Morning All,

Excited to be trying Finaflex's products as I have never had the pleasure.

Will be taking

Active Multi with my mid morning meal which is generally my first big meal of the day

Pure Test - 4 caps preworkout days, non workout 2 in the morn and 2 with my late afternoon meal

Revolution PCT - at night, running 2/3/3/2 - first week will be cut short

With everything aligned this should take me at about 30 days.

As for me,

41 yrs young (love that), former competitive BB'er, using supps for about 20 yrs, had my own door to door delivery supp company during college to make mad money (Power Play Nutrition) then went on to run a Vitamin World, got my BS Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Phys and am now an HR Consultant to the Medical Device Manufacturing Community. I am also the host of Supp Talk and hope to have you folks on very soon.

Currently in a cutting phase, very clean diet, negative calorie intake of 500-750, lost 15 lbs in 2 1/2 months (190-175) (high teens BF to now low teens, abs coming in), took 2 weeks off from dieting/lifting and am ready to get back into the saddle.

I generally train 4-5 days a week, 20 minutes Cardio fasted then workout. 12-16 sets, 8-12 rep range. The days of going heavy are over, bum knee, rotator cuff etc but the show must go on. Looking to continue fat loss and preserve muscle as best as I can.

Quick look into my world.....Home gym, sometimes lift at the YMCA or office gym for lats but I am pretty self sufficient.

I am all about feedback whether it be training, diet etc, sometimes my logs get too wordy so if I do, tell me!!

So with the weight loss, my loving wife says "you look good but you are not as broad as you used to be" so one of my many goals is building width through extra side raise and pullups so in addition to my back workout I now add pullups 1-2x a week additionally.

Last night popped 2 PCT's and 4 Pure Test and PWO this morning....felt very alert and in the zone

When training chest I take the Dorian Yates approach, 3 count down then explosive back up kind of like a coil on my chest, do not confuse this with bouncing the weight.....

Great stack....this actually is my PCT that I'm running currently....3 caps of PCT revolution, and 6 caps of Pure Test.

Used it a couple of times as a 'natty'stack, or kind of a bridge period. Love it!

I know enough to be somewhat dangerous but the minute I stop learning from great folks like you is the minute I become a dummy.

Time for my mid morning meal and my Multi Vites

Ahh Sunday morning...word of the day "LEGS"

Because my legs are severely lacking I generally do them 2x a week, emphasizing quads one day, hams the next

PWO + 4 Pure Test, BCAA's sipped during workout.

20 minutes treadmill warmup, 3.7 mph, Seinfeld on the tube to kill time

Leg extensions

35lbs for 20
65 for 15
65 x 15

Squats (legs close, deep), nothing better than hearing a popping noise in my knee when going down

115 for 15
135 for 15
165 for 15
185 for 11

Squats, feet wide, toes pointed out
165 for 12
170 for 12
170 for 10 drop set 115 for 20

Calves
So I configured a ghetto platform about 3 inches from the ground, I sit on my bench, platform under my calves and do single calf raises putting plate(s) on each knee

35lb for 22
45 for 22
50 for 25
50 for 25

Felt good, successful workout!

That's a wrap. 2 scoop Whey isoloate shake with Almond Milk followed up with1 cup of oatmeal, fresh blueberries and a 4-5 egg white omlet.

Have a great Sunday.....

prolly in your head man :p
arimistane is pretty fast-acting stuff, but you are not taking large amounts really, and more importantly, even as fast-acting as the compound is - to "feel" this effect this early on, is rather a very long reach
(as a sidenote, arimistane never bothers me in this fashion at all..currently at 3 caps PCT Black myself)
go ahead and combat with fish oil, nothing ever wrong with that..other than that, maintain course, and keep us updated

Back in the saddle today. zero dark 500 wake up call

12 mins HIT treadmill 3.5/5 mph

Tri's
4 sets Rubber band push downs 2 bands fully extending almost going behind my back

Skull crushers - flat bench

55lbs x 15
75lbs x 4

75 x 4

65 x 6

kickbacks

10lb plate x 4 sets x 12

So 1 week in on the combo - definitely feel good, seem to have more energy during my lifts. Not much difference in my body comp as of yet. Multi Vite - can never really comment if it is working aside from the B Vitamin neon yellow urine but if the ingredient profile is correct then it is definitely a good blend

So I work in HR and realize and I have not been fair and equitable to all viewers so below are pictures that should appeal to all sexes

Morning Freakers,

First off I can't thank you enough for the interaction on this thread, probably the most interaction I have seen for my logs.

So unfortunately my cardio will be on the downlow as my knee has been acting up, have a physical on Tuesday will see what happens..

Back today

4 sets pull ups (2 sets wide, 2 sets close grip palms facing in)

Bent over rows (see attached video, pretty eye opening, basically try pulling the bar apart while rowing) I am always willing to try something new and let me say it is tough. I am winded just doing no weight.

Bar x 12

65 x 12

85 x 6

Rows using a straight bar, wedged in the corner of my cage and one end as the handle (not including bar weight below)

20 x 12

40 x 11

50 x11

Will add to this log later as I do lat pulldowns at office gym
