First a big thanks goes out to all the people at Finaflex for supplying me the triple stack.

Triple stack items:

1)Pure test :
A DAA supplement used to boost test or in PCT for recovery.
Dosage: 4 caps at wake

2)FinaFlex Revolution PCT:

This is an all in one PCT type supplement to handle estrogen, cort, cardiovascular support, liver enzyme support, and prostate support! This will compliment the DAA very well and keep the test:estro ratio in my favor.
Dosage: 2 caps at bedtime

3)FinaFlex Active Multi:

A standard multi vitamin with essential aminos and my favorite digestive health! I really hope it shines in the digestive department because I Was born with one of the worst stomach ever, so ill take this with my breakfast (my worst meal of hte day digestive wise) to guague its effect.

Dosage: 4 caps after morning workout = about 1-2:00pm

My stats: 218 height 5.5 and BF uncertain

Goals: I am still cutting for summer. I hope to cut as clean as possible. I have made alot of freaky mass and I am in no way willing to lose that.

Training: I train 6x per week. one muscle group per day with 1.5 hours of weight. Sometimes I max out and other week I just focus on contractions. I have been bbing for over 17 years now. In all that time I know what works and what doesn't. I dont keep a set routine..at this age I go by feeling.

Diet- Right now protein intake about 250g . Carbs are cut to less than 80g. I eat 6 to 7 meals a day. I do sometime up carbs on leg day.

Other supplements

ALRI chained out reaction- carb mix with some whey isolate- this is taken post workout
omega 3- 4000
-preworkout may be added.

Areas of focus- right now are legs and calves. Also Abs

Took all the stack at the above dosages. The only thing to note was that after the Active Multi- I had neon yellow pee. My body is using what it can and getting rid of the rest. But vit and minerals are for me need alot due to heavy sweat almost all the time.

DAY 2 - ABS and Calves total time around 1:30

I take a day out to work core. Core to me is very important muscle group. Lots of crunches and leg lefts and ab wheels..
For calves just heavy standing raises the leg press raises and donkey calf machine
Also 25 min of rowing machine was done

Took all the stack at the above dosages. I feel strong and the Active Multi has some affects in the GI. I have been doing #2 with ease and not so constipated. I have been taking it post workout-just to replace everything I loss in sweat. The FinaFlex Revolution PCT and pure-test are taken but so far nothing to note on them.

Sounds like a pretty brutal core workout. Glad to hear the active multi is keeping things regular, thats always nice.

Vertical leg press 5 plates -3 sets 10-12 reps
Charles Glass Single legged Leg press(this is one legged side tilt leg press-targets outer sweep)- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps
Leg extension- to failure

HAMS

standing leg curls- 35,40,45,50- 3 sets 10-20 reps
Laying leg curls - 80,70,60,50,40,30 - 10-12 reps 6 sets
high leg press 4x45 each side 3 sets 10 reps
clean deadlift 1x45 -10-20 reps -3 sets

Took all the stack at the above dosages. Leg went great. I have been off stims and my body feel great and recover is faster. This maybe due to vit and mineral replacement in Active Multi. Also legs are not cramping up on me- which usually happens on legs days. The FinaFlex Revolution PCT and pure-test are still to early to see any affect. but once they kickin I should be all set.

Very nice workout. Your libido will be going crazy in no time i suspect! I know what it does for mine and it skyrockets it! Feels like im 14 again! Lol

yep- I was having a talk with my doctor and we are talking about lifting. I told him I am injury free so far at 35. He smiled and said "wait till you get into your 40s". I told him I plan to stay injury free all my lifting life. He told me "I wouldn't put money on it".

We would cetainly be much less injury prone if we were smarter when we were younger.

Sounds good bro...hearing different stories about mithras. Good and bad....guess it works different for everybody.(I have 2 bottles at home, saving it for later)

Currently also on FINAFLEX PCT revolution and FINAFLEX Pure test...sweet as always;)

Also GI system and going to bathroom easier and more often. The puretest DAA and the PCT supplements are making PCT great....I feel strong and in a great mood.

