I am excited to get another log up and rolling. I enjoy logging my progress and being able to interact with everyone. Makes for a fun and effective time.

To start, the supplements I will be running:

- 4 bottles X-Gels
- 2 bottles OG Anabeta
- 6 bottles Analyzed Supplements Forskolin-95
- 1 bottle Recompadrol
- 1 bottle Slin-Sane v2
- AI Sports LCLT
- ALCAR
- GMS
- Enhanced

Here is how I will be running each of them throughout the log (will update every once in a while):

- 500mg ALCAR AM
- 1 cap Forskolin AM

- 2 grams X-Gels pre-workout
- 2 caps AB pre-workout
- 1 cap Forskolin pre-workout
- 3 scoops (7.5 grams) GlycerGrow pre-workout
- 2-3 grams LCLT pre-workout

- 1 cap Forskolin post-workout
- 2 caps AB post-workout

-1 cap Forskolin pre-bed

- Recompadrol prior to carb meals
- SSv2 prior to carb meals
- These two will be dosed differently throughout the log

Diet:

- I will be carb cycling during this log.
- Low carb days will be anywhere from 100-150 grams
- Medium carb days will be anywhere from 150-225 grams
- High carb days will be anywhere from 225-400 grams
- Calories will be roughly 3500-4000

Goals:

- I will be doing a Recomp during this log.
- Looking to add some quality size while keeping fat gain to a minimum.
- Looking for some nice strength increases.

Currently weighing 197 pounds. I will get some pictures taken that way I have some before pictures. I will post them a little later in the log as I take progress pictures to compare.

Day 3:

So yesterday was not the greatest day. I had my mail forwarded back to my original address in Wyoming. The problem is, the supplements I had ordered and sent to where I currently am, got forwarded to Wyoming, which I am not there nor is anyone else. So I was freaking out that I wasn't going to be able to get the rest of my supplements for the log. So I had to try and sleep through the night wondering where the supplements were and everything else. I called USPS where the supplements were originally suppose to be, and as I described what was going on, the lady says "is this Kyle?" I say yes it is, and she says, "I have three packages here for you that just got sent back to us." I have no idea how they got sent back to the Post Office here because the tracking number said it was on the way to Wyoming. But anyways, I was jacked to say the least. So finally I have everything. BTW, they sent me DAA instead of LCLT, but luckily I have some extra LCLT remaining but I got ahold of customer service and they will be sending me the LCLT tomorrow. So free DAA for me :D.

Since my other supplements came in, here is how I dosed everything today:

AM:
- 1 cap Forskolin
- 1 cap Recompadrol (20 minutes prior to carb meal #1)
- 1 cap SSv2 (20 minutes prior to carb meal #1)

Pre-Workout Meal:
- 2 caps Recompadrol

Pre-Workout:
- 2 grams X-Gels
- 2 caps AB
- 1 cap Forskolin
- 3 scoops GlycerGrow
- 2 scoops LCLT
- 1.5 scoops SuperPump Max
- 1 cap Agmatine

Post-Workout Meal:
- 2 caps AB
- 1 cap Forskolin

Pre-Bed:
- 1 cap Forskolin

I am going to mess around with how I will be dosing SSv2 and Recompadrol. I am down for any suggestions. Currently I think I will dose 1 cap of Recompadrol with 1 cap of SSv2 in the morning before a carb meal and then dose 2 caps of Recompadrol pre-workout meal. But then I might just dose 1 cap of each prior to carb meals twice a day. We will see how it plays out :).

So I know it is only day 3, but my thirst is already up. I'm not saying it is the AB already but with the thirst increasing as much as it did today, I am not afraid to say it was from AB.

As for everyone who is taken ArA, how long until you feel it kick in? I'm sure it takes a few weeks until it fully kicks in, but what do you notice as you keep dosing throughout the first week or two? Felt some awesome pumps going on in the gym today as well as a little more vascularity :).

