Starting weight: 200.5lbs dry after bathroom use in morning, as of today.
Goals: Increasing strength/power (primarily) while either only adding lean mass or decreasing bodyfat. Diet is currently geared with an emphasis on recomp. Got a new girlfriend & have had cheat meals on cheat meals lately (altho managed to still maintain or lower bf last wk or two), so I really don't expect to lose fat. But with some good dietary manipulation/supplementation & Mass FX hoping to mitigate any fat gain if I go over maintenance.
Squatting every single day I lift right now, 5x/week. High frequency power program with LOW volume; no ab work or lower body work is done right now besides both a max effort & speed deadlift day each week after squatting to allow recovery to squat the next day. Upper body is all powerbuilding or pure hypertrophy work right now, besides a speed bench thrown in once/wk.
