    Last night's carb up was much needed. I had a good workout today and have even moved onto feet elevated dips again, yay. There was one or two reps where my wrist was positioned awkwardly and that hurt, but otherwise I felt strong. I tried close grip DB Press for the first time today to try and isolate my tri's. I kept my elbows as close to my body as possible, lowering it down to the bottom half of my chest, and pressing up again. However, on some reps I would feel an uncomfortable stretch in my biceps. May need to glance over a few videos again.

    Also looking for advice from those that use a lacrosse ball for myofascial release. My upper back/shoulders have been super stiff lately and I've been feeling like a hunchback so I took time out today to knead out any knots. It felt horrible and relieving all at the same time. However, when I am rolling in some areas of my upper back and shoulders, I feel a tightness/tingly feeling shooting down the inner part of my bicep and forearm. It's very uncomfortable and I know if there is pain or numbness at any point than to stop and reposition the ball. Some areas I cannot knead out because it'll strain my biceps. Is this normal, and if so, should I just reposition the ball and not worry about that area? Thanks guys!

    I have a busted collar bone that sticks out so unfortunetly the cross grip sucks for me. I straight up dropped it once.

    I hear ya. Took me a while to find that nook on my shoulder but now I can get it just about everytime. I can't do back squats so I'm sticking to these.

    Ouch! How'd that happen? And funny enough, as I was coming up on my final rep the weight shifted just slightly and I nearly pulled a dang crotch muscle trying to push it up, lol.

    lb 4 lb ive found it cheaper and better quality to buy turkey breast from the deli than in those packages....

    Hit hammies/glutes/back today. Felt strong today and endurance is definitely up. I'm tired from the workout, yes, but not overly fatigued. Decided to isolate my right side only for db rows. Still not taking a chance with the left side just yet. And!!! I'm pretty stoked with my sumo pulls, especially since I can't remember the last time I even did sumo's. Early last year maybe? Just a tad of trouble during lockout for 205. Would be awesome to hit 250 if I keep at it. All that's left is some LISS tonight. Time to take some ALC+CLA with dinner and mix up my BCAA for tonight.

    It's actually been getting better just these past 2 days, thank you for asking! Today was the first day that I haven't felt any type of pain in that area whatsoever!! Experimented with some rows today and I guess we'll see what the future holds for me tomorrow.

    What I'm thankful for this week. To being alive, healthy & functioning, and being close to my family here. I just woke up to news that my great uncle had passed to the other side. We weren't the closest growing up but I only have fond memories of him. He and his family are on the other side of the country, and the last I saw him he looked frail and tired, this was years ago. May he finally rest in peace.
