Flexing with FinaFLEX- triple stack!!!

  1. DAY 7 -cardio

    I did 20 min on elliptical and 25 min row machine.

    Taking all the stack. Not much to note here...I got a good sweat going and row machine has help alot in leaning out.


  2. DAY 8- DELTS

    lying FRONT RAISES DB- 20,25,30 -3 SETS 10-12 reps
    Plates Raises- 45 then 35 -3 set 8-10 reps
    Cable Raises- 80,90,100 - 3 sets 10 reps

    Rope Delt pulls- 60,70,80,90 - 4 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear cable flys- 40,45,50 - 3 sets 10-20 reps
    Rear Delt machine- 70,80,90,100 -4 sets 10-20 reps

    Side Delt machine - 90,100,110 -3 sets 10 reps
    Cable side raises-35,40,45 - 3 set 8-10 reps
    DB cable raises- to failure with any weight possible - 2 sets reps range 20-30

    Traps
    Sitted trap machine reverse sitted 3x45 each side - 3 sets
    Standing trap machine - reverse grip-3x45 each side- 3 sets
    standing trap plate raises to failure 20-30 reps range

    Taking all the stack. Delts workout great...heads look fuller but also leaner. I tend to be dominate in delts and also arms. It was hot here and felt a little dehydrated and the multi help get vit and mineral back- also been using watermelon juice. Watermelon juice works wonders..it better than Gatorade and even intraworkout stuff. I also saw a report here on AM about watermelon juice and soreness.

    A great alternative to high sugar watermelon juice would be our bcaa+saa. Recovery from this stuff is off the hook. Also the anti cramping matrix is awesome for hydration and endurance.

    I was one of the first to try Blox. Bcaa are ok...but never had much luck with them. I prefer hydrolyzed whey isolate.

  5. DAY 9- ABS AND CALVES total time 1:30
    then 40 min cardio

    Took triple stack at same times. The active multi still working good with puretest and the PCT. Recovery in PCT is great...I feel strong as a bull and libido of a 14 years old. ABs and calves looking good. I am cutting area down and at the same time got alittle bit of a lean bulk going.

  6. DAY 10- LEGS

    ass to grass squat 45x2 each side-3 set total-
    hack squat 45x2 each side-3 set total
    leg press 45x8 each side- drop to 7,6,5 -4 set total
    90 degree leg press- 45x4 each side-3 set total

    Hams

    standing ham curl 45,50,55 - 10 to 20 reps -3 set total
    laying ham curls 100,90,80,70,60 -10 to 12 reps-3 set total
    reverse ham curl- 100,90,80,70,60 --10 to 12 reps-3 set total

    Took triple stack at same times. Slowed workout down and focused on contractions. I hit hard and still felt strong even at end. Active Multi and PCT and Puretest still spiking the system up. After leg day I do go down on recovery but with stack I feel 40% decline vs the 60-80%.

  7. Nice. Good insight into the recovery aspect. Many people don't think of that when in pct add much add strength and body comp. Really the most important factor.

    Bicep
    Curl Bar w/ revolving handles- 25 on each side- 4 set 10-12 reps- SUPER SLOW
    alternating curls hammer DB 40,45,50- 3 sets 10 reps
    concentration curls superset 40 then 20- 3 set 10 reps.
    Rope Curls - 100,120,140-3 set 10 reps
    Preacher Curls- 80,70,60 - 3 set 10-12 rep
    Overhead Cable Curl 35,40,45 - 3 set 10 reps

    Tricep
    Dip machine 120,130,140 10-3 set 10-20 reps
    Cable Rope pushdowns 80,90,10 10- 3 set 10-20 reps
    overhead rope extensions 40,50,60 -- 3 set 10-20 reps
    dumbbell tricep kickback 15lbs - 3 set 20 reps
    v bar push downs 70 lbs -3 set 20 reps

    Taking all the triple stack. Active multi working great- I am going to the bathroom alot more..GI feels great and joints more fluid. Puretest and PCT still giving me recovery and allowing me to hit arms harder. I may be over training arms- but its hard for me to stop..I just love the pump feeling. So I stop when I really can't flex muscle or when I feel beat up and low on energy.

  9. DAY 12- CHEST

    hammer strength chest press 1x45 each side - so one arm first and then second arm then both arms - total 30 reps - 3 set-
    DB flat press 90- 3 sets 6-10 reps
    DB flys flat- 40-3 set 15-20 reps
    hammer strength incline press 2x45 each side- 3 sets 10 reps
    flat BB chest press 2x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps - 10 sec b/t set
    incline bb chest press 1x45 each side -3 set 10 reps - 10 sec b/t set
    cable cross overs 40,50,60,70 -4 sets- 10-12 reps
    Pec Fly machine 70,80,90 - 3 set 10-12 reps

    Taking all the triple stack. I kept weight light and in high rep ranges. Blood got in fast and pump awesome. Stack is going great and I feel strong and making gains even in PCT. I am cutting down and recomp looks good.

