  3. Week 2 : didn't quite make it to the gym on my usual time so I went after work !

    Had coffee and 2 scoops protein and small pbj sandwich for morning meal.

    Snack : yogurt with cinnamon

    Lunch : spaghetti and asparagus

    Home - 3 PN pills and 2 scoops conquer

    Warmed up with machine butterfly's

    Machine front press 45's first set 15 reps
    185 second set 12 reps
    195 third set 10 reps
    Back down to 185 12 reps
    Last set 45's 10 reps

    Machine incline press same in sets as front press^

    Cable flys 40 lbs 12 reps
    50 lbs 12 reps
    60 lbs 12 reps

    Flat bench DB press with slight incline 55lbs 12 reps
    60 lbs 12 reps
    66 lbs 12 reps
    70 lbs 7 reps
    Flat bench incline butterfly's 35's 12 reps
    40's 12 reps
    45's 12 reps
    50's 10 reps
    Cable machine kickbacks 20 lbs 12 reps
    30 lbs 12 reps repeat for set 3
    Dips 3 sets if 12 or failure with I between cable push downs set 1 70 lbs 12 reps set 2 90 lbs 12 reps set 3 120 10 reps
    Last: abs decline sit-ups 3 sets 25
    Knees to chest incline 3sets of 20
    2 scoops protein post shake then 3 eggs and half scoop nutriwhey and cinnamon for protein pancake and 1 ego waffle plain and 6 oz 2% milk

    Worked shoulders abs and triceps today.

    First abs decline sit ups no need to detal:

    Dumbbell side laterals 3 epic sets:
    Warned up 15 lbs 15 reps
    20 lbs 12 reps second set the same
    3rd 25lbs 12 reps

    Sitting dumbbell front raises 20lbs 2 sets at 20lbs
    3rd set 25's for 10 reps

    Standing front raises with slight tilt 20lbs first set 12 reps
    2nd set 25lbs 12 reps
    3rd the same
    Dumbbell press 50lbs 12 reps
    55 lbs 12 reps
    60lbs 12 reps

    Upright rows 3sets 50lbs for 12 reps
    2nd 60 lbs 12 reps

    Behind the neck machine press 90lbs 12 reps
    110 12 reps
    185 10 reps

    Cable machine kick backs 20lbs 12 reps
    2nd 30 lbs 12 reps
    3rd repeat 3

    Dips combined with cable machine push downs 3sets each
    Cardio 30 min stair mill for 437 cal
    FOOD POST SHAKE
    EGG PROTEIN PANCAKE AND PBJ ( for my bro food) lol
    Mid day veggie protein shake with 1/2 cup dry cereal and man meal is 2 turkey burgers just meat carbs chopped baked white potatoes and asparagus and in between grapes and peach that's all folks! ????

    Just be cautious bro, you only really get one set of organs in your life. Take pride and cherish your health . Monitor your heart rate closely when using stims on the higher end especially past recommended dose!

    That's it for legs no cardio didn't have time made it up Friday

    185x10 and had another one in me so went for 5 more reps in between did dumbell flys 45 lbs 3sets

    Incline press 110x 2sets 10 reps
    120 x 10

    Dumbell press flat bench 55lbs x12
    60x12 reps
    65x12 reps
    The PN was off the hook so I went an extra set for 70lbs 7 reps
    Dumbell flys 45x 12
    50x 12

    DB CURLS 25 x12
    30x12
    35x10
    Hammer curls for weight 30lbs -35-40
    Cable kick backs 3sets
    Cable push downs 3sets with dips in between. Then 30 min stair master
    Post shake - breakfast 1 cup oat meal blue berry's 1tbs peanut butter and milk , lots of cinnamon.
    Snack yogurt
    Lunch steak salad
    Dinner wife's wings 1cup rice and lentils.

    Started out the morning a bit behind schedule almost over slept. 3pns and 2scoops conquer and 1scoop bcaa. Pbj on the way to the gym .
    Abs warmed up - started with sitting press rack- warmed up the shoulders with just the bar then added 20 lbs 12 reps
    2nd same
    3rd added 20 more

    Side dumbell laterals
    20 lbs x12 reps
    Repeat
    3rd set 25x12 reps
    Sitting front raises
    20lbs x12
    25lbs x12
    30lbsx10

    Standing front raises with slight tilt
    25lbsx12 first and 2nd sets
    3rd 30lbs for 12

    Meal 1cup oat meal with mixed frozen fruit and cinnamon and 1egg pancake snack acara Nigerian food kind of like a chicken nugget 3 of those .
    Main meal steak 1cup rice and lentils. There you have it , BAMMMM!!!

    Hemavol is def worth the purchase at some point! You will feel very different pumps than with KNO3!
