Rarchib, thanks for the advice....by no means am i close-minded....camp starts in about 3 weeks and our conditioning test is 16 110yards where running backs/fullbacks must be at 17 sec or under w/ a 45 sec break in between....today i did 8 and i plan on working my way up to 16 before camp so i can pass it w/ flying colors

    Yeah if you have to pass all that then it makes sense why you're doing so much conditioning. I use to have to do stuff like that when I played too. Between the physical tests and two-a-days, I'd end up losing like 10 pounds of muscle within 2 weeks into the start of the season. I never understood the logic behind football coaches.

  3. Blah I hate the college conditioning tests. Working with a guy who has to do the same 110s 16 times for conditioning.

  4. Day 11 (July 26) Weight: 192

    Friday is my off day and really enjoy this day because im usually tired, beat, and get to spend more time with family and friends. Other then work from 8-4:30, I went home, helped my bro out w/ chemistry for his chemistry placement exam and ate dinner which was beef stew and potatoes (2 caps ABE). From that point on I spent my Friday night chillin out w/ my family for once.

    Since this is an Anabeta Elite log, here are some things I noticed:

    1. After eating dinner w/ my 2 caps, all my muscles felt full and dense-----it's not that they were more defined or anything, but my muscles had that fullness which made me feel very strong and powerful!

    2. I was playing catch w/ my little sister w/ a tank-top on and she commented on the veins on both shoulders.....i have always had them but they are popping out a lot more...here's what she said, "what the heck are those? I didn't know you had those veins"

    3. Have a better sense of well-being....im naturally a serious person but im more joyful and funnier



    ****I'm actually a little disappointed because I forgot to take 2 more caps of ABE in order to fulfill my daily 4 caps I fell asleep around 9:30pm and woke up to take 2 more ABE caps and write up this log....technically, since I took these ABE caps @ 4 am, I only consumed 2 out of 4 caps for July 26 but will be consuming 6 caps today (July 27): 2 caps from 4am, 2prewkout, 2postworkout.....this should be interesting though to see how my body responds

    In a nutshell, I was only able to consume 2 caps of ABE when I should be taking 4 daily....however, I am making that up w/ 6 caps the next day

  5. Having that full dense look without a fresh gym pump sounds like a dream come true. It is also never a bad thing to be hella vascular! That peace of mind part isn't as heavily reported but certainly must be welcomed!

  6. Day 12 (July 27) Weight: 191

    Hey everyone, so today was a damn good one because i didnt have to work Besides that, let me tell you what went down during my lifting and speed sessions!

    Lifting

    Front Squat (1 Rep Max)- 260
    Resisted Jumps 4x4- used more resistance this week!
    Chin ups 3x8 (last week- 8 8 7 reps, today-completed all 3 sets!)
    Lateral Lunges 3x5 each leg (last week-135 155 160, today- 145, 155, 165!)
    Roll Outs 3x10 (last week- body weight, today-used a weighted vest last set!)
    Close Grip Bench Press w/ chains on each side 3x12 (last week- - 125 135 145x11, today- same exact results but i was super-setting w/ curls )
    Glute/Ham Raises 3x8 (last week- body weight, today-used 5lb plate last set)
    Wrestler's Twist 3x6 (last week- no weight on the bar, today- added a 10lb plate last set)
    AB/AD 2x10- used blue band instead of green band for more
    Hex Holds Grip 3x45 sec- 15, 15, 20 for 44 sec

    Speed
    Ran like i was runnin from the cops!

    ****I think what we can conclude here is that weight is increasing in the weight room and im running faster! Wish i could have cleaned up my diet a bit today: ate a lot of cottage cheese w/ cereal, peanut butter sandwiches, and ate out bc my dad wanted to....the food may not have been that bad but i wish i could've ate a damn good home cooked meal instead of all that crap

  7. Day 13 (July 28) Weight: 193

    Had an off day today, so there's nothing important to report in terms of weight room and speed numbers. However, I'm looking forward to using ABE for all of my bulking phases.

    By August 17: Weigh 195
    By September 7: Weigh 200 and play @ this weight for my junior yr.

    For my final college football off-season, I will run 2 more 8 week cycles which will be used in winter and summer (gain 10 lbs for each cycle) = 220 senior year!

