Thanks PNI and Ricky for choosing me to log their new improved formula Prodigy preworkout.

Right now I'm 181lbs about 5 weeks out from a PL meet. I'm running Sheiko #32 for meet prep. My current maxes are: Bench 265, Squat 385, Deadlift 475. My first lifting day is Monday and I'm looking forward to trying this product out!

What I'm currently working with, took this yesterday.

I skipped abs because I hit 405x2 on squats and didn't feel like doing abs.

Obviously I'm absolutely enthralled with my day at the gym, 405 is a 20lb PR, 2 reps with it is just a personal victory.

Prodigy was good today solid energy good taste and big PRs. Can't really ask for more.

Thanks man, just wait till I squat 425 on Friday, 60lbs to my squat in 6 weeks plus 25 on deads. Bench is kinda still but I'm pausing now so I'm happy to just be about the same with the pause. I legitimately feel right now like I can get a class 1 total on Aug 24 425,265,525 would put me in for USPA Worlds in 2014.

Your bench form is solid as hell bubba. Keep pushing the weights and as you can tell...good things will come.

Came in to the gym with 2 goals today. Hit my target squat and bench for the meet. I hit my 425 squat and followed up with 435 to boot. Felt like I was so close to getting the 265 paused bench I wanted but missed it. I did hit 245 with a fine pause and I think right now I can do 255, I missed on that after the 265 attempt but I think I exhausted myself on 265. Looking back I should have done 255 then 265 but I can't possibly be disappointed on a day that my squat goes up 30lbs. Really enjoying Prodigy the flavor and effects are both good, no crashes, a bit of jitters, but I like that.

thanks brother looking for 450 at my meet, just been taking one scoop this week, but I might kick up to 2 for my heavy training coming up.

Nice work man! When you hit that sticking point, start squeezing and spreading and breaking the bar. Since it's so close to lockout, I'd suggest maybe trying to rotate your elbows out just to cheat those last couple inches of lockout. No doubt in my mind 265 is well within your reach come meet day!

Just counter rotate those hands and that'll make your triceps finish it off like Herder said. Good work

Honestly none, Sheiko isn't much on accessory work aside from DB Fly and GMs. Some of the other cycles have tricep stuff though, probably something to incorporate in the future.
Let see some results. Good luck in contest prep

My opinion of course but, if you aren't working your triceps hard it is a mistake.

I ended up being sick on monday, didn't hit the gym. Not to worry this week was scheduled deload anyway and I'm feeling a lot better now. I'll be back in the gym to do some lightish squats and some bench tomorrow.

Thanks man, I attribute much of my recent squat success to pausing so low in the hole, that if I was to fart I could blow dust up off the floor. I should be 100% by Friday, if not certainly Monday.

I had that dam summer bug lingering for like three weeks last month. didnt really affect training but it def was a nuisance!

Had 1 last day of training that really had no organization before I get back into the last 3 weeks of Sheiko meet prep. Wanted to do a few things, attempt a 450 squat, do a Bw bench press challenge, and do some light deads.

Enjoying 1 scoop of Prodigy, focus and energy are smooth. Probably gonna kick it up a notch to 2 scoops this next week, training will be intense.

Nice work! The only thing I saw on squats was that you lost your chest for a split second in the hole. Your form stayed admirably tight for a supramaximal lift. I wouldn't rule out 450 on the day of the meet!

Good workout today, bench felt good one finger wider, and I believe leg drive is starting to click. Wasn't fully satisfied with form on first set at 405 so I continued to record and see if I could improve on it. Took 2 scoops of Prodigy today, and I'm glad I did, it was a tough workout but I got through it fine.

So if I had to describe today's workout with one word it would be "grind." This week was the beginning of training with new training maxes on squat and DL, an addition of 95lbs total. It has been a tough one and I knew that I wasn't recovered fully going in to today. Monday was my heaviest squat workout ever, until today. My back was still sore from deads on Wednesday which translated into a seriously intense back pump all through my squats. 265 felt tremendously heavy, but I was able to get all the top sets at 355 done. They weren't the paused ATG squats I've been trying to do lately but they were hard and I finished them. Had to skip GM's though, back was fried. Just happy that I finished strong, this is the last really tough week I had to train before the meet, so I wasn't going to leave any squat sets unfinished.
