Moved red meat to my work meals protein source of choice on especially high effort days as of late - idk if it's placebo, but I really do feel stronger doing this on these days. I also try to minimize fats & put everything on clean complex carbs/fruits on these days too.
I used to just eat carbs every meal on all lifting days - this was only making me fat. I get better results & stay leaner by keeping carbs out of certain meals but timing them right to keep satiety/strength up where/when I need it. I gain easily, muscle but especially fat. Emphasis on the fat lol. Getting smarter with my diet has made considerable differences. I'm never getting on a stage, but I don't wanna be a fatass either.

EDIT: I looked it up and checked some stuff out today but 1) I haven't seen it for sale any of my usual place 2) says anabolic, as in requires a PCT or is it sorta of like natadrol? 3) 4 or 8 week run? seems inexpensive but I don't want to dump $ for 2 bottles before I have tried it. Looks nice though. Has me thinking. I have 1.5 weeks left on my natty.

2) Anabolism simply means the building up of cellular structures from simpler forms - catabolism is the opposite breaking-down process. This is a non-hormonal product for anyone trying to build naturally or in PCT/off-time from exogenous hormones (anabolic steroids)
3) 8wk run, duh boi. Most supps take time to get spooled up in your system, so you're def getting more 'on' time with 8 continuous wks vs. 2 separate 4-wkers. 4wks would only be worth it to me if this was being used in a PCT (most guys coming off a cycle of roids use some kind of natty t-booster to help restore their own production a bit faster, in addition to other otc & Rx compounds)

Day 14 (200.0lbs)
Took a bunch of Ibuprofen upon waking, but haven't had to take any the rest of the day - great sign. Also no longer walking with a limp (not visibly anyway). No visible bruising, was doing a few bodyweight deep squats & lunges at work. They kinda hurt, & there's constant soreness, but this is def really good still. Gonna just do upper body hypertrophy next few days & re-evaluate next week. May be squatting again before I know it! Cross yo fingers.

Holy salivating constantly batman - waaaay too much yohimbe in that Oxy Elite Pro sample. Everything else in that preworkout concoction sits awesome with me, but sure am glad I never shelled out the dough for Oxy, cuz I'd be giving it away. One sample pack of 1 scoop & it was ridiculous; decimated my endurance for first half of gym session. WAY over-stimmed, anxious, weak. Got a bit better as time went on, but tonight I had to suck it up & live with my folly.
It was one only one serving, sono***un! Stuff mixed great, tasted fine, but too much for this guy for sure.

Nothing fancy tonight gym-wise, but just wanted to mention how much I'm enjoying Mass FX. Vascularity round the clock is up, not like methyl steroid pumped obviously but considering my weight is the same or higher there's no other explanation for the increased veinage (no loss in bf for sure so far). Stuff seems like it has me more full, muscularly. Libido certainly isn't worse, shot a record-size load Tuesday, & appetite has been higher. Certainly no weaker!

Can't stand yohimbe . I tried to fck wit it a few times but definitely not for me. N its funny cuz same shyt happened to me where the effects ruins ur workout up until it diminishes. N u try to make up for the slack at the end lol

I know what anabolism is, don't worry lol, however the term "anabolic" is often used with supplements that can cause suppression and is slung around to mean a lot of things it doesn't really mean. Just checking as I didn't have time to look in depth. Good to hear its natty. I like that a lot, especially with natadrol coming off the market. This stuff could pull this guys in. Ive been looking at a few PH but want to keep it natty for a few more years at least. Who knows whats gona be legal/around at that point though.
I saw it's supposed to peak around 3-5 days in so I was just curious if short runs really were worth it. Thanks for the info brother.

IMO, all test boosters should be used for 8 weeks. Four is a waste of money to me. Except for Prime. But we really don't know what prime does do we haha

Mass FX is looking like the real deal at this point; I think I'll be picking some up for my next PCT or inter-cycle run instead of my usual AB/ABE protocol.

as hyde says: anabolic simply means muscle-building; how the term is used by some, and how you interpret it (ie automatically assuming it must be hormonal), do not necessarily reflect actual terminology

It actually doesn't mean to build JUST muscle, it's building any complex molecule etc, and is the opposite of catabolism, but sure. I was speaking from a purely marketing hype standpoint not a scientific or medical standpoint. Sorry if I came across as ignorant or otherwise. I do have an education in this type of stuff... lol.
If a substance does actually increase test etc like this product claims, then it does affect hormones to some extent. The pathway and results are what dictates if a particular "anabolic" causes shutdown or not. I was simply asking whether the labeling included the word "anabolic" because it was suppressive or for marketing hype or if it was just because it is anabolic. I think we both know that company's marketing works differently and certain products tend to use different terminology. Perhaps I was interpreting the labeling a bit, but with good reason. I was simply asking a question based on a quick look at the product and label.
Traditional "anabolics" are steroids or precursors, etc. perhaps traditional isn't the right word, and of course the category includes many other substances. Either way the definition of anabolism isn't really consequential to this discussion anyways.

Mass Fx is doing something, namely giving me a crazy appetite, especially for junk & simple carbs. NOT for those trying to lose weight; the name says it all. That being said, strength is good & I feel like my body just....wants to grow. I'm fighting it so hard mentally, & trying with diet, but I just don't have the will. Up 5 lbs in 2wks, & by no means all muscle. I think I look softer. And like I said, power/strength has been there too, that solid feeling you get when you're just getting fed & can move some iron.
This is what the first 2 wks seems to have yielded anyway. We'll see.

Weight is only climbing. I deserve it, but it feels a bit unfair. I just feel like a bear, & nobody ever saw a grizzly back down from a meal (or be skinny, for that matter). The upside is I seem to be getting the grizzlybear strength end of it as well. Max benchpress was 285lbs on Methylsten & 1/4/19dhea several months ago. Still, never pressed 265 for even a double. Tried a couple times over last few months, to no avail. If I'd have had a spotter I'd have gone for 3 yesterday!

Day 19 (200.0 lbs)
Finally got my gut heading back in the right direction! Cleaned up the diet a bunch & been much smarter with it last 3 days, with a concerted effort to undo some of my crimes against my body. Couldn't believe the scale, expected 201 or so this morning, but I was looking pretty lean (compared to me over the last couple weeks I mean).
Sunday was off; fell asleep in the afternoon after taking 2 caps of AMP preworkout (140mg caff, prob 50mg of DMAA). That's how you know you need to slow it down & recover, when you can sleep immediately after that stuff lol. Yesterday was offday as well, spent with the lady.
Vascularity, accordingly, has been stronger, allowing me to show these sweet Mass FX veins - this is post workout tonight with Green Mag, Hemavol, extra Cit Mal & Agmatine, CarbonX preworkout, but still: this reminds me of my last cycle. I'm leaner than then, yes, but this also isn't an oral steroid. It's a natty otc blend of ingredients. Very impressed!
Tomorrow is a bbq with gf's fam, & looking to try squatting thursday since my ham seems like it's doing so darn well. Tonight I was strong as all get out. This PR is over 10lbs over bodyweight, & 10lbs over previous record at a lighter bodyweight to boot.
