HIGH VOLUME & Acute FX Stack

Some Info on the products

Acute-FX

Never before has the industry seen a product like Acute-FX…these little capsules pack a punch!

Pre-workout powders are the go-to choice for many. They hit quick, and before you know it you’re cranking out reps at the gym…

But capsules have their place as well. Pop a few capsules, no taste, no mixing, and easy to carry around.

Athletix took note of these two pre-workout categories and made them into one…the first ever pre-workout capsule with flavored powder inside the capsules! That’s right…if you want the experience of drinking Acute-FX it’s as easy as separating a few capsules and mixing with water. Want to take a few capsules on the go? You’re all set.

While the novelty of the flavored inner capsule is exciting, the most exciting part of the blend is the straightforward approach to delivering what you seek in the gym: FOCUS, ENERGY, PUMP, and THERMOGENISES.

No gimmicks…just results

FOCUS and ENERGY

The number one reason we all need pre-workouts. Acute-FX provides an all new feel that is clean, smooth, and will extend past the length of your training. The dialed-in focus will push you through each rep, and every contraction. Prepare to walk around the gym feeling like you’re a level above everyone around you.

PUMP

We all want it…we all love it. Agmatine is becoming the most popular pump ingredient for a reason…it works. And it works incredibly well! Combined with Vinpocetine and the pump-producing stim Higenamine…you’re in for huge pumps for such a small serving. This is a true concentrated pump formula.

THERMOGENSIS

Get more out of your workouts…we are all in the gym to transform our bodies. Why not indulge in some strong thermogenesis to assist your transformation a step further? Get the most out of the time you spend working hard, and SWEAT!

High Volume

An Advanced Pump & Performance Complex!

BIG. Bold. Beautiful.

Finally, Athletix is bringing what the “customer in the know” has been asking for. A powerful stimulant free pre-workout with hefty ingredient amounts, an unchallengeable formula, and enough servings to last the above-average trainee at least 4 weeks. Yes…20 to 40 servings!

5g L-Citrulline (That’s Equivalent to approx. 10g Citrulline Malate!)

Today companies are still sneaking citrulline malate into their formulas hoping to fool the consumer. Citrulline malate is a cheap source of citrulline blended 1 part citrulline and 1 part malic acid. 1 gram of citrulline malate only yields about 560mg of pure citrulline, and costs around half the price of pure L-Citrulline.

Athletix cares about our consumers and wants them to finally experience an insane trifecta of pump, endurance, and vascularity. So we loaded 5g of real L-Citrulline into every serving.

1000mg Agmatine Sulfate

This dual acting pump ingredient is the hottest thing on the block for one simple reason….it works. The synergy provided in this formula with the citrulline, along with agmatine’s ability to induce pump through multiple mechanisms will undoubtedly have you turning the volume up.

Micronized Glycerol Monostearate

GMS brings a mechanism to pump and endurance that is independent of NO-based mechanisms seen in ingredients like L-Citrulline. If the NO-based mechanisms weren’t enough to already give you roadmap veins and pumps so big you can’t hold your phone to your ear, we wanted to take this formula up yet another notch.

Hyperhydration in elite endurance athletes has been well documented and proven effective. So much so that unfortunately, GMS is banned by the NCAA. But for everyone else in the world we can reap its benefits and enjoy the edge in the gym it gives!
Typical GMS on the market is made up of very large particles that have a lot of trouble dissolving and cause some difficulty in consumption. We use a special form of GMS that is micronized to maximize its mixability in the formula.

Taurine, IP-6, and Plantago

These final three ingredients are not going to give you anymore pump. Don’t worry, you are already beyond maxed out with the first three ingredients! These last three are here to help maximize the endurance benefits in the formula.
New research on taurine has been conducted to better understand how it works to increase performance and/or endurance. A recent study on elite soccer players found that 1.5mg/kg of Taurine had positive effects on the subjects’ cytokine response from intense training.

Inositol Hexaphosphate, or IP-6, is an inositol molecule bound with 6 phosphate groups. Phosphate loading is a trick that endurance athletes use behind the scenes to boost their times.
Usually this is done with a mineral phosphate like sodium phosphate. These mineral phosphates can upset the GI tract and are an old school way to go about phosphate loading. We used a smarter method…phosphates bound to an organic molecule like inositol.

