I used to use Driven by MRM and Pre-Workout by Extreme Edge but I get much better workouts from Ignite. I do a full body workout 2x per week. 2 mile power walk on treadmill followed by a heavy, intense 1 1/2 hour full body workout, followed by another 2 mile power walk on the treadmill. I almost have to force myself to leave the gym.