Day 4:

Woke up this morning sore and very tired. Had a pretty good day overall. Wasn't near as hot today as it has been the last three days so that was a huge plus.

So I came to the conclusion and after ordering all the supplements I had ordered, I left a few things out. I forgot I needed some more BA plus need another Enhanced to go with it. I am going to wait until the 4th sale and see what will be in the sale (might get some other things to run in the future if there is anything that catches my eye).

I reminded myself to just say how awesome Giant Sports Protein is. The taste and consistency is amazing. The PB Chocolate and Cookies and Cream so bomb. I am sipping on a scoop of each mixed together as we speak for my post-workout shake. So if you haven't gave it a try yet, I highly recommend it.

- My thirst is definitely increased. I have been chugging water all day long as as I sit here, my throat is almost dry.
- Took 1 caps of Recomapdrol + 1 cap of SSv2 twice today prior to two carb meals with roughly 60 carbs each meal.
- I forgot to say, I forgot how bad GMS is getting down the throat. Sucks.
- About to jump back on Enhanced soon enough. It has been past due, plus it is going to go fantastic with X-Gels + AB pre-workout :D.

That's how I like to do it. Start lighter for more reps (I go anywhere from 8-12 for the most part) then go heavier as the sets go on. I always am switching it up though. The example you put though looks solid.

Off day today guys.

Dosed AB + F-95 a cap each throughout the day. Took a cap of Recompadrol + SSv2 in the morning followed by two caps of Recompadrol later in the day.

So I am waiting to see what kind of sales there will be for the 4th but I went ahead and got some Enhanced today. And of course the flavor was BR :D.

Hit about 100 carbs for the day and calories were around 3500.

Got back and biceps tomorrow. Cannot wait to get some Enhanced workouts in especially with X-Gels and AB.

I was way past due for some Enhanced. Nitrates + Agmatine + ArA + AB are going to have me hurting in the pump section :).

I hadn't really tried them that much either, but ever since I tried chocolate brownie and chocolate chip cookie dough...I'm hooked!!! They are delicious.

Supplements:
- First workout back with Enhanced was AWESOME!!! Never really knew how much I missed it until tonight.
- Thirst is still high.
- Appetite is starting to soar. Been eating quite a bit and am hungry almost right away again. May have to up the calories a bit :).
- Muscles seemed to look a little fuller in the gym tonight not going to lie. Also had some veins popping out in the biceps that I can see but never really are popping like they were tonight.

I took some pictures tonight so I have before pictures then will take some half way pics then final pics. I will try to get some videos up also if I can. Make things a little more exciting :).

- Had some PB Chocolate Protein Pancakes for post-workout meal tonight. They were very good as well as very filling.

Supplements:
- I felt very pumped today in the gym practically while doing my warm up exercises. After one warm up set of Incline BB Press, I was pretty pumped.
- Been noticing some veins in the chest lately that I haven't ever seen before. I noticed them prior to this stack about 1.5 weeks ago but today they were somewhat popping which was awesome. Hoping that they will be more pronounced as the days go on.
- Hunger continues to increase. Thirst isn't as bad but still very thirsty (if that makes sense). This is one thing I love about AB is that I can up my carb intake along with calories and get away with it. From other peoples thoughts, it seems this happens quite a bit while people are on ArA also which is another huge plus.
- Recompadrol and SSv2 are going very nicely together. Will be grabbing more Recompadrol along with the new Metabolic Powder for the 4th of July sale.
- The combo of everything I am taking pre-workout is awesome for pumps. I was warned by many and they were right haha.

Tomorrow is Legs and Shoulders :)

This will be when you really start to see ArA take hold. Watch out...when I ran ABE + ArA earlier this year I couldn't believe what was going on. ;)

This is great news to hear :D. Honestly, it has only been a week and I am seeing some differences. Nothing too dramatic but enough to where I can tell the supps are kicking in and I am seeing some changes. I am hoping for some can't believe what is going on results also :).
