  2. So far so good, no side effects to mention. No head aches or stiffness. I am sure there is a longer time frame before I get the full effects, not sure. Is there any kind of side from extreme sun exposure while using? Just asking because of the fact I am going to be at beach this weekend.

  9. 3 caps MAX-BULK, 1 milk thistle, 1 Hawthorne Berry, 2 betaAlanine, and hand full of vitamins. Going to take the day off from lifting just going to relax. I've been training 4-5 days a week, missing one shouldn't be to bad. I'll be doing plenty of walking.

    Your liver is a very resistant organ. Even years of alcoholic damage can be repaired *most cases under 5 years * and given this is non methylated I don't see the need but if it makes ya feel better give it a go

    1 week at 4 caps should saturate ... I'd think Getting that test up then maintaining it with lower doses would make sense as well. I don't know personally, just a guess. I am sure others have more experience with this and could chime in.

    Im going to have to defer my answer to they guys and A.F. I have never used this sup before and do not know the half life of the product. But the half life is what you want to generally go off of for the length of time that the dose if effective.

  26. Little disappointed this morning, didn't make it to gym. My 4 yr old decided she wanted to keep is up. In her defense we did take her in for her shots maybe it effected her sleep pattern. Looks like my wife and I will be dragging arse today.

  29. Weighed in at 185.5, which is my normal weight. Eating better since my little vaca makes a difference. I am able to time an stick to a routine. I did some dead lifts today with my leg workout because of some article I read. Hopefully I get some good gains soon. Dead lifts were a little heavier this week.
