  2. Yeah I get bp a lot cause at work we got into the hot chemical area and dress out ppe we have to do pre and post bp checks. Mine is normally btw 112/77 and 123/84

  4. Nope not at all. I know that I feel stronger in my lifts, but just been tired lately. But I'm putting that towards more of having the lil one crying all damn night lol

  7. Thanks bean!! Been a long week and hot as hell. I had a softball tourney tonight but got cancelled due to more rain. So i went for a chest tricep late night workout. Felt really good and pumped.

    Chest:

    incline barbell presses: 155 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 6, 205 lbs x 6, 225 lbs x 4 255 lbs x 2

    incline db press: 65 lbs x 8,8,8

    cable flyes: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

    decline bench press: 135 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 8,8

    triceps:

    machine dips: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

    rope press downs: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

    v bar press downs: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

    reverse cable bar curls: 100 lbs x 12,12,12

  8. Today hit up some cardio 1 mile treadmill then some biceps. Felt good after finally getting some sleep.

    seated sup db curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8

    concentraion curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8

  13. Long night last night long day today this guy got 3 hrs sleep and I'm about to crash!! I don't know how the HHHHH I managed to go to the gym. I hit up back today and a mile of cardio.

  18. Today after a long much needed nap lol I hit gym up for some shoulders. Felt good and pump ready to smash!

    Shoulders:

    seated db presses: 50 lbs x 10,10,10

    lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

    behind neck pull downs: 90 lbs x 8,8 70 lbs x 10

    db shrugs: 55 lbs x 10,10,8,8

  23. Strength is solid and I feel a lot leaner then before I started. Arms are getting hard as rocks and so far only the slight fatigue sides is all I see bad.
