    Speed Deadlift 135x5, 225x5, 315x3 x6 sets
    Speed Bench 135x5, 205x3 x8 sets
    Strict Standing Military 95x15, 115x15, x15, 135x10, x8
    Side-Lateral Raises ss w/ Rear Delt Flys
    25x12/20x15, 25x12/25x12, 25x12/25x8/4 (rest pause to finish)

    Feeling strong as an ox last couple workouts. Lots of carbs & cals and some sleep no doubt helped, but I mean I've really had to hold back today & yesterday on the squatting - it's feeling SO light I want to do extra work. I squat the 365 beltless tonight, way below parallel, like it was cake. Could have easily carried the 410 into the hole even after the slow descent, but just trying to stick with the program (I add 10lbs every wk & 5 wks to go). Speed pulls & bench felt lighter & faster too.
    have you noticed strength gains you could attribute to mass fx black?

    my endurance and time between sets are improved, but haven't noticed any improved strength i could directly put on the fx black.

    My diet is aimed at a recomp. I'd say it's aimed at a cut, but cheats are so prevalent right now I'm using my diet as a way to balance this out. I'd like to lose fat but strength gain is def more important now so just not getting fatter is easy enough to work with while building my strength.


    Day 13 (200.8lbs)

    Monday was supposed to be squat & chest, but last minute found out there was a big bday dinner on the Hill in stl for a friend, so had to squat & run. 350x3 was the workset, beltless & deep no prob. Shoulder got tweaked after last wk's heavy bench so just as well I suppose; I need to heal. Pounded some spaghetti baked w/ provel, salsiccia, & cannolis before hitting bed.

    Woke at 206.8 lbs Tuesday! Off-day (gf got back from a trip to Miami & left for Chicago today, so this was our night together). Don't worry, we had our own workout pre- & post dinner - which she even paid for, btw, to sweeten the deal. Did I mention the back massage I got? Winning. Diet was aggressive to day to compensate for Monday's cheat. Fixed things right up.

    Weight back in check today, ate clean & big - lots of sirloin, brown rice, veggies, had some protein & CarbonX preworkout meal. Very ready to pull a 3RM PR on deficit dead - rest, nutrition, & mindset were all there. God had other plans, however.

    Today's Lift
    Bb Backsquat 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 275x1, 315x1, 365x1, 395x1 (all performed beltless except last, & all below parallel easy)

    Deficit Deadlift off 45 plate 135x5, 225x3, 315x3, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1, 495x1, then BOOM! (PR, still)

    BOOM! = the sound your right hamstring makes in your head when it pulls halfway thru the 2nd rep of your PR set you've been dreaming of all day midway thru your 8wk squat cycle where you squat every single day

    FML. I was so strong, STOOPID strong. Totally ready & confident for that 495x3 from a deficit - I wanted it, & am sure I'd have gotten it. First rep came up smooth & powerfully; I am certain I'd have finished the set of 3. Idk if that's good or bad. On the one hand, it's so disappointing to fail & be injured. On the other, it's great to know I really am getting stronger. Hopefully this heals up quick. Lower body is on hiatus until further notice. Time for upper body volume training I guess

  4. For reference, at a weight of 217lbs 3 months ago on Msten I pulled 535x1 from the floor. At 201 today I was going to pull 495x3 from a 1in deficit. I think Mass FX is making a difference in power.

  7. Moved red meat to my work meals protein source of choice on especially high effort days as of late - idk if it's placebo, but I really do feel stronger doing this on these days. I also try to minimize fats & put everything on clean complex carbs/fruits on these days too.

    I used to just eat carbs every meal on all lifting days - this was only making me fat. I get better results & stay leaner by keeping carbs out of certain meals but timing them right to keep satiety/strength up where/when I need it. I gain easily, muscle but especially fat. Emphasis on the fat lol. Getting smarter with my diet has made considerable differences. I'm never getting on a stage, but I don't wanna be a fatass either.

    No bruising thankfully (not yet, anyway!) & 600mg of ibuprofen has it feeling much better. Praying this is minor. Not limping anymore since the ibu kicked in, fairly comfy. We'll see how tomorrow treats me tho. Would be nice to be squatting again before mass fx is thru.

  12. Great to hear you're killing it man and nice numbers. Sorry about the hammy and I hope you have a speedy recovery. I've pulled my bad and it's not fun so I hope yours is minor. Good to see you logging and this mass FX stuff sounds good. DL numbers are looking nice.

