Currently been cutting for awhile now(Going on 3 months) and looking to finish things off with Lecheeks OxyECA Black fatburner. It has been described as strong and Ive just ended my Mr. Hyde run 2 weeks ago so Im curious to see just how strong. Currently 237lbs and got the package out of the mail at 3pm and took one capsule at 430pm before my gym run. Curious to see if it keeps me awake and looking to gauge initial day one strength.

Day 1: Working back up from a week of maxing to gauge my true strength and get a feel for whats to come

Started my workout at 5pm taken one cap at 430pm. Decent shoulder WmUp with bands for 5mins to get the blood pumping.

Finish with a strong Med Ball circuit with the DudeMan, It was pretty sick of a workout and had continuous energy throughout. Haven't used a PWO in 2 weeks so Ive felt myself dragging a bit but felt good overall and no jitters or ill affects to report on.

Popped one capsule today headed to intern a little later so hoping the energy lasts. Had 3 eggs and 2 packs of oatmeal for the morn meal. Kept them 30mins apart so lets see how the day pans out. My second carb meal of the day will be chicken spaghetti for lunch later on to hopefully give me what I need for legs later on.

Post-Ex I shook up one scoop of OxyElite Protein to hold me over until my chipotle run. Missed my Carbs at lunch and only had meats and veggies.

Energy was very continuous and my mood was great. Didn't mind the energy it was giving me as it was no where near overwhelming. Started sweating hard 2 sets into my front squats and I didnt perform a proper WmUp. Honestly feel tired as the timing that I have taken it at has allowed me good energy and cant say my sleep will be affected. almost 10:30pm and I feel as if the days defintily coming to an end.

Any personal experience with cycle armor? Looking to add a similar product and figured might as well stick to the brand. Life support is also on sale but curious on your opinion.

Up at 8am today and got the ball rolling with 2 caps. 30mins later Followed up with whole wheat pancakes, turkey bacon, 2 helpings of egg whites with hot sauce ( My Dennys fit slam lol)

Energy was awesome as I drove around looking for new clothes. Hate shopping but my mood was very anxious, and even was singing in the car. Flowing energy that just seemed to keep my spirits up even though finding clothes sucks. No racing heart rate to report but was clocked at 136/84 but Im not bothered in the least by that.

Popped another cap on my way to the gym and threw in some NO3 Chrome to aid my pumps.

Post gym I felt great and was sweating like a beast the whole ride home. Ive noticed that it does keep me sweating longer than usual post activity but its not a negative feeling.

Was an awesome session and sweat started rolling as soon as my back hit the bench. Progressed from there to the point where you don't want a shirt on anymore. No HR issues to report and the thermo shock still hasn't hit me, but my body is acclimating the heat without the "Thermo" sensation. I am an individual who HATES being hot so I definitely would notice if it had kicked in but its mild to normal ATM so time will tell.

Followed up with some USP OEProtein and was out the door.

No gym today had to work upstate, trying out security detail. Was definitely fully energized all day which only led me to think over every little detail of my life. Home now and ready to clean my room. Only used 2 caps total today, one at 10am and the other at 3pm. Still feel pretty good and glad that Im tired after a good workday, but the energy is there is I wanted to go hit the town. Back in the gym in the am and will try 2 caps pre Gym.

Honestly stopped counting cals in college may start again soon as you just cant be too careful. Currently my macros are based on percentage 45% Protein, 19.75 Fat, and 35.25 for Carbs. Daily intake of 2800 is the current plan but honestly adjust every 2 weeks. Havent had any bad effects from this yet but I am always open to ideas as Im far from advanced on this subject. Ive yet to scratch the surface of the wellness plane. Might try an even lower carb option soon.

Wont be posting Mondays workout (National chest Day) Just more fun than a real program, but was a heck of fun for me lol. Ate extremely clean and well as well. No complaints popping two caps before work until I carried Our new DB additions 110s and 120s and had to put em away. Sweated the next 45mins so thanks Lecheek lol Pooped another at 4pm and took 5 caps of NO3 Chrome preWO.