Plantago Major L. was first released by Athletix in our product Titanium. The animal study performed on this extract showed significant results in terms of endurance through glycogen retention. The study also mentions Plantago may be useful to increase physical strength as well.

Time to Turn Up The Volume!!!

Congrats on being selected for the log; I'm sure you're anticipating great things (as I am) from the HV/AF combo.

Being as lean as you are, I'm sure HV will really bring out the road maps!

Any particular goals or orientations for this run diet/training wise?

Jason Theobald of ScoobyPrep Does all my diet/nutrition. He is in control, will be along the lines of a recomp, i am growing into a middleweight, but was cutting up for the summer. So its a long process.

Training wise i do all my workouts though Team Inov8 Elite Performance headed by Matt jansen and Austin Stout, masterminds of training.

Thoughts?
Well I just got back from a week of vacation and I swear every time I haven't taken a preworkout for about a week (or its the first time ever taking it) that I don't feel anything... but then the second time taking it its like BOOM!

Pumps are where you would expect them. They almost hinder some exercises. Doing bent over rows with 155 yesterday I had to stop short of my rep count because the forearm pump was too much to handle!

Energy and focus are right on the line. You'll feel fantastic the whole time you are in the gym. Kroc rows usually waste me when I do them to the point that I almost take 5 minutes in between sets and then call it a day but not yesterday! Did 3 sets with 90s and then went on to do bodyweight dips with a chain belt holding onto 70lbs for 3 sets of 10!

This stack is the most well rounded, thought out, and ingredients-dosed-right preworkout there is.

You are going to have a blast!

High volume mixed up in the fridge (2 scoops) and 4 caps ready to be taken down tomorrow upon waking ( will stick with this for the 20 servings/doses)
Overall cant wait, i tried a sip of the beverage already mixed up (i mix the day before its a ritual) and also helps settle. So far i enjoy what i taste. Pink Lemonade is a killer flavor, its not very bitter (lemonade wise) but the pink and lemonade mesh very well together and give it a great compliment to each other and tastes on point. I mixed 2 scoops in 16oz of water and its not strong and not dull, its refreshing and has a nice after taste from a sip! Cant wait to slug it down and go TRAIN!

Sick! So much Citrulline made way for a sick back pump, i really never get much back MMC (Mind muscle connection) But wow man, this stuff is strong (250mg) caffeine wish is about my limit and i could definately feel the rush when taking this combined with plenty of agmatine and Citrulline provides one hell of a pump. When ripping deadlifts i could feel my hamstrings on fire, and my whole posterior chain ready to explode, i may have to be a bit less caution on leg day or else i will feel like a helium balloon. Flavoring is very good for the Pink Lemonade and i would have to put it up there with some of my favorites (since its recently became a better flavor agent and flavor on the market)! Success!!

I just wanted to see what the reccomended dosage on the label would bring, and wow, it was SOLID, leg days i may half it (because of the pumps) dont want that to take away from strength training or endurance type of hypertrophy work that may cause the pump to be overbearing with short rest times :)

Nice! Did you feel a boost in muscle endurance or strength output? I find I'm getting a really awesome performance boost in the gym from High Volume, plus some pretty awesome pumps and vascualrity. For me I feel like Plantago Major L. Extract is just as great at boosting endurance/performance as the study shows.

Being it day 1 that is very hard to gauge, btu the workout went very very smooth and i had no problems recovering between sets. Given a week or so this will really be able to dictate, for now the first day was a success. Thank you sir.

Another great workout, quick and to the point, new workout program starts lower volume, but once i hit week 4 in this mesocycle it will be crazy. Wait till you see my arm day and the supersets i have. I have a feeling my arms will feel like a madonna blow up doll in a good way. Day 2 in the books, and this was a good one, Not very pump oriented, but well see what happens come arm day. Recovery was good, and energy was very good as well. Been slamming a lot of Motionless in White, War of Ages, August Burns Red which has helped me crush some workouts.
