I am excited to get another log up and rolling. I enjoy logging my progress and being able to interact with everyone. Makes for a fun and effective time.
To start, the supplements I will be running:
- 4 bottles
- 2 bottles OG
- 6 bottles Analyzed Supplements
- 1 bottle
- 1 bottle
- AI Sports LCLT
Here is how I will be running each of them throughout the log (will update every once in a while):
- 500mg ALCAR AM
- 1 cap Forskolin AM
- 2 grams X-Gels pre-workout
- 2 caps AB pre-workout
- 1 cap Forskolin pre-workout
- 3 scoops (7.5 grams) pre-workout
- 2-3 grams LCLT pre-workout
- 1 cap Forskolin post-workout
- 2 caps AB post-workout
-1 cap Forskolin pre-bed
- Recompadrol prior to carb meals
- SSv2 prior to carb meals
- These two will be dosed differently throughout the log
- I will be carb cycling during this log.
- Low carb days will be anywhere from 100-150 grams
- Medium carb days will be anywhere from 150-225 grams
- High carb days will be anywhere from 225-400 grams
- Calories will be roughly 3500-4000
- I will be doing a Recomp during this log.
- Looking to add some quality size while keeping fat gain to a minimum.
- Looking for some nice strength increases.

Currently weighing 197 pounds. I will get some pictures taken that way I have some before pictures. I will post them a little later in the log as I take progress pictures to compare.
