    Adams conquer & hemavol stack log!


    First thing first ...thank you Iforce for choosing me to log your new Pre workout Conquer, and your ever so popular product Hemavol.

    Iv used hemavol in the past, but I have never used conquer.

    In the past I have used pre's such as: enhanced, craze, maximize intense, no xplode and 1mr.
    I will be comparing conquer to these Pre workout.

    Ok so I just mixed one scoop fruit pinch slam conquer with one scoop fruit punch slam hemavol!!

    Taste-10. I'm really surprised. I expected something different due to how horrible maximize intense tasted. This combo tastes amazing. I used 18 ounces of water too. No lumps or clumps. Very refreshing

    Ok. So now I will start my commute to the gym and will report back in a bit

    Notes from today's first conquer/hemavol stack

    Taste was amazing..I recommend using a good amout of water. 16 to 20 oz
    Fruit punch slam is very sweet and refreshing

    Pump. Ridiculous! Today was suppose to be a off day but I hit the gym anyways. Hit calves, hamstrings and biceps..random I know, Maintenance day

    Focus. Very nice. Kinda reminds me of craze. Not the OG craze, but the new kind

    Motivation- I was highly motivated. Mainly because I was excited to try this awesome stack.

    Love it so far.

    Yesterday was day 2 of the conquer and hemavol fruit punch slam stack

    I did 1.5 scoops conquer and 1 scoop hemavol

    I bumped it up .5 scoops of conquer.
    The energy was pretty intense. What I like about conquer is that it has amazing stim effect without the feeling of nervousness or the "shakes"
    It's a smoother more focused energy

    The pumps are ridiculous. Conquers ingredient profile already provides a solid pump formula, but when you add hemavol to it....it's crazy.

    Agreed..it's very smooth.

    I prefer it over enhanced.
    Don't get me wrong, I love enhanced but conquer seems to provide the perfect amount of energy

    Stuck with 1.5 scoops of conquer and 1 scoop of hemavol for today back workout

    Today I mixed it up on the gym. My back has stopped making gains so I decided to "shock it"

    8 sets of deadlifts

    225x20
    275x18
    315 x15....worked up to 405 for 10. Did a few sets of that
    Then came down in weight to 275 and did 3 sets to failure

    Then I did 8 set of pull ups

    Every set to failure
    16
    14
    11
    10
    8
    8
    6
    5

    That's it for back! Felt like I wanted to die at the end

    Pump was insane. My forearms felt like they were going to explode

    I was focused and energize to the end.

    Conquer definitely made my workout much more intense

    Went with 2 scoops of conquer today and 1 scoop hemavol

    Well the energy was out of control.
    2 scoops is wayyyy stronger than 1. Honestly my sweet spot Is 1-1.5 scoops. 2 just seemed to be a little much

    the pump was the same when using 1.5 scoops conquer and 1 scoop hemavol

    I'm going to stick with 1.5 scoops until I build a tolerance

    Tolerance shouldn't build to easy.. conquer is not really caffeine based so you should be good to go with 1.5 for a long while!!

    Back at 1.5 scoop conquer and 1 scoop hemavol. Just killed a back workout. Pumps were very very intense.
    The pumps you will experience from this stack are ridiculous.

    The most amazing thing about conquer is the "tunnel vision" you experience. Kinda reminds me of craze but with a little more "punch"

    Alright back at 2 scoops conquer and 1 scoop hemavol FP for today's chest workout

    After 3 sets of flat bench db press my chest felt like it was going to explode!

    My second exercise was incline db. The pump was so extreme that it hurt! Inhad to take longer rest periods between sets

    Conquer is also helping with my cardio! Cardio sessions seem to fly by because of the added focus from conquer

    Conquer definitely provides killer focus..iv used focus xt And craze before. Conquer is better in my opinion, smoother, longer lasting focus and energy

    Legs today!
    Conquer definitely makes squats easier.
    Was able to power through 5 sets!

    Legs were pumped after set #3.
    Felt like they wanted to explode.

    The pump got out of control after leg extensions..

    I'm still using 1.5 scoops conquer and 1 scoop hemavol fruit punch!
    Taste is great. Use a decent amount of water, it's very very fruity

    Just killed legs. Conquer is still providing the focus and energy I need to make it through a grueling leg workout.
    Still at 1.5 scoops and 1 scoop hemavol

    I'm almost out of hemavol

    The taste of this combo is supreme to any other supplement I have ever used..if your going to stack the 2 make sure to use a decent amount of water

    Iv noticed that the conquer hits me around 20 mins after consuming. Doesn't matter if its on a empty stomach or post meal.

    Hey guys
    Just hit some shoulders
    In still at 1.5 scoops of conquer
    I bumped the hemavol up to 2 scoops because I wanted to see if there would be a greater pump.

    Well just as I though the pump was insane!..Wayyy stronger that just 1 scoop of hemavol

    My shoulders are my lagging body part. I always find it hard to get a massive pump in my shoulders.
    After my warmup set Of side laterals I could feel the blood start to rush in.

    Ever since I have started the conquer and hemavol stack my shoulder press, bench press has both increased in weight.
    When I first Started my shoulder press ended with 90lbs Dumbells for 8 reps.
    On today workout i got 11 reps for my last set!

    Well I'm out of hemavol
    Yesterday was my last leg workout with the hemavol/conquer stack
    Did 2 scoops hemavol, 1.5 scoops conquer.
    The pump was nothing short of amazing!
    Quads wanted to burst after doing 3 drop sets of leg extensions.
    When it came to squats the conquer really helped me stay focused and energized

    I give conquer a 9 out of 10
    9 because its a all around awesome preworkout. The energy is great, the taste is amazing, the focus is unreal. I just wish it had more of a kick to it. The energy is so clean..you don't feel "stimmed out", but sometimes I need that feeling

    Hemavol I give a 10!.this stuff is unreal.
    The pumps start before you even hit the gym. After your first few sets you feel your muscles filling up. The taste is Lso amazing. This product is a win!
