  1. So my product finally came.

    My protocol this time will be 5 grams of creatine post workout with 3 grams of leucine peptides 6 grams of Arginine peptides and few scoops of Oxy protein. That will be the only difference in my post workout program. I will tell you how the taste alters if at all. I will tell you my recovery time difference from now and than also strength. I have before pictures and will have after pictures.

  5. Killed my hips and traps. Same as last week but extra set so most sets went to 4 and 6 sets.

  9. Today was a great workout. I really focused on squeezing with my tension inwards and boy does that help a lot with feeling the intentions. Taste is fine. Mixes well with any of my post workout shake with out flavor issues.

  21. Started to take a serving post training in martial arts just to see it it helps and I don't feel much more of a difference. My gf said she noticed better recovery post training and we both lift together in the morning do we both are sore but she sees a benefit from more.
