    No time off! Back to work it is. Hit the gym today to destroy shoulders and triceps! Feeling great and ready to roll. Got MM in along with DPol in me and off to the gym i went.


    SHOULDERS

    DB Side Raise: 4 x 15 with 30, 35, 40, 45

    DB Front Raise: 4 x 10 with 30, 35, 40, 40

    Rear Delt Fly Machine: 4 x 15 with 170

    Smith Behind Neck Press: 4 x 12 with 185


    TRICEPS

    Dips: 4 x 12 BW+ 25lbs

    CGBP: 4 x 10 with 135, 155, 185, 205

    Press Downs: 4 x 20 with 50, 60, 70, 70

    Rev Press Downs: 3 x 15 with 60


    CARDIO

    20min LISS on treadmill



    NOTES: felt damn good today, i felt like i could train for hours. Best ive felt in a while.

    Yeah my strength isn't 100% yet. My workout routine has been changed by my diet guy. We need more size in legs and arms and more width on shoulders so ill be training 6 days a week. 3 heavy days then repeat with 4 higher rep days. Each body part gets hit twice a week how.

    My workout routine was changed. I will be training 6 days a week hitting each mucle twice a week. 1 day lower reps heavy as hell and 1 day lighter weight higher reps. Today was heavy day... figures... my strength is not 100% yet so my numbers arent impressive at all. lol


    QUADS

    BB Squat: 225x10, 275x8, 315x4 goal was 3 x 8-10

    Leg Press: 3 x 10 with 700lbs



    HAMSTRINGS

    Lying Leg Curls: 3 x 8-10 with 75, 90, 105

    SLDL: 3 x 10 with 135lbs


    NOTES: My numbers are rather low, still recovering from the show this past weekend. So from this point on my numbers will increase.

    Grabbed my MM and Dpol, downed them then off to do work! Today was lighter weight with higher reps. Man im already sore as hell.


    CHEST

    Incline HQ Machine: 3 x 10-12 with 50lb per side 1 x 20 with 30lbs per side
    *this is a really strange machine, its an incline press but feels kinda like a fly and press mixed. Heavy weight on this baby is HARD to do.

    Flat HQ Machine: 3 x 10-12 with 275lbs 1 x 20 with 225lbs

    Pec Deck Fly: 3 x 20 with 110lbs


    TRICEPS

    CGBP: 3 x 10 with 155, 185, 185 1 x 20 with 135

    Weighted Dips: 3 x 10 with BW+25lbs 1 x 20 with BW (goal was 20 got 14)

    Press Downs: 3 x 20 with 60lbs


    SHOULDERS

    DB Side Raise:3 x 10 with 35lbs 1 x 20 with 20lbs
    *super Set
    Bands Side Raise 3 x 10

    Standing DB Press: 3 x 10 with 35lbs (i hate these!)

    Smith Machine Behind Neck Press: 3 x 10 with 105lbs 1 x 20 with 65lbs
    *shoulders were so damn fried i couldnt go any heavier!


    NOTES: As much as I hate high reps today was flipping awesome. I felt great, pump was insane and veins poppin all over!

    Sorry i didnt post yesterdays workout, had a great workout and totally smashed back, biceps and traps.



    BACK

    Low Hammer Row: 3 x 15 with 275lbs

    CG Pull Downs 3 x 15 with 120lbs
    *Super Set
    Stiff Arm Pull Downs 3 x 15 with 80lbs

    CG Tbar Rows: 3 x 12-15 with four 45lb plates (i assume 225 with bar weight)


    BICEPS

    BB Curls: 3 x 12-15 with 85lbs

    Alt DB Curl: 3 x 12 with 30, 35, 40

    DB Hammer Curls: 3 x 15 with 40, 45, 50


    TRAPS

    Machine Shrugs: 3 x 15 with 225. nice hard pause/squeeze at the top of each rep.






    NOTES: A damn fine workout, slowly making progress and feeling stronger. The pump was insane!

    Today was high rep leg day. I hate high reps but my legs love it and respond to it best. I just wish I enjoyed higher reps more, these babies suck.


    QUADS

    **warm up 4 x 20 with 60lbs on leg ext. then stretch.

    BB Squat: 3 x 20 with 185, 205, 225 (got 17 with 225 and felt like i was going to pass out lol)

    Leg Press: 3 x 20 with 405lbs


    HAMS

    Lying Leg Curl: 3 x 20 with 60lbs

    1 Leg Lunges (1 leg on bench) 3 x 15 with BW+ 50lbs


    CALVES

    Seated Calf Raise 3 x 15 with 150lbs
    *Super Set
    Donkey Calf Raise 3 x 15 with 175lbs


    NOTES: Felt great but man these high rep days kick my ass hard. Today was my refeed day, i always look forward to this day lol
