    I have Convicts, too stiff for me to wrap myself, but good if you have a partner.

    Maybe I'm just weak, but I use RPMs and Inzer Z Wraps the most, and wrap those all myself.

    Lol for sure. They are fairly priced. I just wanted to start using them now about a month from the meet. It was these or the Elite FTS ones simply because they seem really pliable.

    I'll let you know what I decide on and if they are overkill or not

    Mostly 225 and working on set up and pinning my traps together
    Last one was 135 starting low and slow and gradually increasing speed while keeping form

    Guess I did them right.

    My hips were tight I should have done some lunges

    I always plan some type of unilateral work at the end of leg day, stretch the hips out good and whatnot.

    This wasn't my normal gym there was BIG a$$ window I mean it's a two story building and the thing took up almost a whole side, so the sun was leeching me. I just wanted to go back to my gym that has like 3 windows max.

    In a few days I'll go work some lunges and more squats just for you