Started a new job today and boy did it kick my butt. Honeslty wore myself down just because I wasnt doing a darn thing. Just shadowed PTs today and wrote notes as I went along from 7 until 430. Think id rather go back to school or landscaping but will give it a solid 2 weeks to hopefully grow on me. Took two caps while at work at 10am. Had a decent breakfast and only had a turkey sandwich with two apples afterwards. Felt weak as crap for the rest of the day. Honeslty combined with my sheer boredom and pacing I drank easilly over 80oz of water but had to hit the gym anyways as what doesnt kill us only makes us stronger. Hoping alot of it was just alot of new stimulus and will be increasing my food intake as I am away working 9hr days.

The day was 100% better today, as I wasnt in so much disarray. I think that with the stress of my 1st day that my body just got thrown out of wack a bit but started my morning with 1 cap and a Met RX meal replacement bar (370cals). Got my lunch at 1230 and threw down a chipotle bowl. Popped another cap at 3pm to take me thru my day. Ate adequate snacks whenever I had time and felt better. Energy felt alot better and didnt drink half as much water today. I have no true explanation but thermo effects at all today but decent energy that lasted. Think I will dose the same way until the weekend. Going to have a steak and some broccoli now so a decent eating day overall.

It was the first time it had hit me so hard and with two caps I got a better sweat out of it but still no true thermo kick in feeling. Did 1 cap AM and 1 early PM and felt was better so will keep it here for 2 more days. If that was the crash then boy did It SUCK! I mean that ass feeling from a morning practice, workout, then the walk back out to the field for another practice. That very walk was my walk of death lol, Thanks for bringing it to my eye as now it would make more sense.

Took a nice stim break beforehand and its the only stim Im using so I dont think its that. Will be throwing to alphamine to check this weekend to compare and see though

Smashed work today was more than an eventful day, Took two caps today 1 at 10am and the other at 3pm. Studied for the most part. No crazy crash or jitters to report of just a little attitude in the gym. No NO3 chrome on leg days for me. Feeling pretty beat and its been a long day so I feel comfortable with the two caps on a working day.

Took a decent AM break cant always live on here lol, but my workouts have been great and my overall wellness has been also. This weekend I worked on circuit training and cardio nothing too crazy or textbook routines. Just wanted to hit the gym and do what I wanted so I did. All weekend long I took one cap for the day and 10am each day. No crazy side effects and a decent amount of continuous energy. Was mostly an unwind and 1 cap late AM did the trick for that purpose. Did splurge for an all you can eat fish fry which was EPIC!!!. Will be back at it tomorrow after work for a new and improved chest day.

Nice update bro! Sometime you have to feed the machine. I am a firm believer that too strict a diet is not necessary unless you are a physique conpetitor

2 caps is potent as hell. Makes me literally not able to look at food.

Been pretty easy lately today was my 1st halfday of work so I finally have free time again lol. Over the weekend I only used one caps both around 12pm to be used more as way to continue my energy level without taking that mid day nap. Worked out well and even felt great in the gym. Monday I didnt have a great deal of motivation for chest but had a decent workout overall. Took 1 cap 20mins after waking up and I had a awesome wakeup call feeling. Now I see where some get their jitters from as it will have your eyes wide open. Popped another cap at 1pm after lunch to maintain energy through the workday. Got off at 6pm and hit the gym.

Only worked a half day so I got to smash the gym early. Started my day with 1 cap after waking again and drinking breakfast (do it once in a blue moon). By 730 I really feel like my body made the most of this sup as I have timed my dosage at several instances around food. With a liquid meal it definitely makes a big difference unlike some other fat burners Ive used where it really didnt matter in the long run, a definite change in body temp, awareness (heightened anxiety makes me very alert, and energy). Was moist around the forehead in an 70* clinic. Ran another cap leaving at 12pm along with 3 NO3 Chrome caps.
