Blackhawks won the Cup, and Lecheek filled my Cup Pump X3

Thanks to Marms and Lecheek Nutrition for an awesome Stanley Cup promo. It was a lot of fun, especially since the Chicago Blackhawks won!!!! I was also lucky enough to win the number generator (sorry other Hawks fans) and choose Pump X3. I read a lot of good reviews about it, and who doesn't like to be in the gym looking all pumped out of the world.

Other supps I am currently running are: Athletix New Titanium, PES AlphaT2, and Alphamine when I order it.

I will try pump X3 alone, and probably mixed with some stim pre's, or maybe use alphamine with it. Time will tell.

Also my wife has surgery this Wednesday so my log may have some gaps in it, depending on her results.

Thanks! I kind of forgot too lol. The package arrived last week, and right before the 4th we found out she needs this surgery right away. Pretty scary stuff for a 29yr old girl to deal with

Wife has been having complications from the surgery. I have not been to the gym. As soon as I get back to gym, I will have some updates of the Pump X3..

Finally back to gym after over 3 weeks off.

Woke up late, but told myself I had to get at least a little work in. In the last 3 weeks I have gained about 4lbs of fat. I have 6 weeks until I go to Vegas for my wife's 30th Bday and our 2nd anniversary. The plan is to drop as much fat as possible, although summer is always hard for me: Boating, Cookouts, Drinking etc.... All excuses

Dosed 1.5 scoops Pump x3 Initial thought was wow the Candy Apple tastes amazing! I had to add more water though because I mixed it way tart

    1 Versa-1
    1 Alpha T2
    1 Titanium

Had less than 30mins before I had to head home and get ready for work

Incline Bench Hammer Strength Type machine 1pps 10x10
SS w pushdowns 10x10 85lbs All sets done with 20 secs or less rest

Decline Bench Hammer Strength type machine 1pps + 25pps 10x10
    SS cable Crossover 10x10 25lbs

BW pushups against the bar 3 to failure

    Notes:
-The pump X3 kicked in fast. By 2nd set my tris and chest were pumped cartoonish.
-Even though I didn't get much work in, it felt great to be back
-I have Alphamine on the way, so I will probably do 1 scoop Alphamine 2 scoops Pump X3 for my pre... Can't wait to see the ripped cocktail profile

I need to do some research on what routine will shred some nasty body fat quickest. I ran a 10x10 for 10 weeks earlier this year and went from 320-298. However the last 4 weeks of the 10x10 I stayed 298.

I'm thinking I need to do more legs, farmer walks, rope slams, and maybe some sprints if it ever gets below 100 degrees here.

Had Busy weekend! My wife is finally feeling better, and her biopsy results will be in tomorrow. I can't wait until this weight is lifted off of me after we receive our good news.

    Sat: AM Fasted
    2 Scoops Pump x3
    1 Versa-1
    1 Titanium

    Rows 1x12 2 pps
    2x10 3 pps

    Front pull downs 3x10 140

    Alt Curls 2x10 50
    2x10 65

Cross Body hammer curls 3x10 40lbs <-- By here pump was already ridiculous lol

    DB Rows 3x10 80
    SS w/ assisted pullups

    3x21's Straight bar

Pretty boring workout. I just can't get motivated until I know everything's ok.

Notes: Pump x3 packs a lot of punch lol in the pump department

Yesterday: AM Fasted.. I really hate lifting fasted, cardio is ok, but lifting sucks. However, mornings have been only chance to get to gym.

    2 Scoops pump x3
    1 scoop Alphamine

Gym was dead, so I got to do some rope work for fun

5 mins battling ropes going to failure then 30-45 sec rest repeat
5 mins rope slam same layout as above

The pump came on fast, and I swear the ropes felt like 50lbs a piece.

    Arnold Press 3x12 45lbs
    ss w/ shrugs 3x12 90lb db's

    Front lateral raise 3x12 25lbs
    ss w/ bent over rows 3x12 35lbs
ss w/ band spider crawls <--- Pump so hard, I thought I would cry haha

    Finished with delt destroyers

    15x 50lbs
    25x 35lbs
    20x 25lbs
15x 15lbs Arms wanted to fall out of sockets

Notes: Still loving the apple flavor. Can't wait to try ripped cocktail to compare
    - Workouts have been kind of generic, really need to get focused
    - I need to start doing more ropes, sprinting, etc to drop fat for vegas

Wife did not get good news yesterday. They ordered cat scans and another surgery within 90 days
Sucks at 29 she has to go through this

I'm trying my best to keep positive.