A great alternative to high sugar watermelon juice would be our bcaa+saa. Recovery from this stuff is off the hook. Also the anti cramping matrix is awesome for hydration and endurance.

I was one of the first to try Blox. Bcaa are ok...but never had much luck with them. I prefer hydrolyzed whey isolate.

Took triple stack at same times. The active multi still working good with puretest and the PCT. Recovery in PCT is great...I feel strong as a bull and libido of a 14 years old. ABs and calves looking good. I am cutting area down and at the same time got alittle bit of a lean bulk going.

leg press 45x8 each side- drop to 7,6,5 -4 set total
90 degree leg press- 45x4 each side-3 set total

standing ham curl 45,50,55 - 10 to 20 reps -3 set total
laying ham curls 100,90,80,70,60 -10 to 12 reps-3 set total
reverse ham curl- 100,90,80,70,60 --10 to 12 reps-3 set total

Took triple stack at same times. Slowed workout down and focused on contractions. I hit hard and still felt strong even at end. Active Multi and PCT and Puretest still spiking the system up. After leg day I do go down on recovery but with stack I feel 40% decline vs the 60-80%.

Nice. Good insight into the recovery aspect. Many people don't think of that when in pct add much add strength and body comp. Really the most important factor.

So I stop when I really can't flex muscle or when I feel beat up and low on energy.

Taking all the triple stack. I kept weight light and in high rep ranges. Blood got in fast and pump awesome. Stack is going great and I feel strong and making gains even in PCT. I am cutting down and recomp looks good.

cutting in pct, as in bodycomp?
hope not! that is very common way to lose more gains from cycle, even with these fine products in the fold
slightly above maintenance to +500 above best for this timeframe, training kept not light but rather intensity not going all out
light is a relative concept; if you refer to less than you had been, okay..however if you refer to ridiculously light, that is anti-productive

With you on this. Fst7 is my go too. On legs I normally smoke them with heavy squats, leg press, sldl then volume with extensions and curls.

With arm fst7 works like magic. I have increase size of muscle so much with this method of training. So much so that my arms dominate over all my other muscle groups- so it sort of a weird look.

Taking triple stack. The active multi is working great. The most noticeable effect is that I am now ****ing 2 to 3 time per day- I usually only go one time in morning. I also noticed that my joints are not making that popping and cracking sound. The Puretest and PCT are still giving me good recovery..I have been killing it alot.

DAY 16

QUAD
DB squat 120s 3 sets -10 reps- deep
Leg Press 45x7,6,5 plates each side -2 set per plate- 6 set total -10-12 reps
Vertical leg press 5 plates -3 sets 10-12 reps
Charles Glass Single legged Leg press(this is one legged side tilt leg press-targets outer sweep)- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps
Leg extension- to failure

HAMS

standing leg curls- 35,40,45,50- 3 sets 10-20 reps
Laying leg curls - 80,70,60,50,40,30 - 10-12 reps 6 sets
clean deadlift 1x45 -10-20 reps -3 sets

Taking triple stack. Today I joined a new gym. My new home is now a golds gym. The gym is brand new..so all equipment is new. But still got to take some time and get used to the stuff. Legs went off good today. After gym - I am dead. Leg day hurt and recovery is going to be hard. But stack still supporting me and improvement are made weekly.

Aleays takes time to get used to a new gym. New equipment, new people etc.

Also good sometimes to keep the mind and body fresh.

You're really smashing it with the triple....good job bro..

FINAFLEX pct revolution is probably my personal favorite....loving it, 3 a day makes me feel damn good.

DAY 17 - Abs and Calves total time 1:20
then 40 min cardio


Taking triple stack. leaning out nicely. Abs coming in and calves looking good- increase in mass. Active multi still giving me go GI and joint fluidity. PCT and puretest making recovery easier.
