What's up everybody! Letting y'all know that I just started the C2K sunday and can tell the difference already. I'm dosing at the recommended dosage 4x's a day generally when I wake up, before training, with meal 3 and another about 4 hrs before bed. The thermo effect has kicked in and I'm feeling warm at night and waking up to pee a couple times. I'm a night owl so I don't notice whether or not it keeps me up. I will be posting process pics every 2-4 weeks and lettin y'all what my diet had been. Looking forward to hearing your responses
