K day 2
Legs killed everything I had to do in 35-40 (I break it up into quads one day and hams a different day)
Mixed up the tub before getting a scoop.
One scoop in 8-9 ounces again quick mix of the spoon. Taste was a lot better this time, that first taste the other day was just funny I guess. So I retract my statement on the after taste. (I even just brushed my teeth like 10 minutes before)
Felt a bit wired this time, basically what I expected the first time. I didn't talk, didn't acknowledge anyone just walked to the squat rack and started my warm up.
4 sets 8-12
Didn't wanna stay away from the bar! I pulled up a bench for my usual sit after a set but I only used it to keep my water jug on top of LOL
Split squat on hack squat
4 sets 12
These are a pain in the ass, well quad. No real rest just go from leg to leg
7 sets of 10
Start at 65, rest 10 seconds and move the pin a plate down every time.
So all in all THIS is what I expected the first time. Sure I felt energized the first time but it was like "hidden" if that makes sense...today I really felt the energy surging through me. More of a drive and a "what are rest periods mood?"
I should have added the first day for arms I went alone instead of with my friend. So that alone shaved off a good 15-20 minutes. Maybe that'll clear some of that up.
Second impression: better than the first

Some awesomeness to report. I got stronger THROUGH my workout.
So there's a little u turn overpass that leads me to my gym (its a hard right after you come out of it) I drank the Stimul8 in 4 ounces of water right as I was getting into the lane to make the u.
90 x12 (felt way harder than it should have. Waiting...)
105 x6 (alright now I'm kinda pissed off) + 70 x6
Said FTBS still waiting...
105 x6 again and 70 x6
Forreal this time (Stimul8 kicked in)
105 x10 + 70 x6
Incline Hammer Strength
1 plate x12
2 plates x12
3 plates x5 (didn't get 8 so I had to make up with volume) + 2 plates x7 + 1 plate x12
Sweating pretty good
I did like 7 sets of these. I lost count honestly, the drive was that good.
Decline Hammerstrength (slowing down but that's cuz all that non rest caught up to me)
Went up to 3 plates and a quarter. Typically 12 12 12 8 layout I do
Incline smith for some added pumpage
1 plate for 3 sets of 10
Damn felt good.

Just got 100 pull ups/chin ups. Now it's time to go to the apt "gym" for some lat pulls and high volume db rows

3 sets standing high rows (foot on seat of lat pulldown)

k so took a little break, joints were getting progressively more and more agitated to the point where I could pop my elbow and knees repeatedly.
and today I woke super early (dog wouldnt stfu), had to go to a dentist appointment, then my moms car had a screw in the tire so I spent like 2 hours at discount tire before I even had a meal for the day.
(I promise this is going somewhere this isnt me just whining)
so I was exhausted, mentally and physically. but for the save of the log I decided to go to the gym anything. 1 heaping scoop plus 1/3 of a scoop in like 4 ounces water. mixed with a straw and drank it (just got my teeth cleaned remember)
I got to the gym and I was feeling meh
everything else in between was taken so jumped to
still was exhausted
so I go to the rack and set up some rack presses
got hit with all this energy
I had never done rack presses before and I was just worried that my strength was going down so I incorporated some powerlifting methods AND I felt thats a portion of my chest I could bring up to get a nice full look
275x4 wtf felt weird, didnt wanna f myself up
felt good bros
then I went to go hit my Incline Hammerstrength but of course some guy is doing marathon sets on it so YOLO (jk)
135x12x12x13 (one extra for no real reason)
5 sets of 16
I am writing this 5 hours later and this is probably the best run of it yet. still a little tired mentally but I could go for a run and be just fine. I like that, sometimes its fun to walk or job when you are brainfried so I might just do that to relax.

I got this brand new baby that steals sleep from me. Sounds like stimul8 is a lifesaver. Doing good things in here. Can't wait to get my hands on this stuff.

But yeah it's pretty good and good tasting especially at the 4 ounce area. And I figured going when I absolutely just wanted to close my eyes and sleep (I took was in a half snooze half awake state of mind at the tire shop) would really show what this baby can do.
I basically gave my body to science haha