    I know you're a Natadrol guy, & before I ever lost my hormonal virginity I ran that stuff for 8wks. Seemed like it helped me get a bit stronger, but all around after only 2wks of Mass FX I can say with confidence it is leaps & bounds better than natadrol. Forget that stuff & run this for 8wks if nothing else, but this product is strictly superior. I use oral roids, & I can tell this is doing something even for me at least.

    Ya it does sound pretty good. I seem to be a better responder than your average joe when it comes to natadrol though too which is why I like it. Cheap and for me, potent. Except they are taking it away from me... Ill give this a look up next and do some research today.

    EDIT: I looked it up and checked some stuff out today but 1) I haven't seen it for sale any of my usual place 2) says anabolic, as in requires a PCT or is it sorta of like natadrol? 3) 4 or 8 week run? seems inexpensive but I don't want to dump $ for 2 bottles before I have tried it. Looks nice though. Has me thinking. I have 1.5 weeks left on my natty.

    1) Order things online if you can't find them in person - it's always cheapest online anyway (no overhead)
    2) Anabolism simply means the building up of cellular structures from simpler forms - catabolism is the opposite breaking-down process. This is a non-hormonal product for anyone trying to build naturally or in PCT/off-time from exogenous hormones (anabolic steroids)
    3) 8wk run, duh boi. Most supps take time to get spooled up in your system, so you're def getting more 'on' time with 8 continuous wks vs. 2 separate 4-wkers. 4wks would only be worth it to me if this was being used in a PCT (most guys coming off a cycle of roids use some kind of natty t-booster to help restore their own production a bit faster, in addition to other otc & Rx compounds)

    Took a bunch of Ibuprofen upon waking, but haven't had to take any the rest of the day - great sign. Also no longer walking with a limp (not visibly anyway). No visible bruising, was doing a few bodyweight deep squats & lunges at work. They kinda hurt, & there's constant soreness, but this is def really good still. Gonna just do upper body hypertrophy next few days & re-evaluate next week. May be squatting again before I know it! Cross yo fingers.

    Mass FX sitting in the tank with 2 scoops of Vanilla Syntha-6, a sweet potato, & 12 oz almond milk - you have no idea how indecently tasty that is blended together, even with the skin on still. About to go smash back & tris.

  20. Holy salivating constantly batman - waaaay too much yohimbe in that Oxy Elite Pro sample. Everything else in that preworkout concoction sits awesome with me, but sure am glad I never shelled out the dough for Oxy, cuz I'd be giving it away. One sample pack of 1 scoop & it was ridiculous; decimated my endurance for first half of gym session. WAY over-stimmed, anxious, weak. Got a bit better as time went on, but tonight I had to suck it up & live with my folly.

    It was one only one serving, sono***un! Stuff mixed great, tasted fine, but too much for this guy for sure.

    Nothing fancy tonight gym-wise, but just wanted to mention how much I'm enjoying Mass FX. Vascularity round the clock is up, not like methyl steroid pumped obviously but considering my weight is the same or higher there's no other explanation for the increased veinage (no loss in bf for sure so far). Stuff seems like it has me more full, muscularly. Libido certainly isn't worse, shot a record-size load Tuesday, & appetite has been higher. Certainly no weaker!

  21. Can't stand yohimbe . I tried to fck wit it a few times but definitely not for me. N its funny cuz same shyt happened to me where the effects ruins ur workout up until it diminishes. N u try to make up for the slack at the end lol

    I meant online I found only a few places. Wasn't sure if direct was best I don't like dealing with random shady websites. I couldn't find it solo on NP.

    I know what anabolism is, don't worry lol, however the term "anabolic" is often used with supplements that can cause suppression and is slung around to mean a lot of things it doesn't really mean. Just checking as I didn't have time to look in depth. Good to hear its natty. I like that a lot, especially with natadrol coming off the market. This stuff could pull this guys in. Ive been looking at a few PH but want to keep it natty for a few more years at least. Who knows whats gona be legal/around at that point though.

    I saw it's supposed to peak around 3-5 days in so I was just curious if short runs really were worth it. Thanks for the info brother.

  23. IMO, all test boosters should be used for 8 weeks. Four is a waste of money to me. Except for Prime. But we really don't know what prime does do we haha

  24. Mass FX is looking like the real deal at this point; I think I'll be picking some up for my next PCT or inter-cycle run instead of my usual AB/ABE protocol.
