    Chest/Back/Tri day. Not even going to count the weight on rows. I cut the weight down to 40% less than I normally pull. Will see how my back feels like tomorrow and then keep adding weight back slowly if all is good to go. It's only a nuisance at night when I go to bed. Still taking 2 ALC+CLA with lunch and dinner. I can see some improvements on my upper back and waist area. And hopefully my semi v-cut will start popping out more soon.

    Jump Rope Skipping
    2 min on/50 sec-1min off

    Total time: 23 minutes

    Woke up feeling crazy bloated today. Probably because I had one big dinner later at night and slept not too long after that. I had a lot of endurance during jump rope skipping. After the 2nd round I would try to cut rest times to 50 sec instead of 1 min and found that I even went over the 2 min mark many times. To finish up I went for 5 straight minutes and honestly could have kept going if I didn't have get ready to get chores done. I consider this a small victory because the longest I had lasted before was 15 minutes. Later tonight I plan to do shoulders and legs. Thank you for the words of encouragement everyone

    Sweating up a storm. This workout took longer than usual but I got it done!