  10. cutting in pct, as in bodycomp?
    hope not! that is very common way to lose more gains from cycle, even with these fine products in the fold
    slightly above maintenance to +500 above best for this timeframe, training kept not light but rather intensity not going all out
    light is a relative concept; if you refer to less than you had been, okay..however if you refer to ridiculously light, that is anti-productive

  11. I keep weight light some weeks. This allows for higher reps. I have used this for arms and also chest. The pump are great and I believe that more blood in muscle makes the muscle bigger and fuller. It sort of like FST type training. But I notice that legs and back need heavy weights.

    With you on this. Fst7 is my go too. On legs I normally smoke them with heavy squats, leg press, sldl then volume with extensions and curls.

    With arm fst7 works like magic. I have increase size of muscle so much with this method of training. So much so that my arms dominate over all my other muscle groups- so it sort of a weird look.

  14. DAY 13- BACK

    hammer strength back pull down- 2x45 each side- 20 reps- 3 sets total
    lat pull down 230,220,210,200 -10 reps-4 sets total
    bend over rows 120,120,120 10-reps-3 sets total
    back rows-one arm 100,120,140,150 reps-4 sets total
    lat pull over machines- 90,80,70-10 reps-3 sets total
    pull ups-BW 3 sets total

    Taking stack still. Puretest and PCT working great..recovery going great-mostly due to deep sleep. Libido very high and exercising at home too...
    Active multi replacing my sweat, I have add in some pre-workout on certain days. Back improvement going steady and increasing thickness and width.

  15. DAY 14- Cardio

    Taking stack. Not much to note..this is what I call a rest day

    Taking triple stack. The active multi is working great. The most noticeable effect is that I am now ****ing 2 to 3 time per day- I usually only go one time in morning. I also noticed that my joints are not making that popping and cracking sound. The Puretest and PCT are still giving me good recovery..I have been killing it alot.

  17. DAY 16

    QUAD
    DB squat 120s 3 sets -10 reps- deep
    Leg Press 45x7,6,5 plates each side -2 set per plate- 6 set total -10-12 reps
    Vertical leg press 5 plates -3 sets 10-12 reps
    Charles Glass Single legged Leg press(this is one legged side tilt leg press-targets outer sweep)- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps
    Leg extension- to failure

    HAMS

    standing leg curls- 35,40,45,50- 3 sets 10-20 reps
    Laying leg curls - 80,70,60,50,40,30 - 10-12 reps 6 sets
    clean deadlift 1x45 -10-20 reps -3 sets

    Taking triple stack. Today I joined a new gym. My new home is now a golds gym. The gym is brand new..so all equipment is new. But still got to take some time and get used to the stuff. Legs went off good today. After gym - I am dead. Leg day hurt and recovery is going to be hard. But stack still supporting me and improvement are made weekly.

    Taking triple stack. Pump awesome and added in some yok3d-90 min before. Stuff worked great...normal NO product are crap. Always take my active multi after workout -to replace sweat mineral. Puretest and PCT making me very alpha male - mood wise and also libido high. I keep hit harder and faster, all this has add to arms

    I am running PCT at 2 caps. do you see more of a improvement with 3 caps. I am now at 221

    3 is my sweet spot, depends on the cycle I run how high I go. I also like to taper off, so I' ll go down to 2 in the third week.

    I never have any dry joint issues, so I'll take it up to 4 after something like a SD cycle, or anything in that order , and then taper off.

    arimistane pretty powerful compound, the more you go the better benefits/efficacy scale curves upwards

    I have used arimistane - one other time only. But mostly used Formestane and 6 bromo and in the older days ATD. But I will increase to 3 caps- to see.

    6bromo ugh. Definitely not recommended for pct. Breaks down to a tad bit of phera so it's counter productive. Would have to pct your pct

    I knew that some people complain of shutdown with 6-bromo. I have only used the PHF 6 bromo. The run was ok. Some people also raise question about Formestane and ATD use in PCT.

    I used bromo one time before and my pct was painful. Did some research and found out why. Much better options out there. Looking good in here!

    Single arm Lat Pull Down 40,50,60,70 4 sets- 10-20 reps
    Hammer strength Lat Pull Down wide 3x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps
    iso-lateral back rows wide- 4x45 each side -3 set 10 reps
    Lat Pull down bar- rest on static-straight up pull 120,140,160- 3 set 10 reps
    DB row- 100,100,100 -3 sets 10 reps- super slow
    Back row machine- 120,140,160 -3 sets 10 reps
    Lat pullover machine 4x35 -rest on static - 3 set 10 to 20 reps

    Taking triple stack. Active multi still giving me good GI effect and joints fluidity. I have start my clinical rotations at hospital. So I been super busy. But I am still kicking it in the gym. I am taking 1 day off of the week. But I am still very strong and PCT and Puretest still keeping recovery up even on very busy days.

  30. DAY 20- rest day- full 12 hours at clinical.

    I did take the tripe stack. Puretest in morning and vit at 7:00pm and I have increased PCT to 3 caps.
