    One difference I've noticed with the powder as compared to the pills is that with the pills I would have to usually hit the bathroom during training. This has not been the case with the powder. Energy has been good and weight is staying stable. Pre training weight was 182

    The only negative so far is the mix ability of the Dpol powder. Tends to leave floaters that are almost impossible to "shake away" I just end up drinking it empty and then adding more water to get the particles that are left behind so I guess if nothing else it causes me to drink more water. Gotta always turn a negative to a positive
    Trained chest today and decided to throw in some shoulder work as well. One thing about me is I'm constantly changing things up. Seems to work for me so I will stick with it.

    Thanks buddy!! I dropped 55 pounds in that amount of time. My goal was 50 by June 13 but had lost that by the middle of May. I would train and then finish with cardio wearing 2 hoodies, would sweat my ass off lol

    Unfortunately 125s are the biggest dbs they have and this is getting to a point where it is almost too easy, so going to have to figure out something new.

    Face Down Incline Db Rows
    45x10x2

    60x8x2

    Quad Set
    Stiff Arm Pushdowns + Face Pull Ladders start at the bottom for 10 up two spots for 10 up two more for 10
    5x10 per
    This is a killer, I had to force the 8-10th rep on the last set of face pulls on each of the first 2 rounds so lowered the weight by 5 to get back to strict form.

  24. Day 9
    Ended up not training tonight. These 13 hour shifts kick my butt. To top it off I was feeling like crap for the last couple hours of my shift so when I got home I checked my blood sugar and it was 63. Just don't have time to eat when I'm working. The positive is I only have 3 of them a week, and have 4 days off. Hitting it tomorrow with bad intentions!!
