Day 22 (199.6lbs)
Woke up this morning after only 4.5 hrs of sleep to start smashing some o/t at work. Lots of work+low sleep+mass fx means stupid hunger & accompanying weight gain, so I don't think the leanness I woke up with today will follow suit tomorrow
Gonna go hit a heavy box squat single now & go to bed for work early tomorrow as well; probably gonna save the back attack for tomorrow since I'm dead. Going to the Cards vs. Cubs game with the gal & her madre, so looking forward to a rest tomorrow evening.
Last night was busy as all get-out with work & everything, but got into the gym around 9 for the light squat today (picking up right where I left off last week) & arms - decided to switch my ancient arm routine up for an old heavy-ass 5x5 routine that shouldn't work on paper but can provide some serious muscle shock if done right. All sets performed 1 set A exercise, followed by the paired B exercise, the repeat. Arms were fried way more than usual.

No lift yesterday; woke at 4:30 for overtime work at 5:30, visited my dad after I got off around noon, & rushed home to clean up & met the gf's mom for the first time @ 3:30, so that filled the day unfortunately. And Cards lost by 1 run *smhs*. Good news is work & seeing Dad was great, awesome meal bought by the gf, her mom loved me, game was great & last night/this morning was ridiculously great. Took that gal out for bfast today. Thanks Mass FX

Day 24 (200.4 lbs)
Today got fed pretty decent, feeling really good. We layed a new tune on my vette today, and it runs harder than ever. Cleaned it up good, and enjoyed lots of cruising in the perfect weather while we dialed the tune in. Plus lots of quality time with the gf, so really had a positive attitude coming into the gym tonight. Timed Mass FX well with the late workout, so that had to help - the weight felt pretty light all night, and I was able to keep my pace up better than usual.

Day 26 (196.7lbs)
Weight has dropped last two days; haven't been this light in a year (and before any cycles, ever). Drastically leaner & more muscular at this weight now vs. a year ago, & waaaay stronger. Feels good. Weighed 198.0 yesterday morning & lighter still today, & I triple checked the scale. That being said, strength is only up - benched 275 yesterday at a sub-200lb bodyweight, and I almost tried for a double. It went up smooth, & felt like more was there. Personal best is 285 4 months ago, on cycle, weighing 217. Bet I could do the 285 now, off-cycle, while 20lbs lighter.
Score one for dedicated diet/training/supplementation, & score a big one for Mass FX - been able to steadily progress in my Smolov squat cycle without a hiccup as the loads become increasingly more serious for me, even while leaning slightly. And def no loss of muscle.

There's so much squatting in this thread idk what to do with myself! The loss of bw/bf while maintaining and/or getting stronger is great! Albeit you cleaned your diet up and stuck with it! Great progress hyde

Day 28 (198.0 lbs)
Last night's lift. Didn't plan on the heavy deadlift - had to borrow a belt for the last set even. I just missed not pulling these last 2 weeks & needed to put some weight in my hands. It's my favorite lift. Callous got ripped off during pullups so that kind of ended my back session - the deads took it out of me anyway & it was getting late. Still had a LOT of fun.

*525 @ 198lbs off-cycle now compared to 535 @ 217lbs around the beginning of April - almost 20 lbs lighter, no roids, & it honestly felt like 545 is there right now - this was just a training 1rm. Definitely gotten stronger, no question. It practically flew up to my knees before I had to dig in to pull thru. Gonna cycle in some heavy rackpulls next 3-4 wks & go for a 550 probably.

Final Noodz for comparison to 1st pages pre-Mass FX. No drastic changes but I'm inclined to say I'm leaner as I'm down weight but am stronger & certainly don't feel less muscular at all. This was a suprisingly potent natty product with no bad sides for me, except perhaps hunger if that's a big concern - but you gotta eat to grow, amirite??
These were from today, first day off Mass FX, no gym pump or anything - just snapped em when I got home from work.

Athletic Xtreme Mass FX: Final Review
Effects Personally Noticed:
- Increased Hunger: This took a week or so to catch up with me, but once it did it became impossible to ignore - I've simply been hungrier, more often, to the point that it was aggravating. I most certainly ate more, & more often, because of this. That being said, I was actually leaner by the end of the month, so never a bad thing to eat & not get fat!
-Increased Aggression: Not in a pissy sort of way, or all the time irritability like certain hormones can contribute to - I just noticed that my patience this last month has been much shorter. I seemed quicker to get irked at idiots in traffic, or if I hurt myself at work (as a mechanic, that's about daily). No seething rage or more likelihood to argue/pick fights, I just have been quicker to cuss things.
-Increased Libido: Just wanted it, every day, even when very tired - I think it was easier to get aroused, & I often seemed harder than I'm used to. Also seems like it increased the size of my payloads, which is always a plus. This was evident from the end of week 1 thru the month, with no decline.
-Increased Strength: I was able to consistently increase my loads on my main training compounds, & routinely was surprised at how easy the increases felt. In one month I added over 30lbs to my deficit deadlift 3RM, & continued to easily add 10lbs/wk to my squat lifts. Part of this is simply good programming & training/diet/supplementation, but I can't deny the new 1RM on benchpress & traditional deadlift at this new lighter bodyweight - both only 10lbs under my best maxes at almost 20lbs heavier & on cycle, & the benchpress followed zero programming schedule (I simply benched how I felt inclined to each week). Mass FX will NOT hurt your strength, that's for darn sure.
-Increased Pump/Vascularity: The entire month of Mass FX, it seems that my veins have been more prominent & my muscles have seemed more full, round the clock - people kept telling me I was looking bigger, even as I've actually been getting lighter. Winning.
-No bad sides, acne extremely negligible, no bad tastes/burps, convenient 2pills 2x/day dosing, morning & dinner-ish, with or without food.
-Would you recommend this product/use again? Yes. Personally, it primarily has a place in PCT to help get me back on track & continue to lift heavy with my newly acquired strength from a hormonal cycle. This product works fast, which is imperative to keep gains in such a sensitive time immediately following steroid usage. In addtition, anyone looking for a natural way to increase their sex drive & push for steady progress in their weight training could benefit from a 2-month cycle of Mass FX - this product can make a notable difference in the weight room, no joke.
Nice work, Athletic Xtreme. Give yourselves a pat on the back: Mass FX is no snake oil - this product does just what it advertises. One of the strongest natural products I've tried. As a natty product, it's not magic - but it is, undeniably, effective. Thanks again!
