Thanks to Marms and Lecheek Nutrition for an awesome Stanley Cup promo. It was a lot of fun, especially since the Chicago Blackhawks won!!!! I was also lucky enough to win the number generator (sorry other Hawks fans) and choose. I read a lot of good reviews about it, and who doesn't like to be in the gym looking all pumped out of the world.
Other supps I am currently running are: Athletix New , PES AlphaT2, and when I order it.
I will try alone, and probably mixed with some stim pre's, or maybe use with it. Time will tell.
Also my wife has surgery this Wednesday so my log may have some gaps in it, depending on her results.

Finally back to gym after over 3 weeks off.
Woke up late, but told myself I had to get at least a little work in. In the last 3 weeks I have gained about 4lbs of fat. I have 6 weeks until I go to Vegas for my wife's 30th Bday and our 2nd anniversary. The plan is to drop as much fat as possible, although summer is always hard for me: Boating, Cookouts, Drinking etc.... All excuses

I need to do some research on what routine will shred some nasty body fat quickest. I ran a 10x10 for 10 weeks earlier this year and went from 320-298. However the last 4 weeks of the 10x10 I stayed 298.
I'm thinking I need to do more legs, farmer walks, rope slams, and maybe some sprints if it ever gets below 100 degrees here.
Had Busy weekend! My wife is finally feeling better, and her biopsy results will be in tomorrow. I can't wait until this weight is lifted off of me after we receive our good news.

His spreadsheet calculates the weight of the sled, so the numbers will look off. IE 1PPS 90lbs = 202lbs. We still don't see how the starting weight of the sled can be 112lbs?
Few times I thought I would pass out. Hard to do a lot of volume while cutting, UGH!
- Mix 2 awesome pump products on leg day, way to go! My Legs, Back, and Arms felt pumped lol
- Glad I used non stim pre because my heart was pounding on few sets
- Not nearly as sore as I thought I would be today.
