  5. Day 17 (August 1) Wt: 191

    I am definitely running an 8 week cycle! Im trying to put on weight, thinking that Im eating a lot, but I actually end up losing wt....looks like im gonna have to up my calories. But today was a speed and conditioning day....felt pretty good doing 10 110s right after a tiring speed session. I have nothing fantastic to really report right now. By the time my first 4 wks are done, I will have a much better rating for Anabeta Elite. Tomorrow im off and saturday is double duty: lifting and speed!

  7. Day 18 (August 2) Wt: 192

    Friday is my odd day for working out so all i did was work, hang out w/ some people and eat. I took 2 caps of ABE w/ 2 of my meals. Ate pretty big portions of food for each meal which always results in a weight gain the following morning since i wasnt physically active...however, i need to pound some food bc i got to beat my 305 squat!

    By Monday 08/05: 193 lbs

  8. Day 19 (August 3) Wt: 193

    Lifting and Speed sessions today:

    ME Squat- 305 to 320 in 3 wks
    Resisted Split Jumps- 4 links resisted
    Chin ups- completed all my reps
    Lateral Lunge- 170
    Roll outs (Core)- great control
    Glute Ham Raises- body weight
    Banded Curls- no stopping in middle of my set
    Dbl Chain Close Grip Bench- 140
    Landmine Twist- Bar only

    Felt pretty fast @ 193 and we shall see how ABE responds to my body as I continue my 8 wk journey

  11. Day 21 Combined (August 5) Wt: 194

    I apologize for not posting my Day 20 log but I didnt feel that it was necessary because it was my off day and all i did was chill out and eat some food. However, day 21 was a different story: im not going to sit here and type out my entire lifting session, but it was big time improvement from last monday.....one of my lifts increased 20 lbs which is unheard of for me in a week. Also, i played some softball w/ my friends and wow oh wow, i was cranking homeruns left and right. I remember last yr when i was hitting pusssy little hits and grounding out. I felt like those MLB players on juice....lol. The power and explosion is there, need to keep eating big time, and getting a good night sleep in conjunction w/ Anabeta Elite. I know its helping!

    Goal: 195 by August 17

  13. Day 22 (August 6) Wt: 192

    Had a speed and conditioning day, and I will say that my conditioning was the highlight of my workout (11 110s w/ 45 sec recovery)....in all seriousness,
    I felt like I could've done 16 of them, recovery was great, and I was nowhere as fatigued as last week running them 110s. For my speed session, I do feel like tat I am running faster, and i feel that i should be because my numbers in the weight room are skyrocketing. My weight is a little down, but im not worried at all.

    Goal: 195 by August 17

  14. Day 23 (August 7) Wt: 194

    I will be honest, I had a pretty damn good weight lifting session because most of my numbers increased in the weight room and my hunger to dominate in the game of football is significantly increasing. The only thing that pissed me off is that my power clean max stayed the same @ 210....that is so bad but form is awful! not much to really report as of now, but I will say that as my weight is increasing I still look vascular up top. My effort was amazing in the weight room, really pushed myself despite the results, now its time to eat up!

    Goal: 195 by August 17

  17. Hey guys, I apologize for not posting my daily logs during the past couple of days. To simulate up to today, being Day 28, i have only 2 more days to go until i start my new ABE bottle. I hit my 195 mark already, so I plan on maintaining this until August 17. Until 08/14, I will post my bicep and waist measurements and compare from the start. Thank you all who have been supporting me!

    Nice job brother! This next month will be good.
    This is a good log for other young lifters such as yourself to read through. Gains are possible without steroids. Eat, lift, sleep, repeat.
    ABE is a perfect natural supplement to help this as well

  20. First bottle down, on to the next one!

    Hey guys, so clearly i have been running Anabeta Elite for 4 weeks and am extremely motivated to begin my second bottle tomorrow! I would like to thank those who have been supporting me throughout this log and greatly appreciate the encouragement, knowledge, and those who have experienced the awesome effects of ABE

    Here is what I noticed:
    Waist went from 35.5in @ 193 to 35in @ 194
    Strength increased significantly
    Increase in vascularity....saw veins that i didnt know i had

    Overall, i learned quite a bit from a 4 wk cycle and i feel like i have a new opportunity to tune up my attitude, nutrition, and workout plan going onto my second bottle

  23. Day 1 on second bottle

    Had a speed day and went damn good....ive noticed that when i run at about 80 to 90% i actually run faster and my legs do not give out on me in the hamstring area....overall, felt fast and light at 194 lbs and am looking forward to weight training tomorrow!

    Nutrition: still eating all of my calories during my post workout window....very effective, gives me more energy, and basically get to eat as much as i want since im busting my azz

  25. Day 2 on 2nd Bottle

    Weighed in at 193 and had my last workout at my hometown before leaving for college football and school. Had a good lift, no PRs or anything like that, but I felt full and dense during my workout. It got to the point where my tris started to fatigued bc so much blood was rushing into that area causing a crazing full pump!

    Came home, chilled out, packed up, ate some food, and slept like a rock.
    This football season is all business; if i wanna make it to the league, then i gotta experiment and make **** happen....looking forward to keeping you all posted on my season

  28. Day 3 on 2nd Bottle

    Reported to training camp yesterday, so all i did was move into my dorm and attended some meetings. No practices or workouts yet, but i did receive a comment from some people that i look bigger from the last time they have seen me...could be the ABE....by the way, weighed in @ 195, so i ended up meeting my goal going into August 17.....like to play @ 200 in-season

  29. Day 4 on 2nd Bottle

    Had my first practice along w/ my conditioning test....did well in both! In practice, i feel stronger w/ my blocking and feel more confident of a player even though we were in just helmets....my conditioning test was 15 110s in 17 sec and passed that w/ flying colors....i need to make sure that i find motivation to get after it and stay hungry every day bc everyone else will be gettin tired, fatigued, and sick of camp...need that edge

    Tomorrow ill be testing my bench and squat along w/ practice again

  30. Day 5 on 2nd Bottle

    Dropping weight from sweating in practice and not eating enough food.... i need to do something about that bc i weighed in at 193.....tested my bench and squat....bench was bad bc upper body wasnt loose but squat was 340 which is unheard of for me....we start hitting a little bit tomorrow so im excited....getting thirsty a lot too
