    Apparently herniated disks cervical and lumbar and possible shoulder girdle tear.

    In the ER 10mg of Morphine IM, normal dose being 2-4 lol and 5 of Valium. At home meds are just perc, valium and medrol. Sucks I was making do much progress and then bam!!!

    What the hell do you do for work?!?! How long is your recovery time? If you're ever hurt again, tell them that morphine doesn't work for you, but dialiated does. I don't know if that is the correct spelling. It is somewhat like morphine, but stronger and faster acting. I had that after my heart transplant. No lie, they would flush the IV, inject it, flush the IV again and you could feel it hit instantly. That stuff made me hallucinate so much. Needless to say my friends and family found it absolutely entertaining when I was on it. They have it in pill form too.

    As far as recovery, it seems like between sets recovery is better. As far as between days, it seems about the same.

    Yes, I look leaner, but I am about 158 and started the log at 163.4. I was holding water though for whatever reason, this was proven by a weekly blood test I have to get. But I'm not holding the water weight anymore, I can tell by my stomach and face which are the two areas that bloat on me. Despite that weight loss, I am stronger. Today hits the one week mark and you'll see the numbers compared to last week's lower hypertrophy day that my numbers are up. I actually squatted 10 more pounds this week than last.

    Today was hypertrophy legs. I was a lot stronger this week and my muscles seemed good to go right before or at my designated rest period. The pump was also insane, almost painful sometimes. The workout overall was very intense, I felt my protein pancakes that had 1.5 hours prior coming up at times, but they stayed in my gut

    Today was hypertrophy chest/shoulders/triceps. I was a lot stronger on pretty much everything and if I didn't increase the weight, I did increase reps.

  7. Little update. I will be upping my cals a little again this week since I still lost a little weight. I will up my moderate carb days by 25 cals each in the form of carbs. I will check my weight Tuesday morning and if I am still there or under, I will up by 25 cals on my off days as well.

    Anyways, today's session was AMAZING. Despite being .6 pounds lighter, I went heavier or was able to get more reps on EVERYTHING. The one exercise that I didn't was pullups, but I usually go shoulder width grip, but I went as far as possible this week. I felt it a lot more in my back this way. I forgot my dip belt, so instead of dips, I did close grip bench. I might keep it this way.

    I'm a firefighter! Yea man, I have to see the orthopedic surgeon again tomo to see where I'm at - light duty, physical therapy etc. Either way I'm picking the percs and valium tomo and getting back in the gym. If even just light workouts. I go crazy when I can't lift!!

    So far so good. I don't feel bloated even after having meals with 90-100g of carbs. Usually, those meals are my pre workout meals and my stomach feels nice and empty 1.5 hours later when I'm about to lift. I look leaner and I'm stronger despite losing some weight. I'm not looking to lose weight, but it isn't about how much one weighs or can lift, but how they look. Also, no explosive or watery number twos if you know what I mean which can happen with some GDA's.

  12. Yesterdays leg workout was awesome. Went up in weight in everything OR increased the reps with the same weight. I was surprised how good the session went because I felt like I had to pass gas the whole time, but was afraid I might **** my pants if I tried. I was nervous during RDL to say the least. Also, towards the end when I had calves left, I had to pee, so my focus was a little off. I had a great pump all over my legs, especially in my calves.

    I have to update that. I'm 156-158 now. Still think my squat is impressive considering how low I go at my body weight. My legs have always been my best body part. Even after my heart transplant and not being able to train for 3-4 months, my legs were still pretty big. I've been told by some people who have competed that my legs would help me a lot in a show.

    And I will update today's workout tomorrow. I need to start studying. I had an eye doctor's appointments and then all day I have been playing exterminator since I found bed bugs last night. I'm beat.

  16. Not looking forward to today's leg day. I didn't sleep too well last night because of the bed bugs. I had to make my way to the couch eventually. I might have to take a sample pre workout I have. If I do, I will report that.

    Yesterday's session was back/biceps hypertrophy. It was a great workout, I had a great pump. I think I am getting leaner despite getting stronger. I don't do any exercises for my lower back directly, but I notice it "popping" out more. I mean, you can see my erectors going all the way down to my ass crack and them meeting at the bottom.

  19. Guys, I greatly apologize for the lack of activity lately. The bed bug situation became a lot worse and I was dealing with that. Let me give you a quick run down of my living situation. I live with my buddy and his family because I had no where to go and no one to take care of me following my heart transplant. It was supposed to be temporary, but they said I could stay until I graduated at the end of this coming spring. Wednesday his om and dad came home from vacation. hey knew about the bed bugs prior to leaving, but didn't seem to really care. On Wednesday, they came home early and gave me until Saturday to move. They blame me for the bed bugs when the exterminator said they have been here for a whle because they are in the walls and are coming out in day light. So, I have been running around like crazy trying to find a place, while getting ready for school, and going to the doctors since it has been one year. I haven't had any time to relax, except to go to the gym, which has left me unable to get on my computer. Once Saturday comes, things should calm down since I will be in my place. Next week is my last week and I will log that like I was prior and try to get the missed updates up over the weekend. I still have been using lGycophase with great success.

  21. I'm pretty much all set with moving now! I had to bust my ass these past few days since I start school Wednesday. Training has been going well and surprisingly, my strength has gone up and body composition is better. I am a little heavier, but my waist is the same. I will try to get caught up tomorrow or Tuesday with numbers.

    I must say, Glycophase was very good to me. I was highly impressed with the product and would recommend it anyone looking into a GDA. I am thinking about making it a staple as well.

    Pumps

    Pumps were redicilous. Sometimes to the point where I needed a little extra recovery time. I am going to lump vascularity in with the pumps rating as well. I am pretty vascular to begin with, but noticed new veins coming out and old ones looking more juicy. I noticed new ones in my shoulders and even one in my back shoulder blade area! 10/10

    Fullness

    I seemed a little fuller, even on my low carb days. Nothing extreme, but a slight difference. 8/10

    Recovery

    Didn't notice anything drastic here, it remained about the same, but I was not expecting a difference here.

    Body Comp

    So, it is hard for me to say exactly how much I gained in weight because I moved and got a new scale. But according to my new scale, I am about the same as the start of the log. However, I look better in the mirror and my clothes seem to be tighter in the shoulders, back, chest, and arms. Waist did not budge at all, it may have gone down a little. 10/10

    Strength

    Considering I did not put on any weight, my strength went through the roof for a four week period. On hypertrophy days, my squat went up 20 pounds and bench 15 pounds. On power days, every major lift went up by 5 pounds at least. 10/10

    Overall

    If you're looking for a product that will help with pumps, body comp, and strength, check out Glycophase. I had no problems with it, not even one GI issue. 9.5/10
