    I was way past due for some Enhanced. Nitrates + Agmatine + ArA + AB are going to have me hurting in the pump section .

    I hadn't really tried them that much either, but ever since I tried chocolate brownie and chocolate chip cookie dough...I'm hooked!!! They are delicious.

    I'm going to start doing HIIT 3 times per week.

    - Carbs were around 200 and calories were around 3600.
    - Finished the day with some Steak and Eggs with Hashbrowns. Was amazing.

    Supplements:
    - First workout back with Enhanced was AWESOME!!! Never really knew how much I missed it until tonight.
    - Thirst is still high.
    - Appetite is starting to soar. Been eating quite a bit and am hungry almost right away again. May have to up the calories a bit .
    - Muscles seemed to look a little fuller in the gym tonight not going to lie. Also had some veins popping out in the biceps that I can see but never really are popping like they were tonight.

    I took some pictures tonight so I have before pictures then will take some half way pics then final pics. I will try to get some videos up also if I can. Make things a little more exciting .

    Had an awesome session today. Noticed some differences in the mirror.

    Diet:
    - Carbs were around 200.
    - Calories around 3600.
    - Had some PB Chocolate Protein Pancakes for post-workout meal tonight. They were very good as well as very filling.

    Supplements:
    - I felt very pumped today in the gym practically while doing my warm up exercises. After one warm up set of Incline BB Press, I was pretty pumped.
    - Been noticing some veins in the chest lately that I haven't ever seen before. I noticed them prior to this stack about 1.5 weeks ago but today they were somewhat popping which was awesome. Hoping that they will be more pronounced as the days go on.
    - Hunger continues to increase. Thirst isn't as bad but still very thirsty (if that makes sense). This is one thing I love about AB is that I can up my carb intake along with calories and get away with it. From other peoples thoughts, it seems this happens quite a bit while people are on ArA also which is another huge plus.
    - Recompadrol and SSv2 are going very nicely together. Will be grabbing more Recompadrol along with the new Metabolic Powder for the 4th of July sale.
    - The combo of everything I am taking pre-workout is awesome for pumps. I was warned by many and they were right haha.

    Tomorrow is Legs and Shoulders

    This is great news to hear . Honestly, it has only been a week and I am seeing some differences. Nothing too dramatic but enough to where I can tell the supps are kicking in and I am seeing some changes. I am hoping for some can't believe what is going on results also .

    - Took 1 cap Recompadrol + 1 cap SSv2 prior to 60 grams of carbs this morning.
    - Took 1 cap Recompadrol prior to ~25 carbs for a snack.
    - Carbs were around 150 for the day.
    - Calories were around 3600.

    Supplements:
    - Muscles looked very full today. I worked legs first and by the time I got to shoulders, I had a whole body pump going on and the whole upper body was very full looking. Also had some nice vascularity going on in the shoulder region. Noticed some more veins that I have not noticed before.
    - Hunger continues to be insane right now. Carbs were pretty low prior to starting this log/stack (most of the time they were around 100 grams for the day). Getting away with adding in some more carbs is always great .
    - Pumps today were crazy. My legs were on fire after my BB Squats leading into the leg curls and leg extensions. About feel over a few times from legs giving out.
    - I did weigh myself today and the scale said 198.2.

    I have been messing with the dosing but for the most part am dosing like this:
    1 cap Recompadrol + 1 cap SSv2 prior to carb meal in the morning
    1 cap Recompadrol prior to small carb meal later in the day
    Either 1 cap Recompadrol + 1 cap SSv2 or 2 cap SSv2 or 2 caps Recompadrol prior to final carb meal of the day (largest).
