    Seated leg raise:2/15
    Decline crunch: 2/20

    ** tried them but killed my knee today so I took it easy. Don't want to injure myself more. Hope you guys enjoyed

    Sups are still doing their job! That's for damn sure, may skip leg day and go for a long run since my knee is really hurting me, need to start off slow with it.. which sucks but I don't want to further progress my injury. Hope you guys enjoy the pic, I know it what y'all stick around for

  31. That sucks about the knee, I'd be careful with running since the impact can still cause trouble... Probably best to do something low impact like the elliptical but either way hope it heals up soon.

    Was just about to suggest the elliptical. But I don't run, i like to do more effective calorie burning cardio workouts when I'm cutting.
