First off, I want to say thank you to Athletic Xtreme for choosing me to log Mass FX! First, let me tell you what this product is claiming to do:

1.) Increase Free Testosterone
2.) Improve Insulin Sensitivity
3.) Boost EPO
4.) Reduce Estrogen
5.) People will be able to "feel" something in 3-5 days

I wont be getting any bloods done, but i can (for the most part) tell if my test is increased or if my estro is lower.

Other Supps I am Using: BioCor Creatine, BioCor Agmatine, BioCor Citmal, Primordial Performance Beta Alanine, Orange Triad.

Things I will monitor - Strength, libido, acne, aggression, body comp changes, endurance, weight gain/loss

Yesterday I tore ligaments in my ankle cant walk on my foot right now. Tomorrow I have an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. If you want pics of my foot in the ER ill post em! So that being said, I will NOT be doing legs. I will be doing an AB workout routine of chest/biceps and back/triceps.


My workouts consist of low reps for the first lift of the day (usually a compound lift like bench). The rest of the workout I will hit 6-12 reps. I love supersets and drop sets so I will randomly throw that in there. I will try to keep my routine the same every week for the next 4 weeks so we can monitor strength.

My expectations: It will be interesting to see if I get any strength gains from this in only 4 weeks. the only product I have experienced real strength gains in 4 weeks (numbers up across the board almost) is Prime. I will monitor this and go hard every day!

Diet is a clean bulk. I train Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I trained yesterday (7/15) and did chest and biceps. Wednesday I will log my first training day whether the product comes in or not (so we have a baseline).

Today I did back and Triceps. Just wanted to give you guys an idea of how I train so you know what to expect. Today I had to do random crap because the gym was packed and couldnt do what i was wanting to do. I am going to try to keep my workout style A1 B1 A2 B2 and stay with that for 8 weeks. Today this is what I did. Let me know if you guys think this is too much volume or not. i dont think it is but i welcome other opinions.

Back

Lat Pulldown - 3 working sets 12,10,8
BB Row - 8,6,4
Wide Grip Pullups - 3 sets to failure
High Rope Pulls - 3 sets all drop sets

Triceps

Close Grip Bench - 12 10 8
Straight Bar Pushdown - 12 10 8
Skull Crusher - 10,8,6
Dips - 3 sets all drop sets (weighted)

Once i receive the package I will weigh in and start to log numbers with my lifts and keep the exercises as consistent as possible.

no im not, but thats not a bad idea! i love trying new things. we will see. i was on P/RR/S a few months ago, have been on my normal 8-12 rep routine for about 6 weeks now. maybe time to change it up for this stack. I may stick to my A1 B1 A2 B2 but use DC style for the lifts with some supersets and drop sets on the accessory lifts. what do you think?

If it bothers my stomach for some reasone preworkout & before bed seem like a natural combo for a t-booster as well. Prob doesn't matter much as long as one dose is preworkout.

I'd call your volume perfect, if you just want opinions. Nice heavy hypertrophy routine with proven movements & no fluff.

a few t-boosters have called for maybe 15-20 minutes before eating...ergopure and diesel test for example, but i agree, as a rule with food is best!!!

Tomorrow (Friday) I will hit chest and biceps. hit it hard. I will weigh in first thing in the AM and start the log tomorrow when i get back from them gym. For now, I will dose 2 caps morning 2 caps with my pre workout meal.


Edit: mr.cooper69 instructed me to run 3 caps/day so I will listen to the wise one of the forum and do that. im with with that anyways...i can stay on the product longer!

"That much NMA may be detrimental to health, and 2g of Nettle is a TON. Also, 50mg Zinc is way too much to ingest daily, especially if you take a multi. You can get full doses of both NMA and Urtica (they're the 2 main ingredients) at 3 caps a day. Plus, your bottle lasts longer. Just wanted to give a quick weekend update. no problems sleeping whatsoever. the latest dosing im using is around 5-7PM and sleep fine. ready to get this product in my system over the weekend and give solid workouts in the gym. thanks for following along guys! any questions/suggestions/comments are welcome. no pride over here. i love learning.

Interesting thoughts on the ingredient dosing. I'll be sticking to 2 caps, 2x/ day for both convenience to dose with my fish oil & orange triad & such, as well as to see what the standard dosing will/won't do.

7/22 - Monday - B1

Today was Back and Triceps. Had a SOLID workout with high volume. Nothing really to note on any effects (both positive and negative) from Mass FX yet. Usually, at least for me, I dont start to see anything until late week 2 or early week 3. The numbers do NOT include the weight of the machine. Here are my numbers from today:

7/24 - A2 - Wednesday

Today was Chest and Biceps. Also was able to do leg extensions and hammy curls. gotta get some leg work in while my foot is broken. its actually healing very quick. Its been a week and a half and im off crutches and in a boot. Got a solid workout in today. One training day (A1 for example) i try to focus on machine work then the other (A2..etc) i do mainly free weights. Just to help you guys follow along. I think machine work can be very beneficial.

Libido part is definitely not good but the acne, while a pain, is a good sign of the added hormones.

I just started compound 20 for the first time and im thinking of starting mass efx the second month of c20. I know ideally you want to run things alone first to see the effects but sometimes i feel there isnt enough months in the year and i already have plans for the winter. How do you guys feel they would stack for a recomp to slight bulk?

i have no clue since this is my first time running mass fx. to be honest, i didnt notice anything from compound 20. i ran it twice at 8 weeks each. I think my results were from other products i used (i know this because i ran them solo before). just my assumption.

I will monitor libido. it could be attributed to anything really. if it continues, then we can start to say mass fx, but not yet. and Erase Pro did shut down my libido the second time i ran it.

Libido being down sucks. It was the opposite for me, but every one is different.
Hunger increase is normal, and you should notice better sleep.
Great log so far!
i have not read any reviews or logs or anything on this product so im going in blind and whatever i experience i experience. the way logs should be! loving it so far.

Hunger is up. Not massively, but when it comes time to eat I can put more away more easily it seems, and I'm always ready to eat these last few days it seems. Def up some, for better or worse.

Libido is up for this guy. Mood has been stellar, despite gf now being out of town. Haven't got any since wednesday & actually even better mood today than have been, if possible. BigT seems to be feeling positive too as of late. We'll have to see if this is a fluke or continues.
