Big Thanks to iForce for the opportunity to log Conquer & Hemavol. I already had Compete on hand --- And since all 3 are Fruit Punch --- I'm getting Fruity this month!

Today's Hemavol update will focus on Taste. Tomorrow I'll update on pumps & endurance after my workout.
I usually don't buy Fruit Punch supplements anymore --- Got burned out on them years ago.
I've tried Watermelon Hemavol & while I think I prefer it over the Fruit Punch...
I can honestly say Fruit Punch Slam is in my Top 3 all time favorite fruit punch supplements. It's sweet but it's got just the right amount of "tang". I actually didn't except to enjoy it this much.

Today's word of the Day --- OMG.
I really wasn't expecting much from today's workout. I was sick most of last week and missed several workouts.
Took 1 scoop Hemavol about 45 min before my Full Body Workout. I was going to make it short & sweet but as I got going I felt great. Chest & Biceps were the 2 areas I felt the most pump & endurance was way more than I anticipated. Even threw in some extra exercises! Can not wait to add Conquer into the mix!!!!
Also need to add that vascularity in the forearms appeared greater than normal. Might have to take a pic next time I do arms!!!

For my initial Conquer Review I'll focus on taste & only touch on energy, pump & endurance. I can then update more on those areas as the log progresses.
Tried 1 scoop of Conquer in 10oz of cold water approx. 30 min pre-workout..
I was kinda surprised by the taste. It wasn't sweet or tangy --- I'd say a very understated or toned-down fruit punch flavor.
Now, for me I enjoyed this because I had just drank my Hemavol & don't like too much sweetness before a workout.
However, I'm guessing that someone only using Conquer may find it a little bland or muted.
Energy was good, nothing crazy & I'm trying to decide weather or not to stick with 1 scoop for a few more workouts or try 1.5 scoops.
Pump & Endurance were both good, again nothing off the charts yet --- I did Back & Traps.
I'll update these areas as the log continues!

Stayed with 1 scoop Hemavol & 1 scoop Conquer approx 30 min Pre.
Got a nice pump in my Chest & Tris. Only had time for 2 tricep exercises --- pump had me really wishing I could do more.
Energy levels were great. Had a nice "buzz" in my head. I hate using that word. I guess I need to feel it again and see if I can describe it better. It was a good feeling. I'd say a "motivational buzz" lol
Glad I stayed with 1 scoop.
I think I'll start mixing my Hemavol & Conquer into 1 convenient drink.

Just a quick note: Hemavol & Conquer together is perfect.

Was kinda rushed today during my workout. Average workout, nothing special. I'm going to try 1.5 scoops of Conquer tomorrow for Arms & Calves.

Loved 1.5 scoops!!! Perfect balance of energy & focus for me. Triceps felt so tight & full after only a few sets of pressdowns.
Totally forgot to do Calves, So I'll throw them in with Chest & Abs tomorrow.

Really starting to notice an increase in endurance. Did another full body workout & I'm doing more reps and sets than I have in a long time.
Motivation, drive, and endurance all seem to be up with Conquer & Hemavol.

Have yet to go over 1.5 scoops. That seems to be my sweet spot. I may try 2 scoops for one of my final workouts.

I mix my conquer and hemavol in around 21 oz of water. Would using less water or more have any adverse affects on the supplement? Im still at 1 scoop of each. Feel its affects are starting to slow down. If i upped my dosage of conquer then went back to 1 scoop im sure that would only make things worse? Lol

The extra water probably helps with the pump. But I like to slam my Pre in 2-3 sips!
I also use Compete during my workout (20oz) so I get plenty of water.
Are you taking 1 scoop on an empty stomach? I wait 2 hours after eating to take my Pre. Maybe try 1.5 scoops of Conquer.

I think 2 scoops was just slightly more than I needed... But the great thing about it is that I didn't get that wired or cracked out feeling. It is such a consistent & smooth feeling. Plus, no crash whatsoever.
I think 1.5 scoops will be my sweet spot.
Sad that my Hemavol is almost gone... The 2 work so well together.

I'm going to get 2 more workouts this week before going on vacation. I'll update on Friday before I leave, then a full review will be posted when I get back.

Okay, got back from vacation on Saturday night. Worked out on Sunday but used a different Pre. Thought I had a good workout. Went back to Conquer for today's workout...Let's just say I won't be using another Pre for awhile!!!!
Final review will be posted by the end of the week.
