Day 28 (198.0 lbs)
Last night's lift. Didn't plan on the heavy deadlift - had to borrow a belt for the last set even. I just missed not pulling these last 2 weeks & needed to put some weight in my hands. It's my favorite lift. Callous got ripped off during pullups so that kind of ended my back session - the deads took it out of me anyway & it was getting late. Still had a LOT of fun.
Bb Backsquat 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 275x1, 315x5
Traditional Deadlift 135x10, 225x5, 315x3x6 sets, 385x1, 455x1, 525x1*
Chinups BW x12, 10, 8, 7, 7
*525 @ 198lbs off-cycle now compared to 535 @ 217lbs around the beginning of April - almost 20 lbs lighter, no roids, & it honestly felt like 545 is there right now - this was just a training 1rm. Definitely gotten stronger, no question. It practically flew up to my knees before I had to dig in to pull thru. Gonna cycle in some heavy rackpulls next 3-4 wks & go for a 550 probably.
Final Noodz for comparison to 1st pages pre-Mass FX. No drastic changes but I'm inclined to say I'm leaner as I'm down weight but am stronger & certainly don't feel less muscular at all. This was a suprisingly potent natty product with no bad sides for me, except perhaps hunger if that's a big concern - but you gotta eat to grow, amirite??
These were from today, first day off Mass FX, no gym pump or anything - just snapped em when I got home from work.
Final review should be up tomorrow. I want to lay out my thoughts so I can say exactly what I want - this product was honestly a win for me, & I want to do it justice & give it the attention it deserves.

Athletic Xtreme Mass FX: Final Review
Effects Personally Noticed:
- Increased Hunger: This took a week or so to catch up with me, but once it did it became impossible to ignore - I've simply been hungrier, more often, to the point that it was aggravating. I most certainly ate more, & more often, because of this. That being said, I was actually leaner by the end of the month, so never a bad thing to eat & not get fat!
-Increased Aggression: Not in a pissy sort of way, or all the time irritability like certain hormones can contribute to - I just noticed that my patience this last month has been much shorter. I seemed quicker to get irked at idiots in traffic, or if I hurt myself at work (as a mechanic, that's about daily). No seething rage or more likelihood to argue/pick fights, I just have been quicker to cuss things.
-Increased Libido: Just wanted it, every day, even when very tired - I think it was easier to get aroused, & I often seemed harder than I'm used to. Also seems like it increased the size of my payloads, which is always a plus. This was evident from the end of week 1 thru the month, with no decline.
-Increased Strength: I was able to consistently increase my loads on my main training compounds, & routinely was surprised at how easy the increases felt. In one month I added over 30lbs to my deficit deadlift 3RM, & continued to easily add 10lbs/wk to my squat lifts. Part of this is simply good programming & training/diet/supplementation, but I can't deny the new 1RM on benchpress & traditional deadlift at this new lighter bodyweight - both only 10lbs under my best maxes at almost 20lbs heavier & on cycle, & the benchpress followed zero programming schedule (I simply benched how I felt inclined to each week). Mass FX will NOT hurt your strength, that's for darn sure.
-Increased Pump/Vascularity: The entire month of Mass FX, it seems that my veins have been more prominent & my muscles have seemed more full, round the clock - people kept telling me I was looking bigger, even as I've actually been getting lighter. Winning.
-No bad sides, acne extremely negligible, no bad tastes/burps, convenient 2pills 2x/day dosing, morning & dinner-ish, with or without food.
-Would you recommend this product/use again? Yes. Personally, it primarily has a place in PCT to help get me back on track & continue to lift heavy with my newly acquired strength from a hormonal cycle. This product works fast, which is imperative to keep gains in such a sensitive time immediately following steroid usage. In addtition, anyone looking for a natural way to increase their sex drive & push for steady progress in their weight training could benefit from a 2-month cycle of Mass FX - this product can make a notable difference in the weight room, no joke.
