    Yeah, I don't really care for dreams. Its just strange because every other Supp I've used for sleep has given me very vivid dreams.


    I actually dreamt this morning too, after I woke up for the first time (and shut off my alarm).

    I find that when I wake up for an alarm I have more mental clarity when using it, but still am able to fall right back to sleep (if I want to).

    But, for some reason, when I do that I dream. Strange....

    It was good, I'll probably do the salad again as my preWO meal today.

    I've also been eating a decent amount of homemade chicken salad that I made a day or so ago.

    It's awesome in a sandwich or on the vegetable wheat thin crackers I got yesterday.

  3. I tend to dream after I go back to sleep. Heck maybe I dream all the time but am only aware of them right before I wake or right after I go back to sleep for some reason. Most other GH products give pretty wild dreams but I don't always get them from G8, probably some of the direct sleep aids in it other than just GH inducing ingredients.

    some just have the ability (based mostly on deepness of dream within REM cycle) to remember some of what they dreamt, at least before it fades away usually in first few minutes of waking, but this varies of course from person to person..has nothing to do with G8, per se

    now: there are some compounds, that DO affect the way & what you dream..any product containing melatonin, for instance, will give a great many ppl (myself inc) whack dreams, that make no sense..i don't think it still is enhancing the ability to "remember" actually, just impacting the content of such

    sleep and dream cycles, are a very extensive and complex subject really

    Warm up: Agile 8, Shoulder Over and Back/Dislocate

    Pre: 3 Uncut, 4 Max Pump, 1 Scoop Green Magnitude
    Intra: BCAA/SAA

    Work up to 315 x 3

    Work sets: 365 x 3, 385 x 2 (failed 3rd), 385 x 2 (hit 3rd but it was shallow)

    Videos in a few.

    Note: Gonna start alternating wide stance (with vibrams) and close(er) stance with Oly Shoes.

    Talk to some PLers, fix wife's form, continue working on brothers squat form (who says he actually ended up being sore all weekend)

    Conv. Deads: 315 x 5 x 2
    Talk to PLer, settle out training idealogy, get solid advice

    Cont. 315 x 5

    a1. Hypers: BWx 10, +25 x 10
    a2. Lunges: BW x 16 x 2

    Had some more stuff planned, but between the warmup and all of the coaching I was at the gym for a good 3 hours. Which is much too long for my tastes (2 is about my limit, 30 min warmup/1.5hr workout) Got some good info today, squats are feeling decently strong, and my sticking point is painfully apparent in the videos.

    Gonna implement a little more conjugate rotation from this point forward (to try to push mine and my wifes squats a little farther) and to cut down on some of the CNS strain of alternating ME Squat/DL every week.

    I used to (which some may notice from the log) but since the last meet I've been focusing on linear progression with the Squat/Bench/DL and it's slower than hitting a solid rotation of moves that will all help me be better.

    I've never used it before, but my wife does occasionally. She's never mentioned any weird dreams, but I'm gonna ask her today.

  10. Oh yeah melatonin has been the source of many a twisted and unwanted dreamscape for me. Speaking of Dreamscape, awesome movie... Dennis Quaid, good stuff.
    Squats look good even the "shallow" squat looked pretty much parallel or very close.

    Yeah, it was gym parallel but I probably would get red lighted at a meet.

    Hip crease is supposed to be below the knee.

    Felt good, was running fast and pouring off sweat. Nothing special, but got my legs feeling good for today and got my heart rate up.

    ME Upper:

    Pre: 4 Caps Max Pump, 1 Scoop Green Magnitude, 1.5 Scoop Jack3d Micro

    Intra: BCAA/SAA (I'm really enjoying this stuff thus far, I feel like I'm recovering very well at this point.)

    Warm-Up: Simple 6, Band work for the RC

    Work up to 205 x 2

    Work sets: Bench Press: 225 x 2, 245 x 1 (failed on second)

    Dips: +45 x 8 x 2, BW x 8 (tendinitis flare up today, really messed with my dips)

    a1. Kroc Row: 80 x 12 x 3
    a2. Cable Pull Apart: 20 x 10 x 3

    b1. DB French Press: 60 x 8, 70 x 6
    b2. Lateral Raise: 25 x 8 x 2

    Poundstone Curl: Bar x 35 (Holy christ I'm a little girl, these hurt a lot! P.S. not tendinitis pain, the pump)

    Felt good, wanted 245 x 2 but it wasn't gonna happen today. Meh, not worried about it. Everything went pretty well, not feeling any worse for the wear right now. Actually feeling really good, no aches or pains right now. We'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow DLing for Reps.... :shudder:
