  1. DAY 18- ARMS

    ez Curl Bar - 45 on each side- 4 set 10-12 reps
    alternating curls DB 40,45,50- 3 sets 10 reps
    concentration curls superset 40 then 20- 3 set 10 reps
    Preacher Curls- 80,70,60 - 3 set 10-12 rep
    bicep curl machine- 30,40,50-3 set 10-12 rep
    Overhead Cable Curl 35,40,45 - 3 set 10 reps

    Tricep
    Dip machine 120,130,140 10-3 set 10-20 reps
    Cable Rope pushdowns 80,90,10 10- 3 set 10-20 reps
    overhead rope extensions 40,50,60 -- 3 set 10-20 reps
    dumbbell tricep kickback 15lbs - 3 set 20 reps
    v bar push downs 70 lbs -3 set 20 reps

    Taking triple stack. Pump awesome and added in some yok3d-90 min before. Stuff worked great...normal NO product are crap. Always take my active multi after workout -to replace sweat mineral. Puretest and PCT making me very alpha male - mood wise and also libido high. I keep hit harder and faster, all this has add to arms

    FINAFLEX pct revolution is probably my personal favorite....loving it, 3 a day makes me feel damn good.

    3 is my sweet spot, depends on the cycle I run how high I go. I also like to taper off, so I' ll go down to 2 in the third week.

    I never have any dry joint issues, so I'll take it up to 4 after something like a SD cycle, or anything in that order , and then taper off.

    quicker absorption, and yes increased effects
    arimistane pretty powerful compound, the more you go the better benefits/efficacy scale curves upwards

    I have used arimistane - one other time only. But mostly used Formestane and 6 bromo and in the older days ATD. But I will increase to 3 caps- to see.

    6bromo ugh. Definitely not recommended for pct. Breaks down to a tad bit of phera so it's counter productive. Would have to pct your pct

    I knew that some people complain of shutdown with 6-bromo. I have only used the PHF 6 bromo. The run was ok. Some people also raise question about Formestane and ATD use in PCT.

    I used bromo one time before and my pct was painful. Did some research and found out why. Much better options out there. Looking good in here!

  9. DAY 19- BACK
    Single arm Lat Pull Down 40,50,60,70 4 sets- 10-20 reps
    Hammer strength Lat Pull Down wide 3x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps
    iso-lateral back rows wide- 4x45 each side -3 set 10 reps
    Lat Pull down bar- rest on static-straight up pull 120,140,160- 3 set 10 reps
    DB row- 100,100,100 -3 sets 10 reps- super slow
    Back row machine- 120,140,160 -3 sets 10 reps
    Lat pullover machine 4x35 -rest on static - 3 set 10 to 20 reps

    Taking triple stack. Active multi still giving me good GI effect and joints fluidity. I have start my clinical rotations at hospital. So I been super busy. But I am still kicking it in the gym. I am taking 1 day off of the week. But I am still very strong and PCT and Puretest still keeping recovery up even on very busy days.

  10. DAY 20- rest day- full 12 hours at clinical.

    I did take the tripe stack. Puretest in morning and vit at 7:00pm and I have increased PCT to 3 caps.

  11. DAY 21- DELTS

    FRONT RAISES DB- 40,45,50 -3 SETS 10-12 reps
    Plates wheel rotations - 45 -3 set 8-10 reps
    Cable Raises- 80,90,100 - 3 sets 10 reps

    Rope Delt pulls- 60,70,80,90 - 4 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear cable flys- 40,45,50 - 3 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear Delt machine- 70,80,90,100 -4 sets 10-20 reps

    Side Delt machine - 90,100,110 -3 sets 10 reps
    Cable side raises-35,40,45 - 3 set 8-10 reps
    DB cable raises- to failure with any weight possible - 2 sets reps range 20-30
    laying side raises- 20 lb - 3 set 10 reps

    Traps
    Sitted trap machine reverse sitted 3x45 each side - 3 sets
    Standing trap machine - reverse grip-3x45 each side- 3 sets

    Taking triple stack. Delts hit hard and I feel that the new gyms stuff is hitting more of the target muscle. The old gym had very old equipment. The gold gym I am at is brand new. Also right now it doesn't have many members. So I am very happy because I dont have to wait for anything. I am able to hit hard and faster theses day and my time in gym is less, but intensity is higher. The puretest and PCT have also help slightly with the leaning out. I remain strong.

