Just hit some shoulders
In still at 1.5 scoops of
I bumped the up to 2 scoops because I wanted to see if there would be a greater pump.
Well just as I though the pump was insane!..Wayyy stronger that just 1 scoop of
My shoulders are my lagging body part. I always find it hard to get a massive pump in my shoulders.
After my warmup set Of side laterals I could feel the blood start to rush in.
Ever since I have started the conquer and hemavol stack my shoulder press, bench press has both increased in weight.
When I first Started my shoulder press ended with 90lbs Dumbells for 8 reps.
On today workout i got 11 reps for my last set!
