Like I said I trained back and shoulders today. Tried out a tri-set and really got a great pump going!!

Hey bud just real quick you said multiple times in that YouTube video that serving size is two scoops and that you took two scoops. Recommended serving size is one scoop. Just a heads up :)
I actually just stated that I took 2 scoops. I didn't actually say what the recommended dosing was. I however apologize for any confusion.

NBD just wanted to let ya know lol. Two scoops would give you about 400mg of caffeine so I just wanted to be sure you were aware.

Got very little sleep last night and honestly was trying to make excuses all day as to why I should just skip training, however I decided to suck it up and see what I could do. Obviously the Androgenix is helping because I had one of my best training days to date. Going with drop super sets and tri sets. These are killers but I'm able to power through them each and every time. I really haven't noticed any sides to be honest, my joints feel good, although today my right wrist started hurting a little bit but that could be because of the number of sets I did with very little rest between. My liver must be good as I'm not turning yellow. Anger level is in check. Libido is great, the boys are normal and I have an extreme Alpha feeling!! Trained bis/tris today.

This was probably the hardest workout I've had but I really had no problems getting through it. It did however take around 1 hour and 45 mins which is 45 minutes longer than I normally like to train but I got an amazing sweat and pump, and literally couldn't lift my arms when I was done!!

Had a great day of training, really going all out at this point. Trained Chest and Shoulders today even experimented with a "quad set"

Started the day training legs and got in 1 set of squats and tweaked my knee, so instead of being a puss and calling it a day decided to work bis/tris.

What's up fellas?? Got up early this morning and hit the gym hoping they would be dead. Wrong!! It's weird sometimes I can walk into the gym at 6am on a Saturday and there's no one there and then there's days like today where everyone has the same thing in mind as me. Oh well still didn't have to wait to much. One thing that did annoy the hell out of me today however is this dude that was literally talking on his phone (through his ear buds) the entire time I was there. Isn't there a better time for this?? Anyways, like I said yesterday I trained back and shoulders today really hoping for a new PR on Rack Pulls. This was a terrible fail today
