So before work, threw my gym bag in my backseat before I left, closed my door as my keys sat by the shifter, & my car locked itself on some paranormal ish. lol so I'm having my dad go pick the lock while I'm at work so I didn't get to take my mid day dose. I'll still hopefully be hitting 3 caps pre when I get it before the gym & will throw in a 3 caps before bed. Forgot to track yesterday's macros but I can try to figure it out for the log. Weight this morning was 188.2, but looking just as lean as last week.

Just got to my car. Dosing 3 AAv2 & 1 scoop Alphamine pre, 10g BCAAs, 5g glutamine peptide & 5g cit mal intra. Update coming after workout. Haven't eaten since 1 so this should be an awesome workout & I can't wait to bash after. lol On healthy food, of course. :P

Today's workout was awesome. I should've taken some pics, but my veins were craaaazy tonight. Best part was that I didn't even take any agmatine today, so I take that as my BF%/water is getting lower. Here's tonight's numbers.

Starting to tie back in my IF. It really helps me on my macros for the day & the added benefits of the AAv2 & Alphamine. Hit 3 caps upon waking with a coffee, & currently sipping on 1 scoop Alphamine through the day. Gonna go with a 3/2/2/2 dose scheme today. 2nd dose will be now & breaking my fast at 1:30. Weight was 188 on the dot this morning.

Hit back tonight, had an awesome session. Veins are getting better & better each day. Really glad I decided to go with the 3 cap dosing as its seeming to make an even greater impact vs 2. Here's what my workout looked like.

Going to hit some shoulders right now. Dosed 3 caps upon waking with coffee & just dosed my 3 pre with 2 scoops Alphamine & E. here's a couple pics I took this morning. I need to shave the stomach/chest so you can see the deeper cuts I'm seeing lol & also here's some protein pancakes I made this morning!

Shoulder workout was awesome tonight. Veins, veins, veins. Been loving them on the AAv2, along with the added alertness & euphoric feeling. I really think it shines on an empty stomach of more than 3 hours. The longer, the better IMO. Abs continue to feel tighter & the best part about that is I haven't really hit them by themselves much at all during this log.

Just got home from a leg workout. Went fairly well, but experienced my first ever back pumps today.. Not fun. Must not have stretched my lower back out enough beforehand. Dosed 3 caps with 1 scoop alphamine upon waking, 3 an hour pre workout on empty stomach with 1 scoop Alphamine & will take 3 more pre bed. The heartburn effects seem to keep diminishing as my days on AAv2 go by, which is a good thing. I love my veins on this stuff! So much to the point where I'm saving my agmatine caps for after the bottles up, which is rather surprising to me as my first initial thought was this is a fat burner. You reps weren't kidding when you talked of the versatility of AAv2. Forgot to get weight this morning but I'll check it pre workout fasted in the morning. Anyways, here's my workout.

Just finished a nice arm/calves workout. This is the first time in awhile that I've gotten in a true fasted workout in the morning. The thermogenesis & vasodilation are super profound on a fasted workout, I really enjoy it. Took 3 caps pre with 2 scoops Alphamine & 25mg ephedrine, & man, I was pouring in sweat! Major veins in my forearms & a few that I've never seen before in my bis. Loving this stuff. Anyways, here's my workout.

Gonna be going out to celebrate my girlfriend's older sister gettin married next weekend, so getting the crew together for some beers & some good grub! Still have 1,000 cals left to spare (excluding workout expenditure) & protein at 177 as of now. Won't use that as a reason to cheat though! Probably gonna take tomorrow off.. Might throw in some accessory freestyle again but we'll see.

Hit some abs & cardio today. Didn't get a chance to add in weight training but still pleased with how it went. Got in, got ish done & left. Sitting at 1,000 cals for the day. Gonna try to keep it <2,000. Here's my workout.
Half med ball crunch:
Decline Russian twist:
Roman chair leg raises:
10lb DB between feet
Arc trainer: full stride
5 min warmup
10 min HIIT (30sec on/30 off)
5 min cool down
Full incline treadmill: 3.5 speed
10 minute walk
3 minute cool down
Dosed 3 caps pre workout with 2 scoops Alphamine & 25mg E. hit it fasted & the sweat was just pouring. You know it's bad when there's sweat drippage all over the cardio equipment, & all I had on was a tank top. I gotta be a Dbag & take this stuff and wear a sweatshirt for cardio.
