  3. Sorry to update on my phone but my lap top just took a dive. I had a great work out today I was in the gym pounding iron for a bit over a hour and a half. since I'm on my phone and can't format my text I am not going to write out my entire work out but I will definitely saw that I'm happy to have Prodigy back I'm my life. I felt a great rush of energy 20 min after taking it and I can already tell a difference of recovery time in between sets between The og Prodigy and the new formula. Every set i did only had a 20 second break in between and I wasn't fatiguing hardly at all. I also decided to attempt a PR for scull crushers 125x5 and I hit it! this is going to be a fun 30 days

    I just love how Prodigy's energy starts to build up just after you drink it. For me it seems like my tongue gets the BA tingles and it just spreads all over my body with in minutes!

    First thoughts
    Holly hell I felt like an animal in the gym. Just go go go. the Pump was solid and I felt that extra gear that had seemed to be missing!
    I do have to mention though that I had a bad rash on my forehead about an hour after my work out. I am going to keep an eye on it as my work outs continue. I dont think it was the Prodigy because I didnt have any issues with the older formula.

  8. Yesterday I hit a shoulder and Bicep work out My chest and Tris were tore up and super sore! You have to love that feeling!

    Thoughts: I felt "on" today like I just wanted to attack the weights! the pump was solid and the recovery between sets was phenomenal! The rash on my forehead didnt get worse but it hasnt got any better, I think it may be irritation from my hat and the ridiculous sweat that I have had the past two work outs we will just have to see.

    Ok so I can say that the rash on my forehead was not from Prodigy. That being said I felt SUPER strong! That leg press felt easy! the focus was awesome and the sweat was fantastic! I almost didnt get a work out in this morning because I was up almost all of last night taking care of my dog but Prodigy helped me have a great work out!

    Todays work out felt like the last super quick recovery time with hardly any strength loss in between sets the Creatine-O-phosphate is working wonders plus the new focus blend they put together with the flower alkaloids ( the exact flower is eluding me) kicks ass I got a warm happy feeling driving to the gym and it continued through out the work out. Hence the first song on my playlist today lol

    I love chili its probably the one food that tastes better as a left over.!
