First off I just want to thank Grambo and everyone at Purus labs for hooking me up with this awesome opportunity! I was so stoked when I was chosen bc I have been wanting to try Condense and D-Pol powder for a while now.


My workout schedule:
Monday: back
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: shoulders and tris
Thursday: legs
Fridays: arms
Saturday: cardio
Sunday: chest and shoulders

I don't always follow that to a t though l. I listen to my body and go from there.

I'm stoked to get this Rollin guys!

This morning I mixed the Condense and D-Pol up at 430 and hit the gym at about 5.
The taste was awesome! I was surprised how good the two mixed up. It tasted just like a fresh apple, not like the sour apple you get in most products! I really enjoy this!

Mix ability- there were some particles left in the bottom of the cup after mixing the two up. I rinsed the cup and put em down.

Energy/feeling: almost immediately I felt the tingles and a lot of them. They went away after the first set of exercise. After that I felt amazing I was pumping out sets left and right and never felt tired. I had a really really good pump throughout.

Today I hit legs. I felt amazing. Super clean energy and I felt like I could have kept going for a couple more hours. I did a ton more sets than I usually do and more weight! I train fasted everyday

The taste of the dpol and condense mixed together is freaking amazing... I love it

Thanks for checking in everyone!



Today I hit back. I forgot my phone at home so I didn't get to log it. But here are some of the things I noticed:

I had a super pump going throughout the workout and have bad it all day. I also had a crazy amount of energy about 30min after I woke up, and I was dead I mean dead to the world. I felt as if I could have kept going but unfortunately there is this thing called work :-(

During lunch I hit some sprints uphill and around the rack houses. My legs were already wobbly but this just destroyed them the rest of the way

Took today off as I am super sore. I might go for a jog tonight if it is not super hot!

Hey guys! So I have been exhausted the past two mornings and barely made it to the gm in time. I hit shoulders today and chest yesterday. Most of my set are listed but there are a few that are not.

Once I got to the gym, I felt pretty exhausted but then the Condense kicked in and I was pumping out exercises left and right and I felt amazing. I still am not tired of the apple flavor, I think it gets better and better as I drink more. I also forgot to mention that I am taking the 1scoop serving of Condense.

hey guys sorry I havent posted here. I have been super tired as of late. Yesterday I hit chest and today I hit back. I dont know what hs come over me the past few day but I have felt super weak and not in the best spirits. Maybe Im just having one of those weeks. Still taking the d-pol and condense mixed in the morning 30min before my workout and then at lunch Im hitting a 2mile outdoor run followed by hill sprints. (will post pic of the hill later)

hopefully this spell will end soon..it sucks!

That's just one of those things that happen.

I've always felt that its not the grey workouts that make the progress and define you, but the bad ones and your ability to push through.

Hey guys sorry I've been on a hiatus. I went home this weekend and forgot my charger. Anyways, I had some really great workouts with my little brother. Saturday we hit legs and Sunday we hit chest. Probably two of the best workouts I've had in a while. I had a ton of energy and was sweating my arse off the whole time.

I took Monday off and just went on a two mile run doll followed by uphill sprints. It was hot as all hell but I had a ton of energy.

Today I am going to hit shoulders and tris again.

I will say Condense is one of the most versatile supplements. I've used it for cardio plenty of times and unlike some preWO my heart doesn't explode lol also seems to help me push longer and harder.

Hit shoulders and tris today. Another freaking great workout. Out of control energy and the pump was great! At lunch I did Insanity Insane Abs and now I am dog tired.

Tomorrow I will be continuing the logging of my workout tomorrow morning. Just been short on Time lately.

Alone it's kind of bitter, taste kind if like lemon. Still not as bitter as daa by itself. When mixed with Condense it taste like apple pie

Loving it man. The taste is freaking sweet and the gainz are good so far. I am on my last scoop of dpol today and am going to hit back and bis. I am going to run another tub for this next month


And like I said. The Condense helps me wake up and have mad energy at 430am

I had an amazing workout. I haven't become tolerant to this stuff at all (which I like). I just wish my phone didn't die at work :(

Sadly this was my last day of the dpol so I guess this will be the final few postings in this thread.

I will run another bottle of dpol for another month and post my final reviews up after that!

Good stuff, that's what I usually here...
Sweaty could be an anxious feeling from d-pol... never heard of the coldness though, it could be from the anxiety that d-pol could sometimes produce. Do you feel any anxiety or just sweaty and cold? Any nervousness?

I have anxiety anyways haha. So really the cold and sweating are nothing unusual for me when I'm in certain situations.
