Been crazy busy lately! Spending lots of time with the new gf lately, & libido has been getting stronger (had some gyno come up a while back, and still recovering from an unsuccesful letro/nolva cycle I just wrapped up - did NOT remove my new gyno lumps AND my erectile function has been lackluster....it's up, it's down, up, down. Got the worst side from letro with none of the intended results ). This new gal knows about the ph/ds & everything, and has been awesome - think she digs the muscles pretty hard. Gotta get the thick back to get the ladies in the sack, amirite?
Last few days since starting Mass FX seems like libido has been going up a lot, & feeling/enjoyment down there is a bit better. Going like rabbits & just working around the on/off issue - the mental drive has been STRONG. Like, we had to dash off from some friends at the bar last night (obv I wasn't drinking) to find some privacy fast...
Nothing else to note, certainly no noted downsides or ill side-effects. Not any weaker in the gym, that's for sure.

Also have max effort deadlift on 2nd day of squat routine & speed deadlift on day 4. Bench is heavy pyramid day 1 & speed bench day 4 or 5 usually. Hypertrophy work is back once or twice /wk, same for arms, and chest is once/wk, same for shoulders. Trying to get a bit more attention on bis & tris, & need 2 days of rowing/pulling to help balance the pressing days. No direct ab or leg work during this program since I need to be fresh to squat every workout, no cardio.

Day 5 (198.2lbs)
Haven't been this light in over half a year, and certainly not at this bodyfat/lean mass ratio. Lady was over last night til late in the morning, and noticed in the bathroom before catching a few hrs shuteye how cut/full I was looking. Figured it was a fluke, hadn't had the usual pre-bed meal & had been some time since I'd had water with all the distraction.
Wrong. The dry look has continued thru the morning & the entire day - I am most definitely drier than normal. And been drinking like a fish as hot as it's been at work, so it's certainly not for lack of hydration. Carbs have been higher than usual too yesterday & today for tonight's max effort deadlifts, so it's not glycogen depletion.
Mass FX is drying me out, & looking full to boot! There does seem to be the mildest of stim effects after taking a dose, like R1 & Big T seem to be experiencing. I had to run on 3 hrs of sleep today & was dragging very hard on the way home from work. Had my dose with pwo meal & noticed how alert I was before ever even hitting the preworkout supp ( right now; don't waste your time).
Strength was up in max effort deadlift today (3RM deficit deads, specifically), despite being lighter bodyweight actually than last wk - go baby go!
Got my Titan Support Systems knee sleeves in yesterday since I'm squatting 5x/wk - they are incredible, zero aggravation in my knees now & I feel so much more sure-footed under the bar. Any lifter with bad knees, old injuries, or lifting very heavy owes it to themselves to get a pair - $60 is a drop in a bucket compared to surgery, nevermind all the pain & off-time & inconveniences injuries bring. Not if I can help it!