  14. DAY 22- LEGS

    QUAD
    BB squat 1X45 3 sets -10 reps- dead stop
    Leg Press 45x9,8,7 plates each side -2 set per plate- 6 set total -10-12 reps
    Horizontal leg press machine 250,240,230- 3 set 15-20 reps
    Charles Glass Single legged Leg press- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps
    Leg extension- to failure

    HAMS

    standing leg curls- 35,40,45,50- 3 sets 10-20 reps
    Laying leg curls - 80,70,60,50,40,30 - 10-12 reps 6 sets
    Romanian Dead lift 1x45 -20 reps -3 sets
    Ham kickback machine 70,80,90,100-10-12 reps 4 sets

    I have been under the weather- I am having some GI problems. The Muti-vit and PCT are still used- I have cutout the puretest for now. Training has still been awesome. I train even when I feel like ****. One time I had a temp of 101 and I was still in the gym. My mother and GF both yell at me for that. But bedrest is to hard on me mentally. The multi-vit is working great, I feel it more in sick times..it been given me a lift- mineral and vit wise with all the lost GI stuff. The PCT was upped to 3 cap at night and it been working better- sleep has been deep and libido very up and I appear fuller.

  15. DAY 23- SUNDAY - ABS/CALVES-total time around 2
    I do alot of crunches and leg lefts-ab wheel and been using crunch machine and also torso machine
    Calf are machine calf raises- leg press calf rises, donkey calf raise machine and calf press mahine

    I am back to normal like 50% - PCT and multi-vit still used- DAA will start back tomorrow. It been hot here in MD and sweating like mad. I sweat alot- I dont even have to workout- even sweating with full AC. Never like the summer due to that fact. I am always a winter heart. But training has been great this summer. The cycle been great and PCT with the stack has help alot. I have made alot of improvements- very visible cut with great recomp and pound for pound - I look bigger in mirror.

  16. DAY 24- ARMS

    Bicep
    Curl 40lbs dd= did 21s 3 set
    alternating curls DB 40,45,50- 3 sets 10 reps
    concentration curls superset 40 then 20- 3 set 10 reps.
    cable Curls - 30,40,50-3 set 10 reps
    Preacher Curls- 80,70,60 - 3 set 10-12 rep
    Side Preacher Curls 20lbs- 3 sets- 10 reps
    Overhead Cable Curl 35,40,45 - 3 set 10 reps

    Tricep
    Dip machine 120,130,140 10-3 set 10-20 reps

    Full stack back now back in system. Arms workout started slow and then as pump grew - I found a zone and workout finished. I remember the beginning and the end of workout. For me that great- I love to just go into a zone and leave the world behind. Its like dreaming but different. GI problem gone and stack is keeping me strong and fuller look- but with leanness. The new gym equipment is brand new and I feel a better hit on target muscles.

  17. DAY 25- some warmup done too
    Hammer strength Lat pull down machine- 3x45- 10 reps- 3 sets.
    V Bar pull down 200,220,230 - 10-12 reps - 3 sets
    Seated Cable back rows-140,160,180 10-20 reps- 3 sets
    DB Back rows - 100,100,100 - 10-12 reps - 3 sets slowed down and hold on static
    Lat pull over machine 4x35 each side - 10 reps -3 sets
    Pull ups - weight assisted- to failure.

    Back workout was full steam. I attacked like a pitbull. The Revolution PCT is running low- but the 3 caps is the sweet spot at two it was like 70% -at 3 I feel the 100% in recovery. Workout are easier and intensity has increased alot- with also some increase in strength. All there products has made a great PCT protocol. The multi-vit seem to be what my body just needs. I used animal pak before and that seem to be to highly dosed for me-probably pee most of it off. The Active Multi is somewhat making neon yellow urine- but not anywhere near the animal pak color.

    good stuff here, very insightful
    and nice to see a man after my own heart - seems like a lot of guys are paranoid or something to run any more than 100mg arimistane...I find 3 caps to be sweet spot as well, and went to 4 caps (for very specific purpose) during this prep I just completed, with great efficacy and enjoyment

    I am not getting any sides at all on 3 caps. Arimistane never had the aching joint problems for me.

    Same here....3 caps is my sweet spot, no aching joints , love it....

    (4 caps never gave me trouble either, but for now 3 is enough)

    hammer strength chest press 3x45 each side- 3 sets 10-12 reps
    DB flat press 95- 3 sets 6-10 reps
    DB flys flat- 55-3 set 15-20 reps
    hammer strength incline press 2x45 each side- 3 sets 10 reps
    flat BB chest press 2x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps - 10 sec b/t set
    incline bb chest press 1x45 each side -3 set 10 reps - 10 sec b/t set
    cable cross overs 40,50,60,70 -4 sets- 10-12 reps
    Pec Fly machine 70,80,90 - 3 set 10-12 reps

    Took all of triple stack. Multi-vit still keeping me healthy..joint loveing it and GI movement more frequent. This will be last day of Revolution PCT and as I go off, I hope to still keep as much of the recovery and alpha male feeling. Pure test daa has helped in combo with Revolution PCT. DAA is ok for me but I never really got much from it but with this combo - I feel a more synergetic affect.

  22. DAY 27- full rest day

    -triple stack taken....but just lying on my ass and work tooo.
