A couple of months back Cary K at PNI allowed a newb to Log Premium Nutraceuticals pre-work out Prodigy. It was a great experience and I had consistent work outs that were top tier. Now it looks like PNI has retooled their already exceptional product and given me the ability to go another round Prodigy.
Fresh off a week long break of all supplements my adrenals are cleansed my body is rested and I am ready to go.

For this log I will focus on a few key factors and rate them on a scale of 1-10
Endurance
Recovery ( between sets and between work outs
Strength
Focus/ mental stimulation
Body Composition changes
I will also give a recap of how I feel the New formula stacks up compared to the old one.

Prodigy will be my only aid in the gym, I will only be taking my joint supplement, fish oil, multi, and a post work out protein supplement.

I couldnt wait another day not being in the gym so I hit a leg session. I almost dipped into my half empty tub of OG prodigy but resisted the urge

Front squats 135X10 185X8 185X10

Standing calf raises 225X15X4
Dead Lifts 225X10 275X5 315X2
1 Leg leg prss 1 plate each side 15X3
1 Leg Calv press 1 plate each side 15X3
Standing Kettlebell squat swing 25lb 1 arm 15 reps each arm for 2 sets 45lb both arms 15 reps total for 2 sets

75lb dumbbell press 10reps pressing with both arms then 5 reps with 1 arm at a time 3 sets
65lb incline db press same 10X5X3 sets
45lb db flys 15X3
35lb db incline flys 15X3
55lb db hammer press 12X3
45lb db incline hammer press 10X3
70lb decline press 2 burn out sets ( I think my rep count was in the 30's both times )

My faithfull gym kicks got triped up on a door jam and blew out the front end! I hope some super glue will fix them, or some shoe goo.

Hate when that happens. Looks like just the front end of the flap so hopefully it's an easy fix!

I heard roomer of it having unicorn horn velvet, extremely hard to come by but provides great energy and focus! But the raws are so expensive I dont know how PNI is selling Prodigy at such a reasonable price.

Sorry to update on my phone but my lap top just took a dive. I had a great work out today I was in the gym pounding iron for a bit over a hour and a half. since I'm on my phone and can't format my text I am not going to write out my entire work out but I will definitely saw that I'm happy to have Prodigy back I'm my life. I felt a great rush of energy 20 min after taking it and I can already tell a difference of recovery time in between sets between The og Prodigy and the new formula. Every set i did only had a 20 second break in between and I wasn't fatiguing hardly at all. I also decided to attempt a PR for scull crushers 125x5 and I hit it! this is going to be a fun 30 days

I just love how Prodigy's energy starts to build up just after you drink it. For me it seems like my tongue gets the BA tingles and it just spreads all over my body with in minutes!

First thoughts
Holly hell I felt like an animal in the gym. Just go go go. the Pump was solid and I felt that extra gear that had seemed to be missing!
I do have to mention though that I had a bad rash on my forehead about an hour after my work out. I am going to keep an eye on it as my work outs continue. I dont think it was the Prodigy because I didnt have any issues with the older formula.

Thoughts: I felt "on" today like I just wanted to attack the weights! the pump was solid and the recovery between sets was phenomenal! The rash on my forehead didnt get worse but it hasnt got any better, I think it may be irritation from my hat and the ridiculous sweat that I have had the past two work outs we will just have to see.

Good to see prodigy is treating you well and you're still killing it in the gym. Love the feeling of attacking the weights and showing who's boss. Always feel so accomplished afterwards!

Ok so I can say that the rash on my forehead was not from Prodigy. That being said I felt SUPER strong! That leg press felt easy! the focus was awesome and the sweat was fantastic! I almost didnt get a work out in this morning because I was up almost all of last night taking care of my dog but Prodigy helped me have a great work out!

What day is it?!

I slept for 11 hours last night and woke up ready to GO!!!!

Todays work out felt like the last super quick recovery time with hardly any strength loss in between sets the Creatine-O-phosphate is working wonders plus the new focus blend they put together with the flower alkaloids ( the exact flower is eluding me) kicks ass I got a warm happy feeling driving to the gym and it continued through out the work out. Hence the first song on my playlist today lol
