for sure.

    Lols either way thanks for the feedback. This is a powerhouse Recomp agent. Eat maintenance with aav2 metabolic powder and recompadrol and literally Recomp. Without changing a thing.

    Ya my workouts feel pretty good. It feels like i have a couple more reps on set. In general sharper looking. Even with a diet not on point. Im very happy with aav2 for only 12 days on.