    I want to be a ****in beast a wreck some players up! I am hoping that when I reach 220 I will still be able to see the veins on my upper body and definition in my abs/obliques....i need to make sure that every meal is accounted for

  8. Day 14 (July 29) Weight: 193

    What up world! So my goal is to maintain my 193, get to 194 next week, and 195 going into the third week which will be the start of football and work my way to 200 by September 7. Lifting went pretty well: you be the judge

    Max Bench (+10): 245 to 255 in 3 weeks
    Tsunami Bar Max Rep Bench: 185 for 12 reps
    Box Squat for speed: 115
    Single leg shoulder Press (+5): 55 to 60(got 6/8 reps)
    Band Pull aparts
    RDL (+10): 205 to 215
    One Arm Row (+5): 90 to 95
    Tricep Hell (+15): 185 to 200 (failed at this wt, will get it next week for sure!)
    Bar Holds: ****in terrible, couldnt even do 185 for 45 sec, must've been burnt out from pushin myself in the gym today

    I'm going to change my diet up, I tend to eat lots of cereal, cottage cheese, greek yogurt and peanut butter because that's what i always crave....but i feel that the more animal protein i eat, the more beastly i become!

  9. Day 15 (July 30) Weight: 190

    It's interesting how yesterday i weighed 193 and ended up losing 3 pounds after eating a **** load
    Did 9 110s and got my time requirements
    Not a very interesting day....let's fast forward to tomorrow w/ the lifting

  10. Day 16 (July 31) Wt: 192

    Max Effort Hang Shrug- 3 wks ago: 285.....Today: 300
    Speed Bench- 75
    Speed Sing leg Split Squat- last week: 95....Today: 125
    Shoulder Complex Circuit: 20
    Curls DB: 30
    Glute Bridge: 95
    Hammer Row: 3 plates each side
    T100: 2 sets (80 & 20)
    Core Work
    Granny Toss: 25 lbs

    Strength jumping, getting veins near my elbow area, looking more defined, better mood, eating big!

  15. Day 17 (August 1) Wt: 191

    I am definitely running an 8 week cycle! Im trying to put on weight, thinking that Im eating a lot, but I actually end up losing wt....looks like im gonna have to up my calories. But today was a speed and conditioning day....felt pretty good doing 10 110s right after a tiring speed session. I have nothing fantastic to really report right now. By the time my first 4 wks are done, I will have a much better rating for Anabeta Elite. Tomorrow im off and saturday is double duty: lifting and speed!

  17. Day 18 (August 2) Wt: 192

    Friday is my odd day for working out so all i did was work, hang out w/ some people and eat. I took 2 caps of ABE w/ 2 of my meals. Ate pretty big portions of food for each meal which always results in a weight gain the following morning since i wasnt physically active...however, i need to pound some food bc i got to beat my 305 squat!

    By Monday 08/05: 193 lbs

    ME Squat- 305 to 320 in 3 wks
    Resisted Split Jumps- 4 links resisted
    Chin ups- completed all my reps
    Lateral Lunge- 170
    Roll outs (Core)- great control
    Glute Ham Raises- body weight
    Banded Curls- no stopping in middle of my set
    Dbl Chain Close Grip Bench- 140
    Landmine Twist- Bar only

    Felt pretty fast @ 193 and we shall see how ABE responds to my body as I continue my 8 wk journey

  21. Day 21 Combined (August 5) Wt: 194

    I apologize for not posting my Day 20 log but I didnt feel that it was necessary because it was my off day and all i did was chill out and eat some food. However, day 21 was a different story: im not going to sit here and type out my entire lifting session, but it was big time improvement from last monday.....one of my lifts increased 20 lbs which is unheard of for me in a week. Also, i played some softball w/ my friends and wow oh wow, i was cranking homeruns left and right. I remember last yr when i was hitting pusssy little hits and grounding out. I felt like those MLB players on juice....lol. The power and explosion is there, need to keep eating big time, and getting a good night sleep in conjunction w/ Anabeta Elite. I know its helping!

    Goal: 195 by August 17

  23. Day 22 (August 6) Wt: 192

    Had a speed and conditioning day, and I will say that my conditioning was the highlight of my workout (11 110s w/ 45 sec recovery)....in all seriousness,
    I felt like I could've done 16 of them, recovery was great, and I was nowhere as fatigued as last week running them 110s. For my speed session, I do feel like tat I am running faster, and i feel that i should be because my numbers in the weight room are skyrocketing. My weight is a little down, but im not worried at all.

    Goal: 195 by August 17

  24. Day 23 (August 7) Wt: 194

    I will be honest, I had a pretty damn good weight lifting session because most of my numbers increased in the weight room and my hunger to dominate in the game of football is significantly increasing. The only thing that pissed me off is that my power clean max stayed the same @ 210....that is so bad but form is awful! not much to really report as of now, but I will say that as my weight is increasing I still look vascular up top. My effort was amazing in the weight room, really pushed myself despite the results, now its time to eat up!

    Goal: 195 by August 17