Monday: No real workout plan set. Just want to get in gym, and keep heart rate up

Pre: 2 scoops Pump x3 <-- Two scoops is soooo sour lol
    1 Alpha T2
    1 Titanium
    3 Prime

All sets were done with under 30 secs rest

    Incline press 1pps 10x10
    Decline press 1pps 10x10

    VBar Pushdowns 7x10 70lbs 3x10 115lbs
    Cable xover 3x10 35lbs

    One arm pushdowns 3x10 22.5lbs
    Pushups 3xFail

Elliptical HIIT: 10 mins. Heart Rate kept hitting 175, usually its 165.. not sure what caused that

    Notes:
-Pump was insane, even though I'm not lean by any means, I could see definition from how pumped I was
    -Was sweating buckets

Tuesday: Still just hodge podge working out to keep HR elevated

All sets done with least amount of rest time as possible

    Pre:
    2 Scoops Pump x3
    1 Versa-1
    1 Titanium
    3 Prime

    Row 2pps 3x10
    3pps 3x5

Alt Curl 3x10 50s <-- Felt heavy hard to believe around June 1st I did 90lb alt curl

Incline Curls 3x10 35s <-- pump was getting painful at this point, love it lol

    Front Lat pull 3x10 140

Concentration Preacher curls 25 lb DB 3x10 1st 5 reg last 5 hammer

    Face pulls 3x10 52lbs

Had a younger dude staring at me while he was doing bicep curl machine at 80lbs....So
Bicep Curl Machine 3x80 80lbs One Handed lmao

    Reverse Pec deck 3x10 145

Notes: Feeling sore, I had way to long off
    - Pump was painfull at times, may do 1 scoop next time a do Bi's
    - Was going to use Enhanced or Volatile for preworkout, but man that would have been way tooooo much pump, glad I didn't
    - Tonight I may finally do some Squats/Leg Press hope my knees allow it. Some of this stuff is hard to do at 300 lbs lol

I see quite a few views, but no one saying Hi lol.
Don't be mad that the Hawks won the Cup haha

Wed: Met up with this dude that I work in with every once in a while.

    Pre:
    1 scoop pump x3
1 scoop High Volume Wanted to see what combining them would do lol
    1 Versa-1
    1 Titanium
    3 Prime

Had a real nice focus going on way to gym. These new non-stim products really deliver. Since I haven't done legs in while, we didn't go real heavy, just a whole lot of volume.

    Leg Press: 50mins straight
His spreadsheet calculates the weight of the sled, so the numbers will look off. IE 1PPS 90lbs = 202lbs. We still don't see how the starting weight of the sled can be 112lbs?

    1x10 202lbs
    1x10 292lbs
    1x9 382lbs
    1x8 472lbs
    1x7 562lbs
    1x6 652lbs
    1x5 742lbs
    1x6 697lbs
    1x7 652lbs
    1x8 607lbs
    1x9 562lbs
    1x10 517lbs
    1x12 472lbs
    1x14 427lbs
    1x16 382lbs
    1x18 337lbs
    1x20 292lbs
    1x22 247lbs
    1x25 202lbs

Few times I thought I would pass out. Hard to do a lot of volume while cutting, UGH!
    - Mix 2 awesome pump products on leg day, way to go! My Legs, Back, and Arms felt pumped lol
    - Glad I used non stim pre because my heart was pounding on few sets
    - Not nearly as sore as I thought I would be today.

Pump was insane. I still can barely walk. So I have three weeks till I go on vacation and whole bottle of titanium. I think I may run the Titanium at 4 a day to finish it in 3weeks.

    Weekend:

No major updates. Had my daughters this weekend. Got in a lot of cardio chasing baseballs, walking the dog, and mowing.

I did take 2 scoops Pump x3 before mowing/weed whacking. I like to wear a tank and show the neighbors what's up!

    Weds:

    Pre: 2 scoops Pump x3
    Half scoop Alphamine
    1 Titanium
    1 Versa-1
    3 Prime

Did some light Chest/Tri focusing on no rest in between

    Incline Bench 1PPS 5x10
SS W/ Jump rope until I would miss a jump

    Decline Bench 2pps 5x10
    SS W/ Jump Rope

    Tri Pushdown 5x10 100lbs
    SS W Jump Rope

    One arm pushdowns 5x10 37lbs
    SS W Jump Rope

    Dips BW @298lbs 2x failure
    SS W Jump Rope

My left inner ankle is killing me today. I know jump roping at 298lbs probably isn't the best thing. I just don't know what else to do inbetween sets. JR is versatile

Notes: Pump again was nothing less than amazing
    - Half scoop Alphamine with the Versa-1 created a nice focus

You might want to try planks inbetween sets, I find for me that normally works good, or bodyweight squats is a good one.

When I'm up around 230 I found skipping killed my ankles, it's a rough on the joints.

Never tried planking lol. The squats may work, I also may do some rope slams.

I received 2 weeks worth of AD-3 PCT as a sample from a guy a bought from in auction thread. I know with erase pro I start to lose some fat in my face within a few days, I assume I could use the AD-3 the same way? Or would it be better to just run later on when I have full bottle worth?

You could run it the same way. Not sure how much you would get out of 2 weeks.
