Hey guys sorry I haven't updated just been crazy busy.
As for the log in the ten day trial that I had I just started to see things happening which is why I decided to make it a full 8 week log!! Looking forward to the journey lol!!
Hope all are stayig cool. As for me today will be a hot one, its already 92 at 745 here in jersey. And since I'm on duty at the firehouse I will be praying no fires.

One other thing to note... Not sure if its from the XT or what but my recovery has been pretty damn good. I've been killing this 5x5 hybrid workout and little to no soreness.
Also libido is cranking full force!!

Loving the product and one thing I think that makes me like the product even more is the fact that I have the support of the reps on here. You all have assisted me just by giving me the little advice I ask for. Says something when a company is front line with you through the use of their products.

I got OT so I can't hit shoulders today, but I will get something in.
Anyways I am liking logging the product. It's giving me added motivation to kill it in gym.
I will update my workout later today but I have question for you guys.

What's up fellas!! So far good. Nothing crazy to report but my recovery is def up and I wake up looking like a tepee!!!
On another note any good pwo ideas been takin jacked micro but I want to push it further.

Well boys... Today was chest day. Went heavy and hard.
Chest. Barbell bench press. 1x15;3x10-12
Dumbbell one armed incline press 5x5
Incline fly. 3x8/10
Pec Deck 3 sets (120x7 then drop 60x12)
Cable fly on BOSU ball superset with
BOSU ball push ups- 3x12
Bis. Bicep 21s. 3 sets

No, you can do whatever you want lol! I kind of do chest/back/lats all together. Just saying if you wanna get that cobra-looking back, try that set of pull-ups and push-ups. You'll at least feel super engorged with blood and you'll see some crazy veins. I'm about to do my "chest day" in a few and that'll be my opening set!

That actually sounds interesting, I used to have a wider taper not crazy wide but it was ok. I would love to widen it again.
How does everything else look though?
