-Taste great, slightly medicine like, but good even at full scoop.
-Pumps lasted for hours.
-Endurance, endurance, endurance!!...When your routine is over and you think your done, you realize, you can do more. You crave more!
-Vascularity, veins look like they are about to burst! This stuff really does a hell of a job getting the blood flowing freely!
-Sweat like a beast love it!, quarter through my routine and im soaked!
-Mood, you really feel great, the pumps +veinage + soaked in sweat, looking at your self in the mirror, Wow..fuking beast mode!
-Energy, clean, long lasting no jitters. You don't feel cracked out.. and there is no burned out crash.
-Focus is good, but not extreme. If you like the tunnel vision you get from some other pre's, don't expect it here. This could be a pro for some.
I would like it to be a little stronger in the stim department, but I wouldn't change a thing about it. Its a great everyday PWO. Just wanted to warn some about it. Don't expect to feel like you just hit the crack pipe. The energy here is jitter free for the most part. At a full scoop you do get a bit of the shakes. Currently my fav PWO.
Half scoop is probably all you'll need. But at a full scoop pumps are a bit better. Heart rate can get up there. I never checked it but im sure the BP goes up a bit to. But thats to be expected.GAME ON! MOVAH FUKAZ!

Sticker on top of the tub : "Start with 1/4-1/2 scoop to assess tolerance" And its right!
Drop the half scoop in my mixer cup with 8oz water, Mixed easy no clumping at all. Took a deep breath and braced my self.... But was surprised, it tastes good, no cough syrup type of flavor. Just fruit punch. Got my sh!t together and hit the gym. Mid first set it really kicked in..Started sweating like a fukin beast, body temp was up. Heart was racing a bit faster. But didnt feel strung out. Stayed that way through out the workout. I progressively got more into my routine and it turned out to be a good work out. Focus wasn't extreme but at the right spot. Overall like the first day. Half scoop did the job. will be trying full scoop after a few days.
I eat about the same sh!t everyday, Tons of brown rice, Oat meal, Chicken breast, Shakes, bars and ground beef or steak.
Carbs 350 , Protien 320g, Fat 54g
Carbs where a little low, i try to get 400-500g

Any way. Had my girl give Gameday a shot. She liked the flavor. Ill find out how it worked for her in an hour.

Female review of Gameday.
So my wife took a half scoop. Then hit the gym for cardio and some weight training.
Taste - she liked it thought it was easy to mix and drink. Taste good.
energy and motivation - was up with in 20min. Amp'd to get it going. She compared it to ephedrine. I did to. Its very simular with energy and elevated heart rate. but not with other aspects. appetite is good, no loss.. if any thing hungrier. Ephedra doesnt make u sweat as much as gameday. Also no down feeling hours later.
She also said here heart rate freaked her out a bit. So she decided to cut the cardio short.
Temp was up, just as with me. She noted the that she was sweating more and felt a little flush.
Now shes home cleaning everything!..cant cimplain about that :-)
No crash at all..her case or mine.
She loved it. ...so now I have to stash the tub somewhere else!

Way to many ppl at the gym, Wasn't feeling the crowd. But got a good workout in. Got a helluva sweat going, veins near the point of explosion. I'm going to have to post a pic of this. Friday, I'll be hitting the arms and will take a shot to show u guys the pumps and vascalarity I'm getting off this.
Gamedays a great every day PWO, the focus is excellent, not to crazy like some pre's. Still going to keep it at half scoop. Until I notice a pick up in tolerance.
Looks like i might be picking up another tub of GameDay, wife already started asking about the price and where to get it,.
Checking other flavors , Blue bomb sicle! sounds good!

Day 3 legs
Tired as hell. Decided to bump it up a little to 3/4 scoop. Wanted to do a full scoop of gameday, but need to sleep in a couple of hours.
Hoping 3/4 will get me motivated enough to get this done.

Day 3 legs
GameDay really pulled through. About 10min into the routine I was amped. Vascularity was on the money and my calfs got a really nice pump going. Looking at myself in the mirror was a real ego boost.
By the time I got ready for bed, about 11 I was worried about my ability to fall a sleep. But, I knocked right out. All good energy when I needed it.
These pic dont do justice. The veinage was insane in person. Next time ill have my wife snap the shots.

Gameday fuelled another great workout. Went with half scoop again. Didn't give as much kick as the first few days. But stll enough.
-Didnt sweat as much.
- Heart rate was up but not that pounding out my chest feeling.
- motovation was on the same level.
-pumps were good, but I need more!!
Definitely will bump up to a full scoop monday. Cant wait to see how thats going to treat me.
I think I'll be moving into a compond routine this week. This ones not doing it anymore. Although its Helped me recoup from hand surgery. I think im at a good level and can push harder.

After long day,Alot of driving. I managed to work in some gym time. My schedule at work changed, giving me a 3day weekend! So im trying to hit the beach every dayoff. Unfurtunatly it takes almost 2hr to get to the beach.
There are closer beaches. But id rather hit the NJ shore that any NY beach.
Ether way. I didnt log my routine. Just went in hit chest hard, Powered by a full scoop of gameday.
The taste at a full scoop was still good. But you do get the tiniest bit of medicine-like after taste.
Focus was great but didnt seem to be more intense then a half scoop.
Pumps , NICE!!! Great pump had me feeling brolic as fuk. Big differance from a half scoop.
Energy also good. I didnt feel over stimmed at all.
Full scoop of GameDay is the way to go!
At least now. I think I worked up a little tolorance. Lets see if it stays at this level.

Full scoopin it! Switching over to a strong lift routine. Full scoop of gameday deliveries! I diluted it in alittle more water.
-Taste was even better.
-Pumps were great as usual.
-Focus near tunnel vision through out the routine. Alot of other PWO give tunnel vision, but usually short live. This was not as extreme..but stayed with me all the way
-Motivation..for some reason Gameday increases my determination. Im in it to win.
-Energy as allways. No matter how beat I am from work or what ever. Gameday gives me all the boost I need.
Diet - high carbs . High protein. Fat under 70g
I dropped in weight alittle in attempt to correct form. Another great work out.. gym was packed but I moved around like a boss!
115x--needs spot. Next time
110x--or will start heavier

I came back from my honeymoon with more energy and vigor than I've had in a long time, and I'm gonna crush it in the gym nonstop this summer!

Another hella workout. Full scoop GameDay. With half the water. Mixed it with a spoon. Easy. Hit the gym and layed it down. Really amped this session. Put a good amount of work in; and again sweating like a beast. Loved every second of it.
Was all in. Mood, energy focused!
